The Pinot Freyheit is a biodynamically crafted Pinot Noir from Lake Neusiedl, shaped by amphora ageing and whole-bunch fermentation to achieve remarkable elegance and depth. Pale and translucent in the glass, it offers an aromatic blend of sweet cherries, red berries, wild herbs, forest floor, and exotic spices. The palate is lively and balanced, with refreshing acidity, subtle fruit sweetness, and fine, refined tannins. Its texture is light and expressive, with a sense of energy and lift throughout. Overall, it is an ethereal and meditative wine, defined by finesse, complexity, and a quietly seductive character.

This approachable red from Weingut Heinrich offers a silky ruby profile with bright red berry fruit, gentle herbal spice, and a light, juicy, harmonious palate.

Built in the 15th century, the Château de la Grange "Barbastre" belonged to the Basbastre family, Lord of the Grange, until the end of the 16th century. The property passed to the de Goulaine family in 1777. Thanks to the estate's closeness to the Lac de Grand Lieu and the influence of the Atlantic Ocean, it enjoys a micro-climate which is unique to the Côtes de Grandlieu area and offers good growing conditions for Melon B., the Muscadet grape

Planted on slopes facing southeast, this Muscadet Côtes de Grand Lieu sur Lie is produced from the old vines of the estate (more than 40 years old). The nose is elegant with hints of white flowers, lemon zest, ginger and salty minerality. Left on the lees (sur lie) for an extended period of time to develop a beautiful creamy texture balanced out by bracing acidity.

Clos Bel-Air is a charming 3-hectare estate set on the clay-limestone hillsides bordering the village of Lussac in Saint-Émilion, where Merlot dominates the plantings alongside a smaller proportion of Cabernet Franc. Managed under the Sustainable HVE designation since 2016, the vineyard embraces regenerative, biodiversity-focused viticulture that prioritizes environmental stewardship and soil health. Built in the late 19th century atop 15th-century cellars, this historic estate is the region’s most photographed site after the Hospices de Beaune. Legend holds that Emperor Charlemagne once owned vineyards here in the 8th century, planting Chardonnay to preserve the whiteness of his beard.

The estate’s seven hectares span thirteen prestigious appellations, forming part of Burgundy’s intricate mosaic of climats, where the expression of terroir has been honed over centuries. Under the ownership of Caroline Frey, a highly regarded oenologist and winegrower, Château Corton Frey brings together Burgundian tradition with a sustainable, precision-driven philosophy. With intentionally limited production, each wine is crafted to reflect the purity and character of its origin.

Within the commune of Auxey-Duresses, the climat Le Val—meaning “valley” or “hollow”—denotes the narrow depression that extends from the Côte de Beaune into the Hautes Côtes.

Le Val 2020 shows a warm garnet hue and an inviting aromatic profile that gently unfolds in the glass, revealing rose petal florals with bright cherry and plum highlights. On the palate, it's full and rounded, with finely woven tannins and uplifting acidity that lend a sense of measured restraint, allowing the stone fruit flavours to shine through the soft oak spice. Gently settling into a peppery finish, revealing an overall style of understated charm.

A village wine, Aloxe-Corton lies between the Côte de Nuits and Beaune, situated on a stony hillside at the foot of the Corton mountain. 

The 2020 edition of this wine reflects the warmth of its growing season, offering alluring aromas of sweet spice and gentle toasted undertones, framed by a developed red fruit core. The Savigny-lès-Beaune commune, one of the largest wine-growing villages in the Côte d'Or, boasts a rich and fascinating history. The term 'Les Guettotes', which lends itself as name to the Lieu-dit, dates back to the medieval period, referring to the lookout points once used to survey the countryside and protect travellers passing through the area.

The grapes for this wine come from a small, enclosed plot of approximately 1 hectare on a south-facing hillside. Brilliant ruby in colour, it offers an enticing bouquet of cherries and red currant, with subtle savoury nuances that support the ripeness of the fruit. Medium-weight yet powerful, the tannins are polished but present, while zesty acidity shapes the palate and balances the sweet fruit. The finish is long, leaving resounding notes of dried fruit and tea leaves.

Bodega Bideona represents a new generation of Rioja wines, defined by the precise origin of their grapes rather than winemaking techniques. Its 282 small vineyard plots, averaging 0.3 hectares and over 50 years old, include vines planted between 1920 and 1960, reflecting a unique cultural and biological heritage. The Bideona Village-Wine range highlights the distinct character of Rioja Alavesa’s wine-growing villages, a nuance often lost during the industrialization of Rioja, when blending and technique overshadowed origin. These wines restore the importance of village identity, allowing each bottle to express the place it comes from.

Leza, a small village at the foot of the Sierra Cantabria mountains, is home to vineyards planted in the first half of the 20th century. Situated at 580–610 meters above sea level, these vines offer a rare varietal and clonal complexity. The wine is structured and slow-ripening, shaped by the influence of altitude and the mountains. It reveals dark fruit flavours with an exotic, almost apothecary-like undertone, combining muscular structure with exceptional freshness and balance.
