Founded in 2008 by Kiwi friends Tim Lightbourne and Rob Cameron, Invivo has grown into one of New Zealand's leading wine producers. In 2011, a spontaneous phone call led to a unique partnership with TV host Graham Norton, who not only lends his name to a range of wines but personally blends them and owns shares in the winery. Over the past decade, the collaboration has expanded to include seven wines and four spirits, selling over 18 million bottles globally. With more than 250 awards, it's no surprise that Invivo has become such a worldwide success.
The Graham Norton Sauvignon Blanc leads with freshly cut honeydew melon and bright lemon zest, opening generously in the glass. The palate follows with layered citrus and stone-fruit flavours, accented by a subtle hint of freshly cut bell pepper. Tangy and refreshing all the way to the last sip!
A zippy wine such as this will do well alongside fragrant garden herbs and spices - try with something light & fresh, like mixed green salads or herby pasta dishes.

Founded in 1926 in the hamlet of Chaudoux at the heart of the Sancerre appellation, Domaine Fournier Père et Fils has grown alongside the history of Sancerre itself. From the early days of the appellation, the estate has embodied its pursuit of excellence, crafting wines that reflect the authentic French art de vivre and pair beautifully with fine cuisine. Through perseverance, innovation, and respect for tradition, the Fournier family has built a flagship estate whose wines are celebrated by enthusiasts around the world. Today, a passionate and experienced team continues to uphold this legacy, combining time-honoured values with a constant drive for refinement.
The Sancerre Blanc Caillottes, grown on pale limestone-pebble soils from the Kimmeridgian era, is a delicate and aromatic wine. Pale in colour with a subtle nose, it delivers typical Sancerre freshness, vibrant citrus notes, and a rich, unctuous texture, finishing long with mineral and aromatic persistence.
Try this terroir selection with a Niçoise salad, with baked aubergines-tomatoes or with Thai cuisine.
