Domaine du Bollenburg is an independent, family-run winery in the heart of Alsace, with roots dating back to 1887. It was in 1947 however, that the Clos came to the Meyer family, who refocused the estate on producing high-quality wines that honour and preserve Alsatian cultural identity. Situated on Bollenberg - the largest limestone hill in the canton of Rouffach - the vineyard spans 25 hectares, showcasing the unique terroir of the region. 

This Sylvaner opens with delicate botanical and mineral nuances, revealing aromas of dried chamomile, thyme leaves, and a subtle hint of blanched almonds. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied, with the grape’s naturally crisp acidity balanced by soft notes of beeswax and a touch of salty brine. The finish is long and tangy, reminiscent of the elegant, savoury lift of a fine Fino Sherry.

Oenops Wines is the visionary project started by dedicated oenologist Nikos Karatzas, founded in late 2015 in the historic winemaking region of Drama in Northern Greece - the land of Dionysus.

After gaining valuable experience with some of the area’s leading wineries, Nikos set out to discover old vineyards planted with indigenous Greek varieties across the country, forging close collaborations with passionate growers in exceptional terroirs.

The wines reflect both the character of each variety and its place of origin, blending the team’s expertise and meticulous approach with the growers’ deep connection to their land. Apla is a blend of Xinomavro, Limniona, and Mavroudi grapes sourced from select vineyards aged between 15 and 50 years. This is a perfect summer red, with a lifted aromatic profile of fresh cherry and wild strawberries, underpinned by gentle notes of fragrant Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is light and lively, with bright acidity complementing the crunchy red fruit flavours and sleek tannins that carry through to a satisfying, elegant finish.

In 1985, Mario and Nancy Adamo transformed a 28‑room inn north of Toronto into Hockley Valley Resort, embracing a location that truly felt like home. Inspired by the vine‑covered hills of his hometown in Calabria, Italy, Mario envisioned the slopes of Hockley Valley as a place where grapes could thrive. In 2000, the first test vines on a newly purchased 77‑acre property were planted, and by 2015, Adamo Estate Winery was born. Today, this boutique, small‑batch winery boasts over 28,000 vines, farmed with organic and biodynamic principles. Led by winemaker Shauna White, the team crafts terroir‑driven wines that showcase both the character of Hockley Valley and select sites from Niagara’s most renowned vineyards.

This Bordeaux-inspired blend opens with a youthful, vibrant nose of ripe red and black berries, accented by floral notes, hints of licorice, and a touch of toasted almond. Tending to high altitude vineyards on the north side of the active volcano, the conditions are ideal for indigenous grape varieties to thrive. The wines are distinctive bottlings which encapsulate the essence of Mount Etna and effortlessly reveal the unique characteristics that make the region one to watch.

A blend of predominantly Nerello Mascalese and a small percentage of Nerello Cappuccio, this fragrant red opens with enticing scents of wild red berry, underbrush, blue flowers, and a whiff of Mediterranean scrub and warm spices. The taut, polished palate boasts elegance and tension, delivering raspberry compote, strawberry, star anise and blood orange before a mineral, salt-tinged finish. He grew up in a family dedicated to wine; and after gaining some experience internationally, he started his own project in the late 90's. The Maison Roche de Bellene offers a complete range of carefully cultivated and versatile wines, often made from old vines. All of the Maison wines are made with respect to sustainable and natural farming practices, with as little intervention as necessary to showcase their individual terroirs.

The vineyards of Savigny-lès-Beaune are among some of the oldest in the region, nestled between the city of Beaune and the famed Corton Hill. Sourced from naturally low-yielding, old vine parcels, this Pinot Noir is round and fruit driven, offering notes of cherry and strawberry, lifted by light floral aromas and a touch of spice. The palate is smooth and medium-bodied with velvety tannins and a juicy, succulent core. Perched atop the Côte de Cadet on Saint-Émilion’s limestone plateau, Château Soutard-Cadet is a small, single-block vineyard spanning just 2.7 hectares. Primarily planted to old-vine Merlot with a small portion of Cabernet Franc, the estate reflects the classic character of Bordeaux’s Right Bank. Its long-standing winemaking tradition was given new energy in 2015, when the property was acquired by the Lefévère family, renowned proprietors of several distinguished neighbouring estates, including Sansonnet, Villemaurine, Moulin de Cadet, and Harmonie. The wines continue to embody the region’s warmth and charm with a dedicated commitment to sustainable viticulture.

Soutard-Cadet pours a deep, inky hue and serves aromatic intensity, giving layers of blackberry, blackcurrant, and delicate hints of tobacco leaf and spice. On the palate, ripe dark fruit blooms alongside finely beaded tannins, lending structure and a refined texture to the plush mouthfeel, which lingers with lasting notes of sweet, spiced preserves.

