Nicolas Potel was an iconic figure and pioneering force in Burgundy’s modern winemaking landscape. A native of Volnay with winemaking in his blood, he built his reputation early on through a natural affability that helped him establish a broad and lasting network within the wine trade. After studying viticulture in Beaune and gaining experience both locally and abroad, he founded Maison Roche de Bellene in 1997 - a négociant house dedicated to small-lot bottlings with a strong focus on sourcing old-vine parcels. He later expanded the range with Collection Bellenum, which specializes in the acquisition and release of carefully cellared, well-aged vintages from growers with a tradition of long-term ageing. An early advocate of organic farming and a consistent champion of terroir expression, Potel was widely respected for his vision and integrity; he tragically passed away in the summer of 2025, leaving behind a significant legacy in Burgundy and beyond.

Keint-he Winery & Vineyards is a boutique winery located in Prince Edward County. The winery has a strong focus on varietals that are typically grown in Burgundy, specifically Pinot Noir and Chardonnay; through which they truly express the best of the County with wonderful individual expressions. Keint-He’s approach to winemaking is as down-to-earth as it gets and their quality is second to none.

A strong ruby colour in the center of the glass. This shifts to brick on the edges. Vibrant throughout. The nose shows intense sour cherry, raspberry crumble and subtle notes of cedar forest. Soft tannin, cherry, black currant and hints of mushroom, work in concert with one another on the plate.

The name "Vau Ligneau," meaning 'valley of the little brook,' refers to its vineyard's location in a side valley on the left bank of the Serein. This wine is a quintessential expression of a classic Chablis 1er Cru, where the cool morning sun enhances its elegance and highlights the minerality and richness derived from the calcareous and clay subsoil. In the glass, it reveals a rich golden hue and delicate aromas of mint and exotic fruits. Named Les Fourneaux as early as 1537—a reference to its excellent sun exposure—this Climat is known for producing subtle and refined wines. Blanchot is located on the east of the Grand Cru appellation, and although the sun exposure is somewhat limited, it remains a paradoxically warm terroir. Its steep slope and sheltered location result in slow ripening conditions. Exceptionally atypical, Blanchot is a real eye-catcher: it reveals itself with a great depth, predominantly floral on the nose and with a mineral, pure and magical personality. On the palate is round and powerful, with hints of undergrowth and white flowers.

Thanks to its multiple exposures to the sun, Grand Cru Valmur develops more specifically fruity and round aromas and is less marked by the calcareous and clay subsoil. In the mouth, this wine displays a robust and powerful character, feeling less steely than its neighbour, Grand Cru Les Clos. Expect soft notes of acacia and orange blossoms with nectarine and yellow pear notes to unfold on the palate with shades of salt-tinged sweet spices lasting long into the well-defined finish.

Raised amidst the vineyards, Alexandre Favier is part of a long line of winemakers in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. His grandfather, Noël Sabon, hails from one of the region’s most renowned winemaking families. Alexandre began his viticultural studies at the age of fifteen in Orange, completing his exams by 2001. Just a year later, at the age of twenty, he assumed full winemaking responsibilities at Domaine Chante Cigale when his father’s health declined. Today, Domaine Chante Cigale stands as one of the most important family estates in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Extrait consists of 50% Roussanne and 50% Grenache Blanc. The Roussanne for Extrait comes from a very specific plot and the vines are over 40 years old. For a wine this unctuous and textured, the palate shows remarkable balance and freshness. Aromas of apricot, peach and citrus are complemented by some perfumed florals and well integrated, savoury oak. The finish is incredibly long and fresh.

Since 2009, when the winery was founded, Fabio Motta has followed a clear and consistent winemaking philosophy shaped by his experience working alongside the renowned Bolgheri winemaker Michele Satta. Each wine reflects a personal vision that remains deeply faithful to both the land and the vintage, while never repeating itself from year to year. This approach has remained unchanged even following Fabio Motta’s integration into the Agricole Gussalli Beretta group, reinforcing his belief that wine is inseparable from both the individual who crafts it and the vineyard from which it originates—together defining the value, personality, and uniqueness of every bottle.
Each label is the result of careful, deliberate choices aimed at expressing the character of the Bolgheri terroir through respectful, precise, and timely work in both the vineyard and cellar. The Schild Family have been grape growers in the Barossa Valley since 1952. Growing the estate from one vineyard to over 134ha across 11 precious sites, their generational wisdom and knowledge of the land allows for premium fruit to flourish each vintage. Their Estate Wine label was created as a small side project and quickly grew in reputation and is now loved worldwide.

