3 bottles x Vitivinicola Fangareggi Vigna Rosa Lambrusco dell'Emilia IGP 2023 (Emilia-Romagna, Italy)
Sparkling | Pinot Nero, Lambrusco di Sorbara, Fortana

Vitivinicola Fangareggi is located in the heart of the Lambrusco region, between the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena. Their ancestors have been making wine since the 19th century, and in 2004 the family decided to resume their winemaking tradition. Made from a blend of Lambrusco di Sorbara, Fortana and Pinot Nero, this low-alcohol rosato frizzante is the perfect bubbly to pop and enjoy at any occasion. Rose petals, black cherry, vague reminiscences of bread crust, and lots of freshness. Pop and enjoy.

3 bottles x Gilvesy Bohem Balatoni Cuvée 2023 (Lake Balaton, Hungary)
White | Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Olaszrizling

Gilvesy winery is located in the outskirts of Lake Balaton, near an ancient dormant volcano, in Hungary. Hungarian expat Robert Gilvesy moved back to his homeland from Canada to start this exciting project involving native grape varieties and volcanic soils. This blend is light and fresh. On the nose, it's all about hints of mint, lemon and fresh cucumber, while on the palate it's zesty, with notes of green apple and citrus fruit.

3 bottles x Domaine Baud 'Rouge Ancestral' Côtes du Jura AOC 2022 (Jura, France) Red | Pinot Noir, Trousseau

A delicious blend of 70% Trousseau and 30% Pinot Noir, this cuvée is named “Ancestral” because it is made from Baud's oldest plots of red grapes planted by Clementine and Bastien's grandfather. This light and whimsical red wine has aromas of leather and concentrated notes of morello cherry and wild strawberries. The tannins are soft, silky, and elegant. Extra sensation with a light chill.

3 bottles x Bideona Mayela Rioja Alavesa 2023 (Rioja, Spain)
Red | Tempranillo

Mayela is Bideona's “Cosechero 2.0” project, a young, juicy, versatile, unoaked red wine that is a contemporary reinterpretation of the grower "cosechero" tradition of Rioja Alavesa. Bideona produces this wine from beautiful vineyards on the slopes of the Sierra Cantabria, without using any methods that would obscure its personality. The wine is fresh and approachable, but also shows the depth and purity typical from Rioja Alavesa. It is a single wine but carries a series of six sequential labels featuring illustrations of the real growers, as a tribute to their daily work.

About the Winery

Domaine Baud Père et Fils

The history of Domaine Baud dates back to 1742, and it wasn't until 1950 when René Baud, the 7th generation, rebuilt the vineyard which had suffered from the phylloxera crisis and two World Wars.

Starting with only 4 hectares, the vineyard progressively expanded to 20 hectares with the help of successive generations. Now, managed by siblings Clémentine and Bastien, the 9th generation, the estate continues to flourish and grow, with a strong commitment to sustainable viticulture and preserving the traditions and style that makes the wines of the Jura so unique and incredible.

The estate achieved the Terra Vitis certification in 2014 for its eco-friendly work and environmental preservation.
