Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

“Orange” wine (skin-fermented white) is an ancient technique for making wine and we continue to explore its potential. Harvested on September 30, 2022, the grapes were destemmed, into concrete tanks where it went through a spontaneous fermentation. It remained in concrete and aged on skins for 25 days, then it was gently pressed into clay amphora (35%) and stainless steel (65%) for aging. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphite additions.

This Clockwork opens with vibrant aromas of elderflower honey, mandarin oranges, lemon curd, sweet Thai basil, and lemongrass. On the palate, it mirrors these notes while adding layers of honey, cream, and lemon, all carried by a rich, oily texture. A bright acidity, fine tannins, and a beautiful texture shape a dynamic finish that evolves as the wine warms. It pairs exceptionally well with briny or grilled seafood, such as oysters.

Keint-he Winery & Vineyards is a boutique winery located in Prince Edward County. The winery has a strong focus on varietals that are typically grown in Burgundy, specifically Pinot Noir and Chardonnay; through which they truly express the best of the County with wonderful individual expressions. Keint-He’s approach to winemaking is as down-to-earth as it gets and their quality is second to none.

A strong ruby colour in the center of the glass. This shifts to brick on the edges. Vibrant throughout. The nose shows intense sour cherry, raspberry crumble and subtle notes of cedar forest. Soft tannin, cherry, black currant and hints of mushroom, work in concert with one another on the plate.

The high natural acidity and subtle tannins in this specific Prince Edward County Pinot Noir allow it to effortlessly cut through creamy or savoury textures without overpowering delicate flavours.

This Cava has a lovely, fruity nose with ripe yellow pear, a hint of vanilla and soft biscotti notes. It is light to mid weight, slightly creamy yet firm and dry on the finish.

Cava is fantastic with fresh salads, crudités, raw oysters and summer dishes like Spanish Gazpacho. It's creaminess makes it a perfect pairing for roast chicken and all kinds of fish.

This blend is light and fresh. On the nose, it's all about hints of mint, lemon and fresh cucumber, while on the palate it's zesty, with notes of green apple and citrus fruit.

It's delicious when paired with summer meals: fresh salads dressed with dried fruits such as cranberries and walnuts, grilled fish with potatoes and zesty ceviches.

The aroma is very complex and grows in the glass, combining primary notes of stone fruit with orange peel, grapefruit and ginger. A very versatile and gastronomic wine which combines lightness and the variety's mouthwatering freshness on the palate with the textural depth from the skins. The finish is remarkably long and satisfyingly dry, underscored by a firm but fine tannic grip.

Consider pairing it with shellfish, lean fish, and vegetarian options like a nut roast. Its crisp and refreshing character also makes it a good match for grilled chicken or roasted fish.

Joana has secured access to some of the highest elevation Touriga in Douro, offering the brightest acidity and tension while still expressing Touriga’s floral and mineral personality. Joana loves to say that this rosé is what “Touriga Naçional tastes like on the vine, with no makeup. 

On the nose, fresh crushed strawberries, bing cherries and cherry blossom aromas leap from the glass. On the palate, juicy and fresh, with beautiful texture and balance. Sour and Bing cherry, fresh and macerated strawberries, and a touch of white pepper spice all in abundance.

The Kloof Street range is all about freshness, balance and great drinkability. This wine has notes of sun ripened pears and wet granite. The palate has a vibrant acidity balanced by a soft, round texture and some pithy character. The wine has a fresh, mineral finish.

This approach has remained unchanged even following Fabio Motta’s integration into the Agricole Gussalli Beretta group, reinforcing his belief that wine is inseparable from both the individual who crafts it and the vineyard from which it originates—together defining the value, personality, and uniqueness of every bottle.
Each label is the result of careful, deliberate choices aimed at expressing the character of the Bolgheri terroir through respectful, precise, and timely work in both the vineyard and cellar. This Riesling shows why we get so excited about Riesling from Lincoln Lakeshore! The nose explodes with beautiful apricot-pith, peach-cobbler, lime-leaf, cardamom, and honey aromas. Those flavours continue on the palate while adding lemon-rind, honeycomb, elderflower and the distinctive stony minerality. This is a classically mid-weight Riesling but has lovely full texture, coming both from the vineyards and the lees aging. As the wine sweeps across the palate towards the finish, the balance of sweet and salty is sublime, with a bright green leafiness and flinty/minerally sensation appearing in waves, leading to an amazing, crunchy finish. The wine will age well for the next decade.