Sourced from the single-vineyard Liebich site, perched high in the hills behind the township of Rowland Flat, this wine captures both the richness and vitality of its elevated origin. The nose is reminiscent of creamy, freshly scraped vanilla pod and a mélange of dark berry compote draw. On the palate, flavours of satsuma plum and blackberry are layered with classic notes of coffee bean and subtle pepper spice. Its pleasing depth and gentle chewiness speak to the quality of the fruit, while a lift of fresh acidity brings balance and energy. Blank Canvas is the personal wine range of husband and wife team, Matt Thomson and Sophie Parker-Thomson, MW. With a focus on Marlborough, Syrah from Hawkes Bay and Pinot Noir from Central Otago, the Blank Canvas wines are exciting, small-batch and increasingly recognized as the avant-garde of New Zealand wine. Every effort is put into making wines that are distinctive and cerebral, unencumbered by a regime or badge and are not beholden to tradition. Abstract is a study in terroir, shaped by restrained winemaking that highlights purity of fruit and textural depth. Oenops was founded in 2015 by talented winemaker Nikos Karatzas, who produces a stunning range of distinctive wines from his newly established state-of-the-art winery. He sources indigenous and rare grape varieties grown on exceptional terroir focusing on cool-climate sites and old-vine plots, from carefully selected vineyards in Drama and Macedonia, which have been cultivated by ambitious winegrowers using an organic philosophy.

Niko adopts a minimal intervention approach and vinifies plot by plot using stainless steel, concrete, oak barrels, and amphora. His aim is to source great fruit and craft wines that reflect the nuances of the native varieties and the identity of the terroir and as a result, he produces a collection of authentic, elegant, and delicious wines. 

Grapes are chilled at 5°C and then are carefully sorted and pressed with a small percentage of whole clusters in a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and concrete tanks, keeping each vineyard plot separate. After 2-4 months of aging on its fine lees, the wine is ready for bottling.

A complex and refreshing rosé from 3 of the most interesting Greek red varieties sporting light salmon color. Elegant notes of tangerine, orange, strawberries and white cherries dominate the nose followed by a fine hint of tomato, one of the unique aromas of Xinomavro. Full bodied and layered yet crispy, with aromas of strawberries and raspberries with a long, refreshing finish. A great rosé to enjoy it on its own or with several types of cuisine.

Serve as a great match for pasta, pizza, fish, salads and fruits. It is a wine of character, the perfect companion for aperitifs with friends and cheese platters to share. An excellent accompaniment to Mediterranean and Greek dishes.

Domaine André Aubert, has been formed over decades and generations by one very passionate wine family and today comprises of more than 280 hectares spread from north to south of the prestigious Southern Rhone Valley on the appellations Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône villages, Visan, and Grignan-les-Adhémar. 

This is a perfectly balanced blend of Grenache and Syrah from the southern Rhône appellation of Visan which is the realm of the Aleppo pine, of lavender and truffles – and of course, the vine. Owing to the Mediterranean climate, expect lush fruit aromas of blackberries and cherries, with hints of freshly crushed peppercorns. It's full-bodied, rich and juicy with a smooth finish.

A great pairing with burgers or sausages on the grill, stuffed red peppers, or a classic meat lovers pizza.

Winemaker and co-founder Rob Cameron has a colourful winemaking background – learning his craft in unique destinations such as Cyprus, Bulgaria and Hungary before moving on to France, Spain and Italy. For him, the Invivo range is all about taking some of the elegance from the old world and putting that style into amazing grapes, all the while offering wines that are fun and a bit unique.

The Hawke's Bay Chardonnay is a barrel-fermented beauty, aged for seven months on lees in French Oak. Aromas of ripe peach, golden apple and citrus zest meet hints of toasted almond, vanilla and a touch of spice. Crisp yet velvety on the palate, it bursts with juicy stone fruits, grassiness, lemon curd and a whisper of pineapple. The oak provides backbone, rounding out to a long, nutty finish.

Established in 2005, Domaine de Bellene is dedicated to crafting expressive wines from old vines, guided by a strong commitment to sustainable, organic farming. Under the stewardship of winemaker and proprietor of the late Nicolas Potel, the domaine has focused on producing wines that faithfully reflect both place and vintage, while safeguarding the land and its traditions for future generations. Today, Domaine de Bellene is widely respected among Burgundy enthusiasts for its thoughtful range of wines spanning both celebrated and lesser-known appellations.

This wine comes from a 40-acre parcel planted in 2004 within Clos Rousseau. Favourable climatic conditions and vineyard topography encourage the development of noble rot in a small portion of the fruit (approximately 2%), lending an exotic aromatic lift. Subtle oak integration adds notes of sweet spice and toasted hazelnut on the nose, while the palate delivers good density and texture, with mid-weight flavours that mirror the aromatics and lead into a gently pithy, mineral-tinged finish.

The Tomich family hails from the Adriatic Coast in Croatia where winemaking is a way of life. Jack Tomich Senior arrived in Australia in 1903, bringing with him all of the grape growing and winemaking skills of his forefathers. The family had always made their own wine for the family and grew sultanas and wine grapes after moving to the new irrigation settlement of Mildura in 1936. Jack’s son Ivan showed a real passion for wine, and by 1946 was producing and selling to local farmers. Three generations of grape growers and winemakers later, the Tomich family now owns one of the best sites in the Adelaide Hills and has kept its ancestral way of softly farming the land while advocating for regenerative growing practices.

