Three Elms is an acronym for Emily, Laura and Molly - Three sisters who have curated a wine that tells a story about their unity as a family and their upmost gratitude for the generations before them that showed them the way.

Vibrant deep crimson with ruby hues. Bright and fresh blackberry flavours continue on the medium bodied palate with savoury dark chocolate mingling with the fine-grained dusty tannin structure. Ready to enjoy now, although with careful cellaring, will gain complexity over the next five to eight years.

Scribe Winery in Sonoma, Calif. produces vibrant, terroir-driven wines.
The winery– founded in 2007 on a property that pioneered pre-prohibition Sonoma Valley winemaking– is managed by fourth-generation California farmers and brothers, Andrew and Adam Mariani.

This Cabernet grows along the eastern slope of Atlas Peak in Napa, on an isolated vineyard composed of gravelly, volcanic soil and surrounded by lush California wilderness. Positioned above the fog line at an elevation of 1600 ft., the east and southeast-facing site sees cool morning sun followed by shade from the bright afternoon heat provided by the ridge line. It has wonderful aromas of dark fruits, leather notes and hints of baking spices. On the palate the wine is rich yet well-structured and soft.

Perfect to pair with grilled meats or vegetables with nutty flavours, such as tahini dressing.

Reynvaan Family Vineyards The Classic Walla Walla 2018

750ml bottle
Rich & Smooth

A small family winery (Mike, Gale, Amanda, Angela and Matt) that produces Rhône-style red and white wines from two vineyard properties in the Walla Walla Valley. They produce wines only from varietals that they love and farm themselves. From their first vintage in 2007, the wines have been remarkable with a consistent complexity, depth of flavour, finish and distinctive terroir. Almost everything they do is by hand, planting each vine in the vineyards, trellising, pruning, dropping fruit and then picking and sorting the berries at harvest.

The name says it it all here; this is a New World interpretation of the classic French Bordeaux blend. Leading with Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine immediately invites aromas of black forest cherries and raspberry compote wrapped in leather and mulling spices. Full-bodied on the palate with fine-grained tannins that bolster the ripe fruits and savoury flavours that persist. The elegance and power of this wine is gradually revealed in the underlying minerality from the "In The Rocks" vineyard where the grapes are grown, leading into an extraordinarily long finish.

This wine will be a knock-out with grilled fare such as ribeye steaks or pan-seared veal chops.

Sister's Run Old Testament Cabernet Sauvignon Coonawarra 2019

Sister’s Run is a serious fun, serious wine. The talented, young winemaker Elena Brooks (of Dandelion Vineyards and Heirloom Vineyards fame) wears steel cap work boots every day of course, but carries a pair of high heels in back of the ute, only for emergencies, like last minute invitations to accept trophies at gala wine show dinners and the like.

The Old Testament vineyard is located in the heart of the Coonawarra. Good colour; it offers a savoury/spicy/leafy trifecta of flavours, with cedar and smooth tannins. All up elegance and finesse.

Serve with leg of lamb or other rich dishes.

Garage Wine Co Renacido Vineyard Maule Valley Lot 104 2019

750ml bottle
Full-Bodied & Firm

Garage Wine Co was literally started in a garage in 2001, by Etobicoke expat Derek Mossman and his wife Pilar Miranda. Since then, the dynamic duo have chosen to revive old vineyards in marginalized Chilean communities. They work mostly in the regions of Maule and Itata where they make highly coveted wines.

From the banks of the Perquilauquén River in the Caliboro zone in Maule’s dry-farmed secano, this cabernet has the rustic, tannic side of the valley’s reds, but they’re very well tamed by the alluvial soils of the vineyard. This wine pushes the limits in terms of latitude for Cabernet Sauvignon and is a beautiful expression of the varietal and terroir.

Serve with grilled meats and vegetables - perfect for steak night!

Leeu Passant is the Franschhoek Winery of Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines. The Leeu Passant wines are multi-regional bottlings inspired by the classic age-worthy wines of the Cape from the 1960’s, 70’s and 80’s. These were authentic wines unique to the culture, terroir, history and tastes of the Cape, and they strive to reflect these unique factors in their wines.

Stellenbosch is a natural home for Cabernet Sauvignon and this wine represents
the distinguished elegance and balance that the grape can exude there. The
vineyards are planted in the cooler parts of Stellenbosch - Firgrove; on the slopes
of the Helderberg Mountain and on the Polkadraai Hills. Using a combination of
modern and traditional wine making techniques, the fruit is completely
destemmed, naturally fermented and aged in 500L French oak barrels.

Notes of cassis, tarragon, graphite and cedar on the nose. These continue on the
palate which has a silky texture and great structure from the fine tannins. The
richness and power of the wine are balanced by freshness and finesse. The finish
is dry with lingering blackcurrant and blueberry flavours.

Kent Rasmussen truly believes that the North Coast has the perfect terroir for growing Cabernet Sauvignon. He spent years searching the appellation for the best "vineyards farmed by really engaged farmers who value quality above all else". For this wine, most of the fruit comes from Sonoma, but there are a couple vineyard lots from Napa Valley, and Lake County as well.

This Cabernet smells like cherries and red currant, vanilla, hazelnut and subtle undertones of spices. These are carried forward to the palate with bright, rich fruit flavour with plenty of soft tannins.

This wine is the perfect partner for rich grilled meats, peppery sauces and dishes full of flavour!