The best pairings for this Riesling include poached salmon, roasted chicken, ham, and veal or pork scallopini.

Named after the Piedmontese dialect term Punset, meaning “beautiful hill” or “point,” this historic estate in Neive was once noted by the Counts of Castelborgo for rising above the region’s autumn mists. Family-owned for generations, the winery officially began bottling commercially in 1964 under Renzo Marcarino, before Marina Marcarino led its transformative shift to certified organic farming in the early 1980s. Today, guided by biodynamic principles and a deep respect for natural balance, the estate is known for its minimally interventionist approach, grass-covered vineyards, and thriving biodiversity that work in harmony with the surrounding ecosystem.

Produced from a 1-hectare parcel in the San Cristoforo cru, Punset’s Campo Quadro Riserva sits alongside the estate’s Basarin Riserva, though the two are vinified in distinct styles.

In the glass, it shows an elegant, structured profile with an intense colour and a complex aromatic range that unfolds from ripe fruit to more delicate floral tones, layered with spice, chocolate and subtle buttery notes. Located in the heart of Chile, the Maule region is one of the country’s most diverse and historic wine areas, with vineyards dating back to the 18th century. Set at 35° south, it enjoys a temperate Mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers and cool, wet winters that clearly define the growing season. The region’s soils, shaped by ancient coastal mountain geology, are predominantly granite-based with clay and iron influences, forming deep, well-structured profiles that support healthy vine development and expressive wines.

The name Los Padrinos (“The Godfathers”) reflects Vinos Baettig’s role as the new custodians of the historic El Coronel de Maule vineyard in D.O. Cauquenes, acquired in 2022. That same year marked the inaugural vintage of Selección de Parcelas Los Padrinos, crafted from selected Cabernet Sauvignon parcels, complemented by fruit from carefully chosen old-vine growers in the surrounding area.

A striking expression of old-vine Cab, seamlessly balancing structure, depth, and vibrant energy. The nose opens with ripe black plum and cassis, unfolding into layers of smoked herbs, savoury spice, and a delicate hint of sweet balsam. The Schild Family have been grape growers in the Barossa Valley since 1952. Growing the estate from one vineyard to over 134ha across 11 precious sites, their generational wisdom and knowledge of the land allows for premium fruit to flourish each vintage. Their Estate Wine label was created as a small side project and quickly grew in reputation and is now loved worldwide.

Sourced from the single-vineyard Liebich site, perched high in the hills behind the township of Rowland Flat, this wine captures both the richness and vitality of its elevated origin. The nose is reminiscent of creamy, freshly scraped vanilla pod and a mélange of dark berry compote draw. On the palate, flavours of satsuma plum and blackberry are layered with classic notes of coffee bean and subtle pepper spice. The Cortonesi family has been a cornerstone of the Montalcino region for decades. Established in the 1970s, their estate spans 138 acres in one of the area's most storied regions, with 19 acres dedicated to producing world-class Brunello. The family began commercially selling their wine in 1985, and today, third-generation winemaker Tommaso Cortonesi continues the tradition. Tommaso combines his long-standing family traditions with modern technologies to craft some of the finest expressions of Tuscan Sangiovese. 

Deep ruby in colour, the nose is complex and expressive, revealing layers of red fruit intertwined with gentle spice. The palate is warm and juicy, unfolding with flavours of blackcurrant and blackberry alongside floral, mineral, and subtle underbrush notes. There is a sense of power and structure, with a velvety, medium-to full-bodied texture balanced by freshness. The finish is long and characterful, marked by ripe fruit, mineral and gently vegetal accents, with hints of campfire ash and leather. Firm, dense tannins provide grip and will benefit from further integration with time in the cellar.