The Tomich Hill Regional Series is made from estate-grown fruit sourced from high-altitude, cool-climate vineyards. This Pinot showcases intense aromas of dark berries and red cherries, with warm spices unfolding on the palate. It’s medium-bodied with fine-grained tannins and a subtle gaminess, which enhances the depth of its ripe fruit flavours.

Proudly family owned, the Borthwick vineyard is an established vineyard situated in Gladstone, the heart of the Wairarapa. Producing quality wine for over a decade, Paddy, an experienced wine maker, has gained a reputation for producing consistently great wines. The twenty seven hectares of vines bordering the Ruamahunga River are growing on stony, free draining, alluvial soils, with a micro climate giving warm daily temperatures, cool nights and low rainfall; perfect conditions for producing distinctive, quality wines.

Domaine Charly Nicolle was created with less than one hectare in 1979 by Robert Nicolle and Josette Laroche, who can both trace their winemaking heritage in Fleys back to the late 19th century. Since the creation of the Domaine, they have increased the size of their vineyards bit by bit, and today the Domaine produces wine from 20 hectares of vines. In 1999, they were joined by their son Charly, who had just graduated from the lycée viticole. Charly is now officially in charge of the Domaine, together with his wife Lucie, but Robert is still out in the vines nearly every day. The largest holdings of the Domaine are in AOC Chablis, located mostly around the family's beloved village of Fleys.

Per aspera ad astra—"through adversity to the stars"—honours both the dedication of the family's ancestors and the vine’s enduring struggle to flourish. This name also symbolizes the transformation of daily efforts into extraordinary pleasures. Sourced from parcels on the right bank of the Serein River in the heart of Chablis, the Per Aspera stands out for its remarkable balance and artisanal character.

The wine displays an enchanting nose, bursting with intoxicating aromas of summer flowers and ripe fruit. On the palate, its distinctive character is reminiscent of oysters and seashells, adding a unique and refined touch to its profile.

Réva winery focuses on producing wines of excellence with extreme attention to the particular characteristics of each grape variety and the utmost respect for diversity. Nebbiolo is a light grape, but with a strong character. It's subtle yet bold, silky yet complex! You'll find aromas of fig paste, cherry jam, peony and pomegranate. On the palate the wine is slightly chewy but vibrant and has a dry-yet-fruity character with notes of red apple, plum, tar, and a tobacco finish with grippy tannins and a kiss of oak.

The Amiot family has been rooted in the Chassagne-Montrachet terroir for generations. Founders Flavie and Arsène relocated from Paris to raise their family, acquiring outbuildings and vineyards and ultimately establishing the domaine in 1920. Originally known as Domaine Arsène Amiot, the estate quickly distinguished itself through its early commitment to estate bottling—an uncommon practice at the time when many growers sold wine in bulk. The distinctive bottles became easily recognizable to clientele, helping to build a dedicated direct-sales network and laying the foundation for a long-standing winemaking tradition. By the late 1980s, under the leadership of the founder’s grandson Guy, the domaine entered a new era. A trained oenologist, he produced notable vintages, expanded international trade, and significantly elevated the estate’s global reputation.

Sourced from a beautiful vineyard plot on the northern edge of the village, bordering Les Chenevottes and Les Vergers. The name "Les Macherelles" is thought to derive either from an edible plant once found there or from the feminine form of "Machuré," referring to the women of the village. The vineyard's clay-rich topsoil is naturally drained by rainwater from the upper slope, while deeper layers of limestone encourage the vine roots to dig down in search of water and nutrients.

In the glass, the wine shows a bright straw-yellow colour with subtle green highlights. The clay-limestone terroir gives rise to an expressive, inviting nose with a rounded, generous character. The palate is full and smooth, unfolding flavours of white orchard fruit, honeyed almond, and a touch of menthol freshness. The finish is lifted by the cool morning exposure and a refined stony minerality that lingers pleasantly.

Situated on a northeast-facing slope at a slightly higher elevation, this Premier Cru vineyard produces a refined and elegant expression of white Chassagne-Montrachet. Before its potential for viticulture was fully recognized, Les Vergers was planted primarily with fruit trees—a fitting origin for a site that continues to yield wines of remarkable freshness and aromatic charm.

Brilliant straw yellow with luminous golden highlights, the wine opens with a complex and layered bouquet. Floral notes of iris and white blossoms mingle with aromas of crisp yellow apple, wildflower honey, and toasted hazelnut. The palate is rich and enveloping, yet beautifully balanced by precise acidity and a saline freshness that accentuates the wine’s vibrant fruit character. Long, mineral-driven, and remarkably poised, the finish lingers with both energy and finesse. Its racy structure and underlying freshness make it an excellent candidate for cellaring, often showing its best after at least five years of aging.
