When Michel Muré settled in Rouffach and planted his vineyard in the 17th century, he surely had little conception of the beautiful adventure that he was setting in motion for his descendants. In 1935, Alfred Muré extended the property with the addition of the 12-hectare (25-acre) wholly owned Clos Saint Landelin, foreseeing already its potential for exceptional quality. He replanted the terraces, ideally situated with their sunny exposure and shelter from the rain.

Nowadays it is Alfred’s grandson René, together with his children Véronique and Thomas, the 11th and 12th generations of the family, who are responsible for running this exceptional, wholly-owned vineyard and its neighbouring terroirs, using biodynamic methods.

Muré's Sylvaner is a lovely wine.  On the nose, it delivers delicate aromas and flavours of quince, green apple and mineral. On the palate, it finishes long and clean with a soft refined perfume. 

Lovely as an aperitif; a must with shellfish and asparagus dishes.

From José de Abreu’s early land acquisitions under Pombaline reforms to Francisco Abreu Callado’s expansion of the family estates and philanthropic work as Mayor of Avis, each generation has built on a tradition of generosity and agricultural excellence. Brilliant ruby in colour, this wine offers inviting aromas of ripe red fruits, with vibrant notes of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. Earthy & Silky

The Baud estate dates back to 1742, today the 9th generation manages the winery. Siblings Clementine and Bastien, both under 30, are making some of the best value wines in the area. Jura is that narrow valley in the remote hills between Burgundy and Switzerland, which millions of years ago was covered by an Ocean and today still bares many of the fossils from that time. If you kick a stone in a Jura vineyard, it will probably be a fossil.

Trousseau is by far the rarest grape variety in the Jura, planted in less than 8% of the total Jura vineyard, it has a biological relationship with the white grape Savagnin, being originally from this magical region. The vineyards are planted on rich red marl and gravel soils, along the Cotes du Jura appellation. On the nose, it has aromas of red fruits and leather, with a hint of sub-bois. Tannins are soft and silky, and the palate is very well-balanced.

Enjoy it on its own, or pair it with red meats such as game and venison.

Founded in 2005, Domaine de Bellene focuses on crafting wines from old vines with a commitment to sustainable, organic farming. Winemaker and proprietor Nicolas Potel's approach emphasizes producing wines that authentically reflect their origins and vintages, while preserving the land and culture for future generations. Under his leadership, Domaine de Bellene has earned respect among Burgundy enthusiasts, offering wines from both renowned and lesser-known appellations.

Planted in 1937, this plot lies in the heart of Suchots, adjacent to Romanée-Saint-Vivant, and has been organically farmed since joining the estate, with the soil maintained through horse plowing and sustainable practices. The nose reveals ripe, menthol-tinged aromas of black cherry liqueur, spice, and delicate notes of lavender. On the palate, the rich, focused flavours offer a seductive, mouth-filling texture balanced by the wine's firm, acidic backbone. This, Lighthall's first edition of concrete aged Chardonnay, paints the clearest image yet of county terroir. Clear and authentic, the nose is brimming with honeyed apple, lemon yogurt, salted oyster shell, and beeswax. The flavours continue in the palate, but the star of the show is the opulent, luscious, yet elegant mouthfeel that lingers with finesse.

lobster, crab, and scallops. Lemon chicken, rabbit, and quail are good meat options, while grilled asparagus, hummus, creamy orzo, and tofu souvlaki make delightful vegetarian picks. Rich, creamy, and mild cheeses are well balanced by the bright acidity and round texture.

As typically found in County Chardonnay, this wine starts with aromas of flinty
minerality, Asian pear, and salted caramel. A round palate is filled with flavours of golden delicious apple, baking spices, and a hint of lemon. Put together, it’s like an apple crumble before it’s been baked! The smooth texture and long finish leave you satiating for more.

Our Phillipston Road (Manchego-style) cheese is literally made for this wine. Rich, salty, and nutty, it makes a perfect match. Coquilles St. Jaques, Oysters Rockefeller, halibut, spaghetti cacio e pepe, zucchini ravioli with grated lemon zest, butter poached cod, and chicken with a cream sauce are all wonderful pairings.

Earthy & Peppery

A cooler vintage brings freshness to one of the county’s best varieties. Strawberry, red currant, candied cherry, and a savoury garrigue all burst from the glass. Tones of sumac, cedar, bittersweet chocolate and cinnamon bark bring a discerning finish to this elegant grape. The classic pairing of seared duck breast and mushroom risotto are a must-have.

