Elegant and expressive, this Pinot Noir opens with bright aromas of cherry and raspberry jam, accented by a touch of cinnamon and lifted by delicate floral notes of violet and purple blossoms. Subtle nuances of wet forest floor, pine mushroom, and wild grass lend earthy complexity. The palate is vibrant and refined, weaving together cherry licorice, ripe plum, cranberry, and a hint of orange pekoe tea. Fresh acidity brings immediate energy, flowing into a silky mid-palate supported by fine, chalky tannins that add structure and depth. Phantom Creek Estates, located on the renowned Black Sage Bench in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, is celebrated for its single-vineyard Bordeaux reds, expressive Alsace-inspired whites, and the region’s signature Viognier and Syrah. Founded by Richter Bai with the acquisition of the famed Becker and Phantom Creek Vineyards in 2016, the estate combines a passion for Bordeaux-style wines with a commitment to excellence. Today, under the guidance of Olivier Humbrecht MW, its vineyards are 100% certified organic and farmed biodynamically. By emphasizing individual vineyards and grape varieties, Phantom Creek Estates crafts wines that capture the unique character of their terroir while showcasing the distinct aromas and flavours of each variety, resulting in wines of remarkable clarity, complexity, and depth—a truly singular tasting experience.

Crafted from Cabernet Franc grapes sourced from the Black Sage and Golden Mile Benches, the 2022 Estate release is abundant and expressive. The bouquet reveals ripe cherries, delicate violet and herbal nuances, layered with gentle hints of toasted cloves, and a subtle thread of leather for added depth. On the palate, the wine mirrors the flavours of the nose, balancing ripe fruit with savoury undertones. Notorious throughout the Okanagan for its challenges, the 2021 vintage was marked by an exceptionally hot summer, prompting periodic vine shutdowns due to extreme temperatures. Careful selection and early harvesting were essential, yielding smaller berries with intensely ripe flavours and remarkable concentration.

The Estate’s 2021 Cuvée unfolds with a captivating bouquet of forest-inspired aromas, including mushrooms, truffles, and the freshness of wet stones. On the palate, it offers creamy richness accented by crisp bell pepper and cassis, framed by subtle minerality and a hint of leather. The interplay of fruit and finely structured tannins culminates in a long, flavourful finish - a true expression of South Okanagan.

Sourced from three vineyard areas across the Okanagan Valley, this cuvée opens with lifted floral and fruit-driven aromas before unfolding into a vibrant palate of cherry and blood orange, accented by notes of wild fennel and candy-cane beet. Juicy and bright on the entry, it’s beautifully balanced by fresh acidity and a gentle tannin structure. An intentionally pretty, easygoing style of Pinot Noir, crafted to be enjoyed now.

Creamy & Zesty

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

The vintage allowed Chardonnay to ripen very slowly and evenly, gaining full flavour while keeping the balance of fresh crisp acidity. Immediately on the nose there is a wave of pineapple, lemon-curd, lime- leaf, and apricot pith, followed immediately by sea salt and wet-stone minerality. The palate brings beautiful richness but still balance with white peach, spice, and lemon-meringue mingling with crème fraiche, flint and roasted almond. The finish is silky smooth and exceptionally long but is eventually overtaken by wet-stone and crisp acidity. A truly beautiful example of Niagara Chardonnay!

Pair this wine with meaty fish like halibut or cod. Shellfish including lobster, shrimp, crab and scallops work stunningly with this Chardonnay.

Spiced & Round

Cuvée Heritage is the third vintage of our flagship red blend, but the first called Heritage – in homage to Ilya & Nadia’s Ukrainian heritage, and with an intention of building a heritage of tremendous red blends at Leaning Post. 

Creamy & Zesty

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

A warm spring and warm summer lead to an uneven and wet fall, however good viticulture and good terroir still allowed these grapes to develop complex aromatics and structure without losing acidity or freshness. The blocks of two different Chardonnay clones: clone 76 and clone 96, were hand picked on October 17th. The clones were kept separate throughout pressing and oak aging. The fruit was whole cluster pressed and allowed to settle for a couple of days before being put into barrel for spontaneous fermentation. Once fermentations were completed, the wine remained in French oak barriques on lees for 15 months. This wine was skillfully blended with the perfect percentage of each clone to truly showcase this vintage, (63% clone 76 and 37% clone 96). We bottled this wine in June of 2023. 

Vibrant & Crunchy

“The Farm” is a 10-acre vineyard in Niagara’s Twenty Mile Bench, planted to Pinot Noir. The property is rooted in traditions of gathering family & friends, and where Peter and Dora Neudorf call home.

THE FARM, Poolhouse Rosé, is made from Gamay grown in Lincoln Lakeshore where the soils are rich in clay and high in minerals. We macerated the grapes on skins for 12 hours before gently pressing into a stainless tank where we started with a slow cold wild ferment, which harnessed the vibrant, dark fruit characters and bright acidity. Fermented dry and bottled shortly after.

The wine is dry & refreshing with notes of cherry & raspberry, and a lingering bright acidity.

This latest iteration of Lighthall's still rosé made with merlot grapes grown in Prince Edward County presents a captivating bouquet that expertly captures the essence of summer. The aromas of pomelo, pink grapefruit, and red bell pepper harmonize in a symphony of freshness, tantalizing the senses and inviting the palate to indulge. Upon sipping, the flavours unfold with a crisp, rounded quality, reminiscent of a crunchy red delicious apple. This refreshing rosé is sure to complement a variety of warm-weather occasions, from poolside gatherings to al fresco meals and summer salads.

A traditional method blanc de blanc, Revelation spent 10 years sur lies. The result is a wine of incredible depth, with rich toasty aromas backed by preserved lemon citrus and citrus curd character. Only one cage was made, making this exceptional wine also a bona fide rarity.

Mineral & Zesty

As typically found in County Chardonnay, this wine starts with aromas of flinty
minerality, Asian pear, and salted caramel. A round palate is filled with flavours of golden delicious apple, baking spices, and a hint of lemon. Put together, it’s like an apple crumble before it’s been baked! The smooth texture and long finish leave you satiating for more.

Our Phillipston Road (Manchego-style) cheese is literally made for this wine. Rich, salty, and nutty, it makes a perfect match. Coquilles St. Jaques, Oysters Rockefeller, halibut, spaghetti cacio e pepe, zucchini ravioli with grated lemon zest, butter poached cod, and chicken with a cream sauce are all wonderful pairings.

In 1985, Mario and Nancy Adamo transformed a 28‑room inn north of Toronto into Hockley Valley Resort, embracing a location that truly felt like home. Inspired by the vine‑covered hills of his hometown in Calabria, Italy, Mario envisioned the slopes of Hockley Valley as a place where grapes could thrive. In 2000, the first test vines on a newly purchased 77‑acre property were planted, and by 2015, Adamo Estate Winery was born. Today, this boutique, small‑batch winery boasts over 28,000 vines, farmed with organic and biodynamic principles. Led by winemaker Shauna White, the team crafts terroir‑driven wines that showcase both the character of Hockley Valley and select sites from Niagara’s most renowned vineyards.

This Bordeaux-inspired blend opens with a youthful, vibrant nose of ripe red and black berries, accented by floral notes, hints of liquorice, and a touch of toasted almond. On the palate, juicy redcurrant and ripe strawberry flavours are supported by silky tannins and balanced acidity, creating a smooth, refreshing profile. Subtle toasty undertones carry through to a fruity finish.
