The Moreau family has been settled in the heart of Chablis since 1884. Louis Moreau, the sixth generation, studied oenology and viticulture in California and took over from his father when he returned to France in 1994. Nowadays, the Domaine's vineyards extend across the four levels of the appellation: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.

The name "Vau Ligneau," meaning 'valley of the little brook,' refers to its vineyard's location in a side valley on the left bank of the Serein. This wine is a quintessential expression of a classic Chablis 1er Cru, where the cool morning sun enhances its elegance and highlights the minerality and richness derived from the calcareous and clay subsoil. In the glass, it reveals a rich golden hue and delicate aromas of mint and exotic fruits. On the palate, it's full-flavoured, with precise acidity that elevates the fruit into a long, refined finish.

Nowadays, the Domaine's vineyards extend across the four levels of the appellation: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.

Named Les Fourneaux as early as 1537—a reference to its excellent sun exposure—this Climat is known for producing subtle and refined wines. The bouquet is layered, revealing delicate notes of white flowers such as acacia and rose petal, accented by a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it's round and supple, balanced by a gentle acidity that preserves its fresh, mineral character.

Nowadays, the Domaine's vineyards extend across the four levels of the appellation: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.

Blanchot is located on the east of the Grand Cru appellation, and although the sun exposure is somewhat limited, it remains a paradoxically warm terroir. Its steep slope and sheltered location result in slow ripening conditions. Exceptionally atypical, Blanchot is a real eye-catcher: it reveals itself with a great depth, predominantly floral on the nose and with a mineral, pure and magical personality. On the palate is round and powerful, with hints of undergrowth and white flowers.

Starting from 2013, the grapes from this parcel have been vinified and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks, emphasizing the wine's polish and finesse to the fullest extent.

Signature aromas of crushed flint and gentle sea breeze unfold between lifted floral scents and fresh stone fruits. The palate is carried effortlessly by a backbone of natural acidity, hinting at this wine's ability to further develop with age.

Nowadays, the domaine's vineyards extend all over the four levels of the appellation: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.

Thanks to its multiple exposures to the sun, Grand Cru Valmur develops more specifically fruity and round aromas and is less marked by the calcareous and clay subsoil. In the mouth, this wine displays a robust and powerful character, feeling less steely than its neighbour, Grand Cru Les Clos. Expect soft notes of acacia and orange blossoms with nectarine and yellow pear notes to unfold on the palate with shades of salt-tinged sweet spices lasting long into the well-defined finish.

Nowadays, the domaine's vineyards extend all over the four levels of the appellation: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.

This Premier Cru site generates very fruity wines with notes of crunchy orchard fruits such as apple and pears with plenty of citrus influence. The palate is lush and complex with layered fruit aromas underscored by chalky, saline-tinged tones. There is a charming vivacity that is characteristic of the stony soil of 1er Cru Vaillons, which makes its way into each bottling.

Located in San Patricio del Chañar in Neuquén Province, Bodega Malma was born from a pioneering winemaking project at the southern edge of Argentina, quickly earning acclaim for its high-quality wines. Founded in 2004 and run by the Viola family, the winery is fuelled by a deep passion for Patagonia and its distinctive terroirs. In collaboration with consulting enologist Hans Vinding-Diers, Bodega Malma has carefully crafted its portfolio while exploring the potential of each micro-terroir for different grape varieties. Guided by a philosophy of sharing Patagonia with the world, the winery brings the region’s unique character to life in every bottle.

The Chacra La Papay collection showcases Bodega Malma’s commitment to producing expressive, approachable wines that deliver both quality and a strong sense of place. These conditions encourage gradual ripening and the development of concentrated flavours and aromas. Following hand harvesting, the fruit is gently pressed and aged for nine months in seasoned French and American oak barrels.

Lubanzi is a socially driven South African wine company founded in 2014, inspired by a backpacking journey along the country’s remote Wild Coast. The brand is named after a wandering dog that accompanied the founders for six days and nearly 100 miles of the trek—an experience that sparked the idea to share South Africa’s culture, landscapes, and wines with a global audience.

Working with respected winemaking partners including Trizanne Barnard and Bruce Jack, Lubanzi produces expressive wines that reflect the country’s diverse terroirs. The company also maintains a strong commitment to social impact, partnering with the Pebbles Project to support health and education initiatives for families living and working on South Africa’s wine farms.

This lively Pet-Nat comes from 13 tons of cinsault hand harvested each year in February from a block on a tiny organic farm in the heart of the Swartland. Lined by conifers for wind protection and bursting with life from its rocky soils, it’s a vibrant place.

The nose opens strawberry, pink apple, cider, candy floss & dry grain. Summer strawberry, cranberry, lemon drop, buchu leaf & pomegranate notes on the palate alongside a sweet & sour experience.
