Introducing the Mesta label from Peninsula Vinicultores - a collection of vibrant, expressive wines that are a pure reflection of culture, climate, and care. Shaped by the sun soaked days and cool nights of Ucles in north-central Castile and made exclusively from noble Spanish varieties from high-altitude, organic vineyards. The wines are defined by their freshness, elegance, and a steadfast commitment to sustainable viticulture that nurtures biodiversity and safeguards the land for future generations.

Rooted in Mediterranean culture and cuisine, The name “Mesta” honours a powerful medieval alliance of shepherds who governed the cañadas; historic migratory routes for sheep that remain protected to this day. The Moreau family has been settled in the heart of Chablis since 1884. Louis Moreau, the sixth generation, studied oenology and viticulture in California and took over from his father when he returned to France in 1994. Nowadays, the domaine's vineyards extend all over the four levels of the appellation: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.

Thanks to its multiple exposures to the sun, Grand Cru Valmur develops more specifically fruity and round aromas and is less marked by the calcareous and clay subsoil. In the mouth, this wine displays a robust and powerful character, feeling less steely than its neighbour, Grand Cru Les Clos. Expect soft notes of acacia and orange blossoms with nectarine and yellow pear notes to unfold on the palate with shades of salt-tinged sweet spices lasting long into the well-defined finish.

This Grand Cru will pair nicely with roast pork with candied chestnuts and spices.

The Moreau family has been settled in the heart of Chablis since 1884. Louis Moreau, the sixth generation, studied oenology and viticulture in California and took over from his father when he returned to France in 1994. Nowadays, the Domaine's vineyards extend across the four levels of the appellation: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.

Les Clos is the largest grand cru in Chablis and is considered the quintessential wine of the region for many. The site generally produces one of the most potent and longest-lived wines of the appellation and yet can be a pleasure to drink in its youth. Starting from 2013, the grapes from this parcel have been vinified and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks, emphasizing the wine's polish and finesse to the fullest extent.

This wine captivates with its evocative mineral bouquet - an intricately woven tapestry crafted from the vineyard's distinguished terroir. Signature aromas of crushed flint and gentle sea breeze unfold between lifted floral scents and fresh stone fruits. The palate is carried effortlessly by a backbone of natural acidity, hinting at this wine's ability to further develop with age.

This Grand Cru will nicely match with monkfish roast with nuts and smoked bacon.

Ahi Kāi is a pioneering Marlborough wine company focused on producing exceptional single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc through ethical, long-term partnerships with growers. Founded by internationally acclaimed winemaker Matt Thomson, Master of Wine Sophie Parker-Thomson, and foundation grower John Blackmore, Ahi Kā challenges the region’s low-value, commodity-driven model by prioritizing quality, sustainability, and transparency. Their mission is to drive meaningful change in the Marlborough wine industry by delivering outstanding wines that celebrate provenance while ensuring growers are fairly rewarded for the quality they produce.

Ahi Kā is a concept rooted in Te Ao Māori, traditionally translating to “keep the home fires burning.” Historically central to land rights in early Aotearoa (New Zealand), it has evolved in a modern context to represent guardianship and sustainable stewardship; Caring for the land with the intention of passing it on to future generations in a better state than it was found. This single-vineyard expression showcases intense passionfruit and blackcurrant aromas from one of Marlborough’s most highly acclaimed sites. A true standout, the palate bursts with tropical fruit, balanced by vibrant acidity and a richly textured, saline-driven finish.

Highlight the wine’s bright, citrusy aromatics by pairing it with fresh, herb-focused dishes like a spring vegetable stir fry or a classic Caprese salad.

The Tomich family hails from the Adriatic Coast in Croatia where winemaking is a way of life. Jack Tomich Senior arrived in Australia in 1903, bringing with him all of the grape growing and winemaking skills of his forefathers. The family had always made their own wine for the family and grew sultanas and wine grapes after moving to the new irrigation settlement of Mildura in 1936. Jack’s son Ivan showed a real passion for wine, and by 1946 was producing and selling to local farmers. Three generations of grape growers and winemakers later, the Tomich family now owns one of the best sites in the Adelaide Hills and has kept its ancestral way of softly farming the land while advocating for regenerative growing practices.

The Tomich Hill range is handcrafted from estate grown fruit from high altitude, cool climate vineyards in the Adelaide Hills. This Pinot opens with inviting aromas of citrus and melon. On the palate, zesty citrus flavours are beautifully balanced by a subtle hint of honeyed richness, leading into a crisp, flinty finish.

The tangy freshness makes this wine an easy drinking favourite for a wide range of palates.

In 2010, father and daughter duo John & Callie embarked on a journey to Peru, where they experienced the breathtaking beauty of Machu Picchu. As the morning sunrise washed over the ancient Incan citadel, their guide shared the legend of PachaMama—the revered goddess of nature, harvest, and abundance. They learned of the Andean tradition of offering a challa, a symbolic pour of wine given back to the earth as a gesture of gratitude.

This moment of reverence and connection sparked the inspiration for PachaMama Wines. More than a decade later, as the reins have passed from father to daughter, the brand remains deeply rooted in the values that shaped its beginnings: empowerment, sustainability, innovation, and community.

At the southerly point of Africa along the Cape South Coast, Elgin stands out as the coolest region for wine production. Situated 450 meters above sea level on the southern ridge overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, lies Iona vineyards, surrounded by the UNESCO-certified Kogelberg Biosphere. Here, a unique microclimate is shaped by the close proximity to the freezing Atlantic Ocean and rapid altitude rise. This results in grapes with perfect acidity, moderate alcohol, and beautifully developed flavours.