Classically, a pan seared or confit duck breast with black pepper and wild mushroom risotto is delightful. We also recommend blue cheeses, gruyere, taleggio, jollof with smoked mackerel, grilled pork butt chop with a sumac compote, black truffles, miso chicken, grilled salmon, or tuna sashimi.

Floral & Fruity

Cool-climate Merlot at its best. This wine is loaded with all things blue and moody: damson plums, violet, fig, blue-acai, and chocolate-covered blueberry. Rich oak tones of vanilla, chocolate, and marshmallow balance out the fruit intensity and leave a long yet distinguished finish.

Fatty, high protein foods are recommended to bind with the high tannin and balance the acidity. Roasted leg of lamb with Saskatoon berry compote, coffee-rubbed steak, seared duck breast, creole jambalaya, pork loin with roasted plums, and blue cheeses all go
great.

Spicy & Tropical

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

“Orange” wine (skin-fermented white) is an ancient technique for making wine and we continue to explore its potential. Harvested on September 30, 2022, the grapes were destemmed, into concrete tanks where it went through a spontaneous fermentation. It remained in concrete and aged on skins for 25 days, then it was gently pressed into clay amphora (35%) and stainless steel (65%) for aging. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphite additions.

This Clockwork opens with vibrant aromas of elderflower honey, mandarin oranges, lemon curd, sweet Thai basil, and lemongrass. On the palate, it mirrors these notes while adding layers of honey, cream, and lemon, all carried by a rich, oily texture. A bright acidity, fine tannins, and a beautiful texture shape a dynamic finish that evolves as the wine warms. It pairs exceptionally well with briny or grilled seafood, such as oysters.

Fresh & Juicy

Fabio Motta, originally from Lombardia, began his adventure as a winemaker in Bolgheri in 2010 when he was thirty years old. However, he first came to the area 10 years earlier when he ventured into the vineyards to take part in the grape harvest as a student of agronomy.
It was love at first sight in more ways than one; he fell in love with the territory and met his future wife, Benedetta Satta, daughter of Michele Satta, a vintner who has been part of Bolgheri’s history and progress over the years.

This Bolgheri blend of 50% Merlot, 25% Sangiovese, and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 12 months in cement. Fabio Motta describes it as the wine that launched his winemaking journey, expressing everything he loves about Bolgheri: clear, juicy fruit, harmony, and effortless drinkability. Merlot brings softness and volume, Cabernet Sauvignon adds structure, while the Sangiovese contributes freshness and complexity. Lighter and fresher than expected for the region, it shows silky tannins and aromas of cooked cherry, blackberry jam, mint, and rosemary.

Pair with typical Italian fare - Le Pievi shines next to pizza, light meats and pasta.

Ophir Bridge is the secondary label from McArthur Ridge in Central Otago’s Alexandra Valley, a region shaped by old vines rooted in the late 1800s and nourished by pure glacial-fed water. Planted across gentle northern slopes on an elevated plateau, the vines flourish in the warmth of the Central Otago sun. Brassknocker soils and pristine waters give the wines a true sense of place, reflecting the region’s distinctive character with elegance and depth.

This wine shows an expressive, refined nose of red cherries, raspberries, and cranberries, lifted by violet florals and a hint of clove spice. Medium-bodied on the palate, it offers soft tannins and well-integrated acidity, with juicy red fruit, subtle oak, and gentle earthy notes. The finish is long and elegant, leaving lingering impressions of fruit and spice.

A fresh, expressive red with aromas of wild strawberries, redcurrants, baking spices, and orange peel, layered with savoury herbs and subtle woodland notes for an earthy, attractive profile. Full-bodied with sleek tannins lending a creamy texture, balanced by bright acidity, tart red fruits, and saline mineral undertones. The finish reveals a cooling hint of lavender alongside echoes of sweet and savoury spice. In 2010, brother & sister duo Joana and António founded Maçanita Vinhos following an invitation from a local Douro family who had been inspired by the ambition and creativity of the sibling winemakers. While both contribute to the winery, the challenging Douro Valley has been Joana’s personal passion from the start. She even relocated with her children to the Porto area to be closer to the vineyards, allowing her to focus her renowned energy on growing her Douro career and nurturing Maçanita’s rising profile.

The Letra F vineyard plots showcase a diverse array of grape varieties, planted at high altitudes on soils transitioning from schist to granite. While the Douro Valley is renowned for famous sites such as the Letra A vines used for Port production, Letra F has historically received less attention due to grapes with lighter concentration and structure. Yet, hidden treasures exist within these plots—vines planted long ago that reveal the diversity of terroirs and the untapped potential of the Douro region.

