Located at the southern end of the Barossa Valley, Lou Miranda Estate is a family-run boutique winery rooted in Italian heritage and hospitality. Founded by Lou Miranda and now led by his daughters Lisa, Angela, and Victoria, the estate carries forward a legacy that began with their grandfather who immigrated to Australia from southern Italy in the late 30's with a passion for good wine and family. Today, the Mirandas produce all their wines from 100 acres of estate-owned vineyards spread across four sites within eight kilometres of the winery — including four treasured centenarian vine blocks, the oldest planted in 1897. From vineyard to bottle, their philosophy remains simple: great food and wine are meant to be shared.

Named in honour of the vineyard's golden autumn vines as they prepare for a new season of growth, the Gold Lion collection celebrates both the family's enduring winemaking heritage and the natural cycle that shapes each vintage.

Aromas of ripe dark berries, plum, and warm spice are complemented by subtle notes of vanilla and toasted oak. The generous, medium- to full-bodied palate layers rich dark fruit, chocolate, brown spice, and vanilla, with integrated tannins and a touch of sweetness adding balance and texture. Flavourful and well-structured, it finishes long with lingering notes of oak spice and ripe fruit.

Proudly family owned, the Borthwick vineyard is an established vineyard situated in Gladstone, the heart of the Wairarapa. Producing quality wine for over a decade, Paddy, an experienced wine maker, has gained a reputation for producing consistently great wines. The twenty seven hectares of vines bordering the Ruamahunga River are growing on stony, free draining, alluvial soils, with a micro climate giving warm daily temperatures, cool nights and low rainfall; perfect conditions for producing distinctive, quality wines.

The outstanding 2025 growing season produced a Sauvignon of exceptional concentration and balance. Fragrant aromas of spiced stone fruit, tropical fruit, and subtle dark herbal notes lead into a richly flavoured palate centred on ripe nectarine and bright lemon-lime acidity. Fresh and vibrant, it finishes with impressive length and persistence.

Sister’s Run is a bold, value-driven Australian wine brand founded by acclaimed winemaker Elena Brooks, whose nearly 30 vintages of global experience span celebrated projects including Dandelion Vineyards, Heirloom Vineyards, and Cien Y Pico in Spain. Crafting expressive, site-driven wines from regions such as Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills, and Coonawarra, Elena has built an international reputation in a traditionally male-dominated industry while championing collaboration, mentorship, and greater inclusivity in wine. Notes of black cherries dipped in milk chocolate kick things off on the nose followed by hints of violet florals and sweet clove spices from tempered oak. An underlying herbal streak underscores the sweet aromatics, adding a savoury, almost minty edge beneath the fruit. Smooth tannins provide a rounded grip on the palate and are wrapped up by flavours of warm stewed plums with a touch of Pastis. Hallmark notes of cracked black pepper cascade into the rich finish. Nestled in McLaren Vale’s renowned Blewitt Springs, Cape Barren Wines produces expressive wines that showcase the character of this distinctive South Australian terroir. The winery takes its name from the magnificent Cape Barren geese that return to the region each summer following harvest to feed on grain and grape seeds—a welcome sight for a species that was once nearly extinct. Established in 1999, the winery itself may be relatively young, but its vineyards are anything but, with some vines exceeding 100 years of age! The brand began to truly establish its identity when viticulturist Tom Adams and winemaker Rob Dundon took the reins in ’09, bringing a wealth of combined experience and a strong focus on expressing the character of these exceptional old vines.

The GSM is bright and inviting, with aromas of raspberry, plum and blackberry layered with subtle spice. The palate is plush and smooth, driven by vibrant fruit and a gentle savoury spice, while the Shiraz adds richness and depth. A touch of oak brings chocolatey complexity, with supple, lingering tannins rounding out the finish.