Stéphane Riffault, Claude Riffault's son, is turning out Sancerre bottlings that are the envy of many producers twice his age. Stéphane studied in Beaune and then learned with Olivier Leflaive in Burgundy. After his time in Burgundy, the vintner went to Bordeaux, where he stayed for some years at Château Angélus, and returned to Sancerre in 2001. When his father Claude retired, Stéphane took over the winery, and converted the vineyards to organic and biodynamic. He has become one of the most sought-after producers in the region.

Sourced from several plots all situated in the lieu-dit of Les Boucauds, this cuvée employs close to 50% of the Sauvignon Blanc planted on the estate. Entirely from terres blanches soils – marls and clays over Kimmeridgian limestone – this wine represents a pure expression of this site as well as the deft winemaking of Stéphane Riffault.

After a meticulous 10-month aging in oak barrels, it unveils an enchanting bouquet of ripe pear, succulent peach, delicate spring flowers, warming spices, and a hint of menthol. On the palate, bright acidity complements a luxurious texture, creating a perfect balance among its intricate flavours. The finish is long and ethereal, marked by a subtle saline note that invites you to savour another sip.

It can be enjoyed on its own or with shell-fish or fish dishes.

Les Chasseignes comes from vines just north of the village of Sury-en-Vaux, and is named for the shallow limestone soils that give the wine its tension and intense minerality. 

Racy and bright but with a power and persistence that can surprise given its subtle character. Aged on the lees for 14 months in oak, it opens with a clear, bright yet deep, intense and concentrated bouquet of crushed stones, lemon oil and a hint of fresh oak that disappears with air.

Silky, round and very elegant on the palate, this is a full-bodied, wide, intense and juicy yet pure and stimulating Sancerre with remarkable finesse and lingering salinity. The long and complex finish reveals concentration, very fine tannins and the mouthwatering taste of crushed limestones. Refreshing lime and lemon notes on the aftertaste. A gorgeous wine with chalky veins and the vibration of great terroir.

The work in the vineyards is essential for producing excellent quality wines. As experienced winegrowers, Claude Riffault sees it as their role to create the best possible balance between soil and plant, depending on the climatic conditions. Claude Riffault has 13.5 hectares of vineyards in total, of which 10.5 hectares are planted with Sauvignon Blanc and the remaining 3 hectares with Pinot Noir. The vineyards are spread over 6 parcels north of Sancerre, namely: Les Boucauds, Les Chasseignes, Les Denisottes, Les Chailloux, Les Desmalets and La Noue.

The grapes of Sauvignon Blanc for the “Mosaïque Calcaire” come from several plots with an array of clay, lime and marl soils formed during the Kimmeridgian in the Jurassic period in Sancerre. This soil ensures a deep implantation of the vines and gives richness to the wine, while the limestone subsoil and sediments of small shells provide a fine minerality.

The aromas range from gooseberries to lime to passion fruit, which brings with it a touch of the exotic. The wine was aged mostly in stainless steel tanks (88%), and in French oak barrels (12%). Due to the short ageing time in barrels, it is ready to be enjoyed now.

The good structure and freshness go particularly well with fish and seafood - and it is also rightly served with dishes with asparagus

Hardy's constructed the Stonehaven Winery in 1998 with the purpose of showcasing the distinct qualities of the Limestone Coast region in Southern Australia. Following Hardy's acquisition by Constellation and subsequent brand expansion, the winery fell into dormancy after being sold. In early 2021, C.W. Wines acquired both the Stonehaven winery and brand, subsequently reintroducing the Stonehaven label to the market. Now sporting a revitalized appearance and market strategy, Stonehaven aims to appeal to contemporary wine enthusiasts, offering a wine selection suitable for any occasion.

The Limestone Coast enjoys plentiful access to water and cool evening temperatures, which remain low even as daytime temperatures rise. Cantina Bolzano, South Tyrol's largest cooperative winery, represents a union of over 224 growers from 350 hectares of Bolzano's finest vineyards. Formed in 2001 by merging the historical Gries Winery (1908) and St. Magdalena Winery (1930), Cantina Bolzano combines traditional expertise with a youthful, visionary approach. Grapes are sourced across a variety of distinctive vineyard locations, ranging from 240 to 800 meters above sea level, utilizing both alluvial valley floors and sandy hillside soils. Their rigorous selection process and green cultivation methods yield high-quality grapes, resulting in a wide range of wines across their Classic, Election, and Riserva lines.

Chardonnay thrives on warm sites at higher elevations around the area of Bolzano. Offering enticing aromas of mango and honeydew melon on the nose with hints of honeysuckle and orange blossoms. The palate is fresh and spry, underscored by balanced acidity and bright, crunchy fruits. This style was carefully fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to highlight the pure fruit notes and accentuate the more delicate characteristics that Chardonnay is capable of showing.