Made with more than 20 red & white varieties mixed, the nose unfolds with red berry fruits accented by floral shades of peonies and subtle mineral tones. On the palate, it's fresh and lively, supported by striking acidity and concentrated aromatics. Fine, long, and gripping tannins guide this medium-bodied red to a distinctly saline finish, making it both elegant and memorable.

Pairs beautifully with dark-fleshed fish, tartare, and grilled meats, as well as a selection of cheeses and lightly sweet desserts.

Garage Wine Co. was quite literally born in a garage in 2001, founded by Etobicoke expat Derek Mossman and his wife, Pilar Miranda. Since then, the dynamic duo has focused on reviving old vineyards in underrepresented Chilean communities, primarily in the Maule and Itata regions, crafting wines that have become highly sought after.

Operating in Chile’s Secano Interior, Garage Wine Co. works far from the mainstream spotlight on branded varietals. For decades, many old vineyards here were neglected and often relegated to bulk wine production. Over the past ten years, GWCo. has breathed new life into these vines, blending the traditional fieldcraft of small-scale farmers with modern science and careful winemaking. The results have been transformative - enhancing vineyard health, elevating fruit quality, and creating meaningful opportunities for local growers.

Sometimes, in a blend, a particular barrel stands apart - delicious, yet too firm and unready to join the others. These barrels are set aside in the back of the cellar, given an extra one to two winters to mellow and find their harmony. Once ready, they are incorporated into this Solera, a collection of carefully preserved “odds and ends” rounded and refined with age over many years.

Deep ruby in colour, it offers intense, spice-accented aromas of red and blackcurrant, complemented by notes of pipe tobacco and savoury herbs. The palate shows notable evolution and polished character, with just enough structure to carry the flavours through a gentle, smoky, and lingering finish. This wine is beautifully integrated and ready to drink.

Founded in 2014 around a dining table at Norwood’s Queen Street, C.W. Wines has grown from humble beginnings into one of Australia’s most successful family-owned wine businesses. With a portfolio spanning the Limestone Coast, McLaren Vale, and the Barossa, their vineyards and sourced fruit cover a wide range of beloved varietals, all processed at their state-of-the-art Stonehaven Winery. Thompson Steer draws its name from the winding lakes and gently rolling fields that surround its vineyards in the country town of Mundulla where its grapes are grown. 

Vibrant dark fruit aromas lead to rich red-berry concentrates with a hint of cracked pepper. The palate is juicy and fruit-driven, layered with dark cherry, mocha, and a touch of vanilla-menthol on the finish. Welcome to the intimate world of Quevedo, a small, family-owned winery where quality is a treasured tradition. The Quevedo family's viticultural heritage spans over five generations, beginning with Abel Gouveia Costa, who planted the first vines in 1889. Through the years, the family diligently expanded their vineyards, culminating in the 1970s when Oscar and Beatriz Quevedo modernized their facilities and established the Quevedo winery in 1993. Today, Quevedo oversees 100 hectares of vineyards and 25 hectares of organic olive groves, with current proprietors Cláudia and Oscar Quevedo Jr. continuing the legacy of crafting exceptional wines.

This extraordinary 1976 Port was crafted during one of the hottest and driest years of the 20th century. Meticulously fermented in granite vats, it then matured for nearly 50 years in chestnut barrels, developing remarkable depth and character.

This elegant and complex port opens with a captivating bouquet of crème brûlée, caramel, almonds, hazelnuts, citrus, and delicate spices. On the palate, it's beautifully balanced, with an initial sweetness lifted by bright, refreshing acidity. Layers of flavour unfold gracefully, revealing hints of sweet spices that gradually intensify, culminating in a long, lingering finish. Each sip offers a truly sophisticated and memorable experience.

Fresh & Vibrant

Oenops was founded in 2015 by talented winemaker Nikos Karatzas, who produces a stunning range of distinctive wines from his newly established state-of-the-art winery. He sources indigenous and rare grape varieties grown on exceptional terroir focusing on cool-climate sites and old-vine plots, from carefully selected vineyards in Drama and Macedonia, which have been cultivated by ambitious winegrowers using an organic philosophy. 

Niko adopts a minimal intervention approach and vinifies plot by plot using stainless steel, concrete, oak barrels, and amphora. His aim is to source great fruit and craft wines that reflect the nuances of the native varieties and the identity of the terroir and as a result, he produces a collection of authentic, elegant, and delicious wines. 

The “Dots family” consists of single-varietal wines from indigenous varieties; it is named this way after its illusional label of dots where one can find the name of the variety the wine is made from Exceptional terroirs, minimal intervention viticulture, and wine making with a unique goal: to express clearly and honestly each variety’s character.

