Located in Snežatno in the Goriška Brda zone of Slovenia, near the border of Italy, Štekar winery is known for producing wines in the traditional manner, with extended skin contact and little or no sulphur added.  The hilly rugged terrain is marked with monuments to both world wars.

Rebula, also known as Ribolla Gialla, is a grape native to Friuli in Italy and this little corner of western Slovenia. As the natural fermentation began, the skins remained with the must for 24 days before being removed. The wine remained in giant Acacia wood barrels for eight months before being bottled without filtration. The result is expressive and spectacular; aromatic and inviting on the nose, the Rebula showcases yellow fruit, a firm structure. 

Orange wine made from Ribolla Gialla grapes pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes due to its unique flavour profile and aromatic qualities. Consider serving it alongside roasted vegetable dishes, as the wine’s acidity complements the sweetness of the vegetables. Additionally, it goes well with savoury dishes like pork loin or chicken marinated in herbs, and it can also enhance the flavours of a cheese platter, especially with aged cheeses or those with a bit of funk, like aged Gouda or blue cheese. For a delightful finish, try it with a citrus-based dessert or a fruit tart, which echoes the wine's fruity notes.

Nas del Gegant is a rustic blend of Cabernet Franc, Cariñena, Garnacha, Merlot, aged in amphora and utterly unique with wild herb, savory notes integrated with deep, dark earthy fruit. It somehow tastes ancient and fresh simultaneously. Full-bodied, fruity. A big wild wine with lots of fruit, character, and structure to hold up against the lush palate. This natural wine finishes slightly off-dry but remains balanced.

Decant for best flavour. Pair with BBQ, highly spiced roast meats, rich stews.

Wild & Crispy

Els Bassotets is a selection of different parcels from the estate. Made from Chenin and Macabeu with no added sulfur, it’s raw and energetic with vibrant fruit. Sitting at just 12% alcohol, it's made to accompany any situation. The name means the little Bassots, the name of the parcel from which Joan Ramon’s second white comes because this is the lighter, little brother wine of Bassots. The animal on the label is a type of wild cat called Jineta in Spanish.

This natural wine is ideal with risotto and creamy pasta recipes.

Floral & Funky

The heart of this wine is Cabernet Franc, complemented with 20% Parellada, a local white grape of great aromatic refinement. Hand harvested and partially destemmed, the grapes were macerated and fermented together in clay amphorae using only indigenous yeasts. This natural red wine was then aged for 7 months on lees in the amphorae.

Rustic, raw and pleasantly wild, this wine could need some aeration to unfurl. Some earthy and mineral notes, evolving into a fleshy red fruit gently nuanced by flowers, herbs and spice. A remarkably original unrefined blend; delicately warm, but also full of energy and confidence. Some succulent red fruit, a note of cocoa and bitter herbs, and a first-rate acidity make for a very fresh no added sulphites wine. Gentler and more engaging than ever, this wine from Escoda-Sanahuja has a long finish with a mineral and pithy aftertaste.

Pair it with roasted red meats and cured cheeses.

The Loire Valley has always had a special importance for Joan Ramón, as it has been key in his journey and evolution as a winemaker. As a consequence, he is madly in love with Chenin. His love for this white grape led him to plant some vines in Conca del Barberá, which resulted in a great success thanks to the cold and humid weather of the hills in Prenafeta. The high altitude makes possible the unbelievable: a rustic, juicy and mellow skin-contact wine with hints of caramel, citrus and earthy notes.

Pair Els Bassots with creamy cheeses and white meats.

Elegant & Crisp

Château Haut Grelot is located near the Gironde Estuaire, north of the town of Bordeaux. Haut Grelot has been making wine and taking great care of their vineyards since its establishment in 1920!

This Crémant de Bordeaux is crafted from 100 % Sémillon, cultivated at a yield of 60 hl/ha on a 1‑hectare plot with sandy‑loamy and clayey soils, giving it a distinctive terroir. The grapes are manually harvested and immediately cold‑pressed under an inert atmosphere, ensuring delicate handling and preservation of freshness. After 9 months of élevage, it is bottled with sugar liqueur and yeast, and the bottles are turned daily to gently shift the lees. Final disgorgement with liqueur enhances the mousse, culminating in a wine with a pale‑yellow robe and fine bubbles. On the palate, it presents elegant, lovely floral and fruity flavors, marrying freshness, harmony, and complexity, and finishing with a long, graceful aftertaste.

Ideal as an aperitif or with cake and pastries.

Mineral & Vibrant

Juan Jesús, who is a 4th generation winemaker, founded Viñátigo in 1990 and has worked tirelessly since then identifying, recuperating the native grapes of the Canary Islands. Today, his son Jorge is slowly taking over the viticulture and winemaking of Viñátigo, and is focusing on crafting wines from exceptional micro-vineyards in the north-face of Tenerife. Before settling down in his home-island, Jorge worked alongside great international winemakers in Chile, Argentina and Burgundy.

The Lomo de la Era vineyard is situated in the Paraje de la Cruz Santa, located on the west side of La Orotava valley. The vines are trained in the traditional cordon trenzado system, and can extend up to five meters long. At an altitude of 500 meters above sea level, the site benefits from the direct influence of the trade winds that arrive from the North Atlantic.

Five hundred thousand years ago, the collapse of the Cañadas Edifice caused a gravitational landslide that created La Orotava valley. The west side of the valley is well known for producing great white wines, due to presence of stonier soils than those in the central and eastern parts of the valley.

Pre-fermentative oxidation. Not controlled-temperature fermentation. Fermented and aged for nine months in amphora. No racking. 

Lomo de la Era is very dry and textured with dusty salinity, vibrant fruits, with a honeyed character, and a little aromatic blast of its volcanic origins.

The Into the light White Blaufränkisch from Heinrich is an extraordinary orange wine from Burgenland, interpreting the red grape variety Blaufränkisch as a Blanc de Noirs – spontaneously fermented in wooden barrels and amphorae, unfiltered and without added sulphites.

The Weisze Freyheit is a distinctive blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc from Lake Neusiedl, showcasing a bold, modern skin-contact style with notable depth and structure. The Pinot Freyheit is a biodynamically crafted Pinot Noir from Lake Neusiedl, shaped by amphora ageing and whole-bunch fermentation to achieve remarkable elegance and depth. This approachable red from Weingut Heinrich offers a silky ruby profile with bright red berry fruit, gentle herbal spice, and a light, juicy, harmonious palate.

The Leithaberg Chardonnay is a mineral-driven wine, shaped by limestone and slate soils and aged 17 months in large wooden casks with spontaneous fermentation. The palate is taut and structured, with firm acidity, a creamy texture, and a lightly phenolic grip, leading to a saline, herbaceous finish.