The Tomich family hails from the Adriatic Coast in Croatia where winemaking is a way of life. Jack Tomich Senior arrived in Australia in 1903, bringing with him all of the grape growing and winemaking skills of his forefathers. The family had always made their own wine for the family and grew sultanas and wine grapes after moving to the new irrigation settlement of Mildura in 1936. Jack’s son Ivan showed a real passion for wine, and by 1946 was producing and selling to local farmers. Three generations of grape growers and winemakers later, the Tomich family now owns one of the best sites in the Adelaide Hills and has kept its ancestral way of softly farming the land while advocating for regenerative growing practices.

The Tomich Hill range is handcrafted from estate grown fruit from high altitude, cool climate vineyards in the Adelaide Hills. This Pinot opens with inviting aromas of citrus and melon. On the palate, zesty citrus flavours are beautifully balanced by a subtle hint of honeyed richness, leading into a crisp, flinty finish.

The tangy freshness makes this wine an easy drinking favourite for a wide range of palates.

The clue is in the name—this project is the result of a long-standing friendship between Norm Doole, Mike Farmilo, and Nick Whiteway, who share decades of experience across McLaren Vale, the Adelaide Hills, and beyond. With a clear mission to craft expressive, approachable wines, their combined expertise—from award-winning winemaking to international vintages—forms the foundation of a label rooted in authenticity, regional character, and pure drinkability.

The Colab & Bloom team have long been champions of Italian varietals in Australia’s Southern Fleurieu region, and the 2021 Ross is a vibrant expression of that focus. This lively blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese offers generous red berry fruit and layers of spice up front. Medium bodied and approachable, it’s balanced by food-friendly tannins and bright acidity that carry notes of cranberry and cherry blossom through a juicy, lifted finish.

A perfect match for bold pasta sauces or try with braised pork chops with balsamic, bitter greens and herbs to make a standout pairing.

Domaine André Aubert, has been formed over decades and generations by one very passionate wine family and today comprises of more than 280 hectares spread from north to south of the prestigious Southern Rhone Valley on the appellations Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône villages, Visan, and Grignan-les-Adhémar. The Château Le Grand Retour property was purchased in 1999.

Château le Grand Retour is situated in the Plan de Dieu AOC. This geographical area is overflowing with very important pebbles left behind by the Rhône River from millennia ago. As the Aubert family says, this vineyard allows the vines to 'drink the sun and live on stones.'

A sumptuous blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre with rich fruit aromas of black cherry and raspberry. Notes of licorice and spice dominate the full-bodied palate and lead to a well-balanced and complex finish. This wine punches above it's weight in every class!

A great pairing with grilled lamb, stuffed eggplant, kebabs or köfte.

Winemaker and co-founder Rob Cameron has a colourful winemaking background – learning his craft in unique destinations such as Cyprus, Bulgaria and Hungary before moving on to France, Spain and Italy. For him, the Invivo range is all about taking some of the elegance from the old world and putting that style into amazing grapes, all the while offering wines that are fun and a bit unique.

Packed with fragrant aromas of rockmelon, guava and zesty citrus peel with a generous drive of lime-infused acidity through the sweetly fruited palate. In 2010, father and daughter duo John & Callie embarked on a journey to Peru, where they experienced the breathtaking beauty of Machu Picchu. As the morning sunrise washed over the ancient Incan citadel, their guide shared the legend of PachaMama—the revered goddess of nature, harvest, and abundance. They learned of the Andean tradition of offering a challa, a symbolic pour of wine given back to the earth as a gesture of gratitude.

This moment of reverence and connection sparked the inspiration for PachaMama Wines. More than a decade later, as the reins have passed from father to daughter, the brand remains deeply rooted in the values that shaped its beginnings: empowerment, sustainability, innovation, and community.

Produced in small batches and sold as limited editions to selected buyers, their wines have swiftly become some of the most interesting & highly lauded among the emerging talents of Chile.

The grapes come from a combination of parcels at Viñedo Los Suizos, grown in the region of Malleco. This is a land of wild forests, beautiful lakes, active volcanoes and abundant rain in southern Chilean. 'Los Parientes' (the relatives) refers to the closeness of the different components within the same vineyard.

The nose is austere, pure and elegant with citrusy aromas of lemon and lime zest and hints of linden, verbena, pear, apple blossoms and slivered almonds. The palate reveals flinty mineral notes along with a delicate, chalky texture and crunchy fruits. This a linear wine with vibrant acidity and a long salt-tinged finish.

Cool climate Chardonnays such as this are highly versatile alongside many dishes thanks to their elevated acidity. Try this one out with yogurt-marinated grilled chicken.

Fine-grained tannins add density and pleasing texture that accompanies the fruit into the finish. 

Roasted and grilled veggies will compliment the savoury side of this wine. Pair with duck fat roasted brussel sprouts or a veggie lovers pizza.