Grapes are sourced from contract growers, mostly from mountainous sites of Heraklion, Crete. After their chilling at 5°C, the grapes are carefully sorted and pressed as whole clusters in a vertical press. Spontaneous fermentation takes place slowly in 4 different types of vessels, from 4 different elements: clay amphorae, concrete tanks, large barrels of 600L and stainless steel tanks, providing the wine with impressive complexity and depth.
Wine is aged for 6 to 9 months in amphorae and concrete tanks, with only a small percentage in the old large barrels, in order to preserve all of its purity of fruit and taste; after that, wine is bottled unfiltered to retain its purity and elegance.

The Cortonesi family has owned the La Mannella farm in Montalcino for decades and are devoted to the production of Brunello di Montalcino. This wine, Lèonus, is a humble but mighty Toscana IGT made from grapes that are in fact grapes cultivated to be Brunello, from vineyards in Montalcino. This wine pairs brilliantly with dishes prepared with tomato sauce and herbs, such as lasagna or pizza.

Named in honour of Nicolas Potel’s great uncle, Jean Ferté—who led the syndicate that purchased Domaine de la Pousse d’Or in 1964, a property historically linked to Domaine de la Romanée-Conti prior to the French Revolution—this cuvée brings together fruit from two estate parcels.

A lovely blend of two small Burgundy premier crus, Les Haut Jarrons and Peuillets, this vintage opens with inviting warmth and spice on the nose, shaped in part by the warm growing conditions. Fresh fruit takes centre stage, with notes of black cherry and raspberry layered alongside savoury echos of leather and dried tobacco leaf. The palate is rich yet well balanced, with softly integrated tannins and vibrant acidity that keep the concentrated fruit feeling lifted and playful. Charming and expressive, it delivers both generosity and finesse.

Founded in 2008 by Kiwi friends Tim Lightbourne and Rob Cameron, Invivo has grown into one of New Zealand's leading wine producers. In 2011, a spontaneous phone call led to a unique partnership with TV host Graham Norton, who not only lends his name to a range of wines but personally blends them and owns shares in the winery. Over the past decade, the collaboration has expanded to include seven wines and four spirits, selling over 18 million bottles globally. With more than 250 awards, it's no surprise that Invivo has become such a worldwide success.

The Graham Norton Sauvignon Blanc leads with freshly cut honeydew melon and bright lemon zest, opening generously in the glass. The palate follows with layered citrus and stone-fruit flavours, accented by a subtle hint of freshly cut bell pepper. Tangy and refreshing all the way to the last sip! 

A zippy wine such as this will do well alongside fragrant garden herbs and spices - try with something light & fresh, like mixed green salads or herby pasta dishes.

Sister’s Run is serious fun and serious wine. The talented, young winemaker Elena Brooks (of Dandelion Vineyards and Heirloom Vineyards fame) wears steel cap work boots every day of course, but carries a pair of high heels in back of the ute for emergencies - like last minute invitations to accept trophies at gala wine show dinners and the like!

The Old Testament vineyard is located in the heart of the Coonawarra. The resulting wine produced suggests ripe mulberry and blueberry aromatics with gentle notes of  shaved pencil and menthol on the nose. Soft red berry fruits begin to unfold on the palate, finishing with a spiced-liqueur like quality, carried by velvety tannins and perfectly judged acidity.  

Serve with leg of lamb or other rich dishes - try a country steak and shoe string fries.

Historical records show that the Martín Berdugo family’s south-facing estate on the banks of the River Duero has been dedicated to grape cultivation for more than 200 years. The modern chapter began in the late 1980s, when Josefina Martín Berdugo, together with her husband Enrique and their three children—Antonio, Bruno, and Pepa—began new plantings that would define the estate. In its early years, the fruit was sold to other wineries, but as the vines matured, their quality revealed remarkable potential. To capture this, a modern winery was built among the vineyards in 2000. Today, under the leadership of Antonio, Martín Berdugo crafts wines that embody the character and individuality of Ribera del Duero’s emblematic Tinto Fino grape.

This wine opens with inviting aromas of warm, fresh red fruit layered alongside subtle black-fruit nuances, accented by hints of lightly spiced toffee and gentle toasted notes from oak ageing. On the palate, it's intense and well-structured, offering a full mouth-feel supported by polished tannins and well-handled acidity. The ripe red fruit character and roasted undertones carry through seamlessly, leading to a clean, persistent finish. Already drinking beautifully, this is already showing excellent potential to continue evolving gracefully for several years if cellared. 

Pairs nicely with flavourful rice dishes like paella, hearty pastas such as lasagna, and grilled, roasted, or fried chicken. It also complements aged cheeses exceptionally well.
