Radford Dale stands as one of South Africa’s premier independent wineries, renowned for crafting site-specific, natural wines that marry innovation with tradition. With two distinct wineries—one nestled in the Helderberg Mountain of Stellenbosch and the other an Organic Estate in Elgin—all Radford Dale wines are united by a single ethos: to produce the finest wines without succumbing to commercial trends or outdated practices. Rooted in a strong commitment to sustainability and a dedication to the local community, every aspect of Radford Dale's operation is imbued with a profound sense of purpose.
Pale gold with a subtle lime-tinged rim, this Chardonnay from Radford Dale’s organic Elgin vineyards shows fragrant notes of citrus blossom, lime, peach, and melon. Light-bodied yet persistent, the palate is defined by stony minerality, a zesty lime edge, and well-integrated acidity that provides balance and lift. Touchstone serves as a benchmark for the winery, reflecting the precision and quality of their Elgin terroir while measuring up to the finest Chardonnays of South Africa and beyond.
Try with hot smoked trout fillet with asparagus and hollandaise sauce.

Founded in 2008 by Kiwi friends Tim Lightbourne and Rob Cameron, Invivo has grown into one of New Zealand's leading wine producers. In 2011, a spontaneous phone call led to a unique partnership with TV host Graham Norton, who not only lends his name to a range of wines but personally blends them and owns shares in the winery. Over the past decade, the collaboration has expanded to include seven wines and four spirits, selling over 18 million bottles globally. With more than 250 awards, it's no surprise that Invivo has become such a worldwide success.
The Graham Norton Sauvignon Blanc leads with freshly cut honeydew melon and bright lemon zest, opening generously in the glass. The palate follows with layered citrus and stone-fruit flavours, accented by a subtle hint of freshly cut bell pepper. Tangy and refreshing all the way to the last sip!
A zippy wine such as this will do well alongside fragrant garden herbs and spices - try with something light & fresh, like mixed green salads or herby pasta dishes.