Founded in 2008 by Kiwi friends Tim Lightbourne and Rob Cameron, Invivo has grown into one of New Zealand's leading wine producers. In 2011, a spontaneous phone call led to a unique partnership with TV host Graham Norton, who not only lends his name to a range of wines but personally blends them and owns shares in the winery. Reflective of its terroir, the wine reveals layered aromas of perfumed nasturtium and freshly cut lime. The Left and Right Hand Pinot Noirs showcase two distinct interpretations of the Borthwick Estate Vineyard, shaped by the individual perspectives of winemaker Briony Carnachan and vigneron Paddy Borthwick. Each selected a premium parcel of Pinot Noir that they felt best captured the character of the site, then applied their own unique winemaking approach through careful barrel selection and thoughtful refinement. The 2021 Left Hand opens with an expressive bouquet of raspberry, blackberry, and cherry, layered with cedar, tobacco, and subtle savoury spice. Notes of liquorice, seasoned oak, smoke, and vanilla add depth and complexity, complementing the wine’s focused palate. Bright berry fruit carries through alongside finely integrated tannins, leading to a balanced structure and a long, elegant finish.

Blank Canvas is the personal wine range of husband and wife team, Matt Thomson and Sophie Parker-Thomson, MW. With a focus on Marlborough, Syrah from Hawkes Bay and Pinot Noir from Central Otago, the Blank Canvas wines are exciting, small-batch and increasingly recognized as the avant-garde of New Zealand wine. Every effort is put into making wines that are distinctive and cerebral, unencumbered by a regime or badge and are not beholden to tradition. Every vineyard, variety and vintage is approached as if it is a blank canvas.

The 2020 Element Syrah captures the rare combination of density and freshness found in the Gimblett Gravels, with a beautifully fragrant and textured expression of the site.

A high proportion of whole bunch and signature co-fermentation with Grüner Veltliner bring an alluring lift to the bouquet, revealing notes of violet, star anise, and smoked black pepper alongside black plum, bright currant, and savoury black olive. The palate is compact and finely structured, with vibrant acidity, cocoa-powder tannins, and a rich yet balanced texture. Subtle oak and lees ageing add depth and length while preserving the wine’s clarity and sense of place. Welcome to the intimate world of Quevedo, a small, family-owned winery where quality is a treasured tradition. The Quevedo family's viticultural heritage spans over five generations, beginning with Abel Gouveia Costa, who planted the first vines in 1889. Through the years, the family diligently expanded their vineyards, culminating in the 1970s when Oscar and Beatriz Quevedo modernized their facilities and established the Quevedo winery in 1993. Today, Quevedo oversees 100 hectares of vineyards and 25 hectares of organic olive groves, with current proprietors Cláudia and Oscar Quevedo Jr. continuing the legacy of crafting exceptional wines.

Bodega Bideona represents a new generation of Rioja wines, defined by the precise origin of their grapes rather than winemaking techniques. Its 282 small vineyard plots, averaging 0.3 hectares and over 50 years old, include vines planted between 1920 and 1960, reflecting a unique cultural and biological heritage. The Bideona Village-Wine range highlights the distinct character of Rioja Alavesa’s wine-growing villages, a nuance often lost during the industrialization of Rioja, when blending and technique overshadowed origin. These wines restore the importance of village identity, allowing each bottle to express the place it comes from.

Bideona’s Village Wine series explores the distinct character of Rioja Alavesa’s historic wine villages, with each cuvée offering a pure expression of its individual terroir. The wines are labelled using registered acronyms rather than village names due to a quirk in the region’s regulations—so Villabuena becomes V1BN4. 

A highly drinkable yet age-worthy expression of Rioja Alavesa, Bideona Villabuena comes from hillside vineyards at around 500 metres, protected by the Sierra Cantabria. It strikes a beautiful balance between freshness, elegance and concentrated fruit, with precise berry aromas, fine-grained tannins and a wonderfully fluid, energetic palate.

The Schild Family have been grape growers in the Barossa Valley since 1952. Growing the estate from one vineyard to over 134ha across 11 precious sites, their generational wisdom and knowledge of the land allows for premium fruit to flourish each vintage. Their Estate Wine label was created as a small side project and quickly grew in reputation and is now loved worldwide.

Sourced from the single-vineyard Liebich site, perched high in the hills behind the township of Rowland Flat, this wine captures both the richness and vitality of its elevated origin. The nose is reminiscent of creamy, freshly scraped vanilla pod and a mélange of dark berry compote draw. On the palate, flavours of satsuma plum and blackberry are layered with classic notes of coffee bean and subtle pepper spice. Its pleasing depth and gentle chewiness speak to the quality of the fruit, while a lift of fresh acidity brings balance and energy. The fruit flows seamlessly across the back palate, framed by well-integrated tannins that will continue to soften and evolve with time in the cellar.
