The Moreau family has been settled in the heart of Chablis since 1884. Louis Moreau, the sixth generation, studied oenology and viticulture in California and took over from his father when he returned to France in 1994. Nowadays, the domaine's vineyards extend all over the four levels of the appellation: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.

What makes Chablis so exceptional? Evidently, the composition of the soils. The limestone soils of the Chablis appellation were formed in the upper Jurassic era, or Kimmeridgian; and contain lots of fossilized oyster shells that add a great complexity, volume and structure to the wine. On the palate, this Chablis is especially floral, and displays fresh aromas of apple and pear. On the palate, it has a vibrant mineral expression, balanced by a textured roundness and finesse.

Perfect to accompany with seafood, such as oysters or lobster risotto.

Proudly family owned, the Borthwick vineyard is an established vineyard situated in Gladstone, the heart of the Wairarapa. Producing quality wine for over a decade, Paddy, an experienced wine maker, has gained a reputation for producing consistently great wines. The twenty seven hectares of vines bordering the Ruamahunga River are growing on stony, free draining, alluvial soils, with a micro climate giving warm daily temperatures, cool nights and low rainfall; perfect conditions for producing distinctive, quality wines.

The 2024 growing season has delivered a wine of impressive concentration and aromatic lift, offering spiced stone fruit and tropical notes accented by a subtle hint of dark herbs. The palate is generous and flavour-packed, with a ripe nectarine core supported by bright lemon-lime acidity, leading to a long, lingering finish.

A great wine to pair with seafood, spring salads, goat cheese or grilled fish.

Founded in 1946 by Epifanio Dal Bianco, Masottina began as a small estate in Gorgo al Monticano, named after an ancient inscription found on the original farmhouse. Today, under the leadership of the second generation, the family has expanded the winery into a benchmark for the region, cultivating more than 370 hectares of vineyards. Rooted in the land yet forward-looking, Masottina blends respect for tradition with innovation, expressing the character of its unique territory through a family passion and style that is unmistakably its own.

Dedicated to the ancient Contrada Granda, the historic heart of Conegliano, this wine reflects the same deep-rooted history and tradition in its blend. It brings together the diverse expressions of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills: the fruit-driven richness of Ogliano, the delicate florals of Solighetto, and the vibrant acidity of Rolle.

In the glass, it shines a pale, bright hue with lively bubbles, opening on fragrant jasmine and wisteria layered with notes of pear and crisp cantaloupe. The palate is dry yet supple, beautifully balancing brisk acidity with ripe fruit, leading to a fresh, pulpy finish that lingers with elegance.

A must at aperitivo-time or a great accompaniment alongside pasta dishes served with a creamy sauce or white meats.

Oenops Wines is the visionary project started by dedicated oenologist Nikos Karatzas, founded in late 2015 in the historic winemaking region of Drama in Northern Greece - the land of Dionysus.

After gaining valuable experience with some of the area’s leading wineries, Nikos set out to discover old vineyards planted with indigenous Greek varieties across the country, forging close collaborations with passionate growers in exceptional terroirs.

The wines reflect both the character of each variety and its place of origin, blending the team’s expertise and meticulous approach with the growers’ deep connection to their land. By sourcing grapes from diverse plots and distinctive regions, Oenops Wines achieves fruit of outstanding quality and authenticity, remaining true to a shared passion for the vine and the earth.

Apla is a blend of Xinomavro, Limniona, and Mavroudi grapes sourced from select vineyards aged between 15 and 50 years. This is a perfect summer red, with a lifted aromatic profile of fresh cherry and wild strawberries, underpinned by gentle notes of fragrant Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is light and lively, with bright acidity complementing the crunchy red fruit flavours and sleek tannins that carry through to a satisfying, elegant finish.

Pairs well grilled meats, cold cuts and cheese and will be a great complement to any dish served with a spicy sauce.

Geographic Wines was founded by Nuno Morais Vaz and Daniela Matias, driven by a shared passion for creating authentic wines that honour Portugal’s diverse terroirs while embracing social and environmental sustainability. Their philosophy is rooted in the belief that each bottle should offer a true sense of place, allowing wine lovers to explore Portugal without leaving home. Nuno, with deep roots in the Douro, travels extensively each year in search of unique vineyards that capture the history and character of the world’s oldest demarcated region, paying tribute to the vines and the generations who cultivated them. Daniela, an advocate of avantgarde oenology, champions minimal intervention and thoughtful experimentation, ensuring each parcel is vinified separately to preserve its individuality. Together, they embody the principle that less is more, letting the land speak through every wine they craft.

Sourced from vineyards just 5 km from the Atlantic - one on clay-schist soils and another on granite - this Loureiro from the Lima Valley captures the essence of its coastal terroir. Fresh and saline, it offers intense varietal aromas with a delicate texture and lip-smacking acidity. Crafted with minimal intervention to maximize expression, the wine reflects the pure character of Loureiro: aromatic, precise, and deeply evocative of the Atlantic breeze.
