Since 2009, when the winery was founded, Fabio Motta has followed a clear and consistent winemaking philosophy shaped by his experience working alongside the renowned Bolgheri winemaker Michele Satta. Each wine reflects a personal vision that remains deeply faithful to both the land and the vintage, while never repeating itself from year to year. This approach has remained unchanged even following Fabio Motta’s integration into the Agricole Gussalli Beretta group, reinforcing his belief that wine is inseparable from both the individual who crafts it and the vineyard from which it originates—together defining the value, personality, and uniqueness of every bottle.
Each label is the result of careful, deliberate choices aimed at expressing the character of the Bolgheri terroir through respectful, precise, and timely work in both the vineyard and cellar. Rather than adhering to fixed formulas, the wines instead interpret each season and soil type with an artisanal sensitivity that allows their true expression to emerge.

Bolgheri Superiore Le Gonnare was created to express the outstanding quality and distinctive character of its namesake vineyard, crafted exclusively from the estate’s finest grapes. Sourced from the highest vineyard site, with its cooler exposure and significant clay content in the soils, the wine benefits from an exceptional balance of altitude, aspect, and terroir that allows for a slow, complete phenolic ripening of the Merlot, shaping its refined structure and palate definition. Merlot provides the wine’s core of richness and harmony, while Cab Sauv contributes depth, structure, and complexity through its firm tannic framework, supporting both balance and long-term ageing potential.

An intense and precise bouquet opens with aromas of violet and red rose, layered with blackberry, black cherry, and plum, followed by subtle hints of apricot and myrtle berries. The finish reveals more savoury and aromatic complexity, with notes of coffee beans, liquorice root, mint, and eucalyptus. On the palate, the wine is full yet elegantly poised, with fine, well-defined tannins supported by vibrant acidity. The finish is long, fresh, and savoury, echoing both fruity and balsamic nuances.

Rooted in a winemaking tradition spanning four generations, Les Vignobles Aubert has grown into one of the Southern Rhône’s leading family-run wine groups, uniting six estates and châteaux across the region’s left bank. Led today by Alain, Claude, Yves, Christine, Aurélien, and the next generation of the Aubert family, the group cultivates nearly 480 hectares across 11 Southern Rhône appellations, combining deep respect for terroir with a modern, quality-driven approach to viticulture and winemaking. From the historic vineyards of Plan de Dieu to the elevated freshness of Domaine Autrand and the recent addition of Château Saint-Jean, the family’s wines are recognized for their consistency, authenticity, and exceptional value.

The Château Le Grand Retour estate, acquired in 1999, lies within the Plan de Dieu AOC—an area defined by its vast beds of ancient Rhône river stones, where, as the Aubert family puts it, the vines “drink the sun and live on stones."

Hardy's constructed the Stonehaven Winery in 1998 with the purpose of showcasing the distinct qualities of the Limestone Coast region in Southern Australia. Following Hardy's acquisition by Constellation and subsequent brand expansion, the winery fell into dormancy after being sold. In early 2021, C.W. Wines acquired both the Stonehaven winery and brand, subsequently reintroducing the Stonehaven label to the market. Now sporting a revitalized appearance and market strategy, Stonehaven aims to appeal to contemporary wine enthusiasts, offering a wine selection suitable for any occasion.

The Stonehaven Limited Vineyard Release series highlights premium, regionally driven wines that reflect the unique terroir of South Australia’s Limestone Coast.

Domaine de Pellehaut, located in the hills of Gascony, is known for sustainable winemaking practices and utilizing native yeasts, with wines often aged in stainless steel to maintain fresh fruit character. 

This wine presents aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry. It is light and delicate with soft tannins.

Clos Bel-Air is a charming 3-hectare estate set on the clay-limestone hillsides bordering the village of Lussac in Saint-Émilion, where Merlot dominates the plantings alongside a smaller proportion of Cabernet Franc. Managed under the Sustainable HVE designation since 2016, the vineyard embraces regenerative, biodiversity-focused viticulture that prioritizes environmental stewardship and soil health. Owned by the Tessandier family—longstanding members of the Bordeaux wine community and proprietors of Château Moulin Noir, Château Lescalle, Château Maucamps, and Clos de May—the estate reflects an artisanal and responsible approach to winemaking, uniting family tradition, respect for the environment, and the authentic expression of the Lussac terroir.

Aromas of ripe currants and wild blackberries unfold with notes of sweet clove and anise, layered with a subtle hint of undergrowth. Medium-bodied on the palate, the wine shows a plush texture supported by fine, powdery tannins, with flavours of blackcurrant leaf and dark chocolate adding depth and complexity. Château Plaisance, an 18th-century country manor once owned by the renowned Bordeaux restaurateur Dubern, is set on a steep, sun-drenched hill in the heart of Bordeaux. Its 23-hectare vineyard, planted with 80% Merlot on clay soils and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon on sandy gravel, benefits from exceptional sunshine and warm temperatures, ensuring full grape ripening. Under the stewardship of Philippe Magrez, a fourth-generation winegrower, modern winemaking techniques are seamlessly combined with the finest Bordeaux traditions. Built in the late 19th century atop 15th-century cellars, this historic estate is the region’s most photographed site after the Hospices de Beaune. Legend holds that Emperor Charlemagne once owned vineyards here in the 8th century, planting Chardonnay to preserve the whiteness of his beard.

The estate’s seven hectares span thirteen prestigious appellations, forming part of Burgundy’s intricate mosaic of climats, where the expression of terroir has been honed over centuries. The Savigny-lès-Beaune commune, one of the largest wine-growing villages in the Côte d'Or, boasts a rich and fascinating history. The term 'Les Guettotes', which lends itself as name to the Lieu-dit, dates back to the medieval period, referring to the lookout points once used to survey the countryside and protect travellers passing through the area.

The grapes for this wine come from a small, enclosed plot of approximately 1 hectare on a south-facing hillside. Brilliant ruby in colour, it offers an enticing bouquet of cherries and red currant, with subtle savoury nuances that support the ripeness of the fruit. Medium-weight yet powerful, the tannins are polished but present, while zesty acidity shapes the palate and balances the sweet fruit. The finish is long, leaving resounding notes of dried fruit and tea leaves.

The excellent vineyard lands of Meursault were first cultivated by Cistercian monks as early as 1098, gaining their renowned definition from calcareous marls, with ancient Callovian limestone and Argovian marlstone shaping and dividing the terrain.

Bright golden in colour, the nose is refined, offering sweet aromas of white blossoms and candied citrus peel alongside delicately toasted nuts. The palate carries good weight, balanced by taut acidity typical of Narvaux. Gentle honeyed notes peek through crisp orchard fruit, while chalky mineral tension brings textural depth. It is this mineral backbone that supports the wine’s richness through to a long, lasting finish.