McArthur Ridge is a Central Otago winery located in Alexandra, New Zealand, where vineyards are planted on ancient glacial moraine terraces known as Brassknocker soils. The estate is recognized for producing cool-climate Pinot Noir that reflects the rugged mountain environment, combining careful vineyard management with a winemaking philosophy focused on purity, balance, and regional expression. Their Brassknocker range represents the winery’s “village level” Pinot Noir, showcasing the distinctive terroir and freshness that have helped establish Central Otago as one of the world’s premier Pinot Noir regions.

The Brassknocker Central Otago Pinot Noir is richly aromatic and expressive, offering notes of ripe cherry, dark plum, red berries, floral tones, oak spice, and mocha. Crafted from separately harvested vineyard parcels, the wine undergoes cold soaking, wild and cultured yeast fermentation, extended skin contact, and partial ageing in seasoned French oak to build complexity while preserving freshness. On the palate it is supple and balanced, with fine tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, polished finish that makes it approachable now while also suitable for further cellaring.

In 1985, Mario and Nancy Adamo transformed a 28‑room inn north of Toronto into Hockley Valley Resort, embracing a location that truly felt like home. Inspired by the vine‑covered hills of his hometown in Calabria, Italy, Mario envisioned the slopes of Hockley Valley as a place where grapes could thrive. In 2000, the first test vines on a newly purchased 77‑acre property were planted, and by 2015, Adamo Estate Winery was born. Today, this boutique, small‑batch winery boasts over 28,000 vines, farmed with organic and biodynamic principles. Led by winemaker Shauna White, the team crafts terroir‑driven wines that showcase both the character of Hockley Valley and select sites from Niagara’s most renowned vineyards.

This Bordeaux-inspired blend opens with a youthful, vibrant nose of ripe red and black berries, accented by floral notes, hints of liquorice, and a touch of toasted almond. On the palate, juicy redcurrant and ripe strawberry flavours are supported by silky tannins and balanced acidity, creating a smooth, refreshing profile. In 1984 Neil Ellis sourced grapes from vineyards not of his own and produced wine in rented cellar space. These grapes were sourced in the Stellenbosch district and meant a lot of nosing around the restrictive quota system prevalent at the time.

Showcasing the collective strength of Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon, this award-winning wine highlights the noble variety through a multi-vineyard blend. Deep in colour, this wine opens with a restrained yet expressive nose of blackberry, liquorice, and subtle cedar. The palate is tight and fresh, supported by fine, dense tannins that lend both structure and longevity. Built for aging, it will nonetheless show well in its youth with a bit of decanting.

Lubanzi is a socially driven South African wine company founded in 2014, inspired by a backpacking journey along the country’s remote Wild Coast. The brand is named after a wandering dog that accompanied the founders for six days and nearly 100 miles of the trek—an experience that sparked the idea to share South Africa’s culture, landscapes, and wines with a global audience.

Working with respected winemaking partners including Trizanne Barnard and Bruce Jack, Lubanzi produces expressive wines that reflect the country’s diverse terroirs. The company also maintains a strong commitment to social impact, partnering with the Pebbles Project to support health and education initiatives for families living and working on South Africa’s wine farms.

In tribute to South Africa’s rich jazz heritage, the bottle features the artwork of the acclaimed album Indaba Is—a vibrant celebration of contemporary South African jazz released in 2021 by London indie label Brownswood Recordings. Curated by pianist and songwriter Thandi Ntuli and Siyabonga Mthembu, the project brings together 52 musicians in a powerful reflection of the diversity, energy, and spirit of South African jazz.

Founded in 1974 by Valentino Migliorini, a Michelin-starred restaurateur with a visionary approach to winemaking, Rocche dei Manzoni quickly became a pioneer in the Langhe. Valentino introduced groundbreaking innovations such as the first Nebbiolo-Barbera blend (Bricco Manzoni), the use of small oak barrels, and traditional method sparkling wines—well ahead of his time. The Leithaberg Chardonnay is a mineral-driven wine, shaped by limestone and slate soils and aged 17 months in large wooden casks with spontaneous fermentation. The palate is taut and structured, with firm acidity, a creamy texture, and a lightly phenolic grip, leading to a saline, herbaceous finish.
