Bright & Creamy

Arguably one of our best values in bubbly. This cava is made from Macabeo, Xarel-lo, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Mas Codina is a 40 hectare estate in the Alt Penedès which dates back to 1681. This Cava Brut Nature Reserva was hand-harvested from 20 to 30-year-old vines and estate bottled. Farming is 100% organic on the estate. Though it does not say it on the label, the wine is 100% single vintage and is aged on its lees for a minimum of two years before release.

This Cava has a lovely, fruity nose with ripe yellow pear, a hint of vanilla and soft biscotti notes. It is light to mid weight, slightly creamy yet firm and dry on the finish.

Cava is fantastic with fresh salads, crudités, raw oysters and summer dishes like Spanish Gazpacho. It's creaminess makes it a perfect pairing for roast chicken and all kinds of fish.

Spicy & Smooth

“The Farm” is a 10-acre vineyard in Niagara’s Twenty Mile Bench, planted to Pinot Noir. The property is rooted in traditions of gathering family & friends, and where Peter and Dora Neudorf call home.

Made from a blend of Pinot Noir from select vineyards across Niagara. After fermentation, the wine was aged in French Oak Burgundy barrels (228L) for 14 months. This particular vintage we were given ideal weather conditions during ripening and at harvest with warm sunny days and cool nights.

This is translated through the glass as we find our Black Label has firm structured tannins with notes of dark cherries and earthy undertones. Blended and bottled unfiltered in The Farm cellar. 

Enjoy this Pinot with grilled salmon or other fatty fish. It would also be ideal with duck and other game birds.

Bright & Creamy

Fresne-Ducret is rich in family history and has been rooted in the premier cru village of Villedommange since the mid 1800s. Le Chemin du Chemin is a foray into the essence of their winery.

The first aromas are of apricot and fresh bread, with floral notes, giving way to more complex notes of praline, hazelnut and shortbread. In the mouth, delicate brioche aromas, creamy and buttery, followed by a savouriness with hints of tea. Particularly well-balanced, with a soft astringency.  Aged for a minimum of 48 months on the lees in underground cellars.

Pair this excellent champagne with all the classics matches: oysters, light fish dishes... We also recommend to pair it with fried chicken, porchetta, potato chips or seared scallops. It really does goes with everything!

Fresh & Balanced

A true Niagara Village wine focused on a blend of organic, biodynamic and uncertified sustainably farmed vineyards throughout the West Niagara appellation with a focus on Quarry Road (Vinemount Ridge), Cherry Road (Twenty Mile Bench) & the Tintern Vineyard. The grapes are harvested, destemmed, wild fermented "whole berry" for 18 days, before gravity flow takes them into French barrels. This fresh Pinot Noir was then left to age for 16 months in French Oak barrel before bottling.

Situated west of St. Catharines and the Welland Canal, the unique terroir of the West Niagara appellation encompasses six sub-appellations: Beamsville Bench, Twenty Mile Bench, Short Hills Bench, Lincoln Lakeshore, Creek Shores, and Vinemount Ridge.

These Crew Sauvage have a remarkable balance of concentration and weight, while remaining fresh and lifted in their youth.

This mixed case includes 6 bottles of 2023 Crew Sauvage Chardonnay and 6 bottles of 2024 Crew Sauvage Pinot Noir.

Nicholas Pearce Crew Sauvage Chardonnay VQA Niagara Peninsula 2023. Expect straw gold in the glass with gorgeous orchard fruits, apple and peach on the nose with notes of marine, hazelnut, lemon custard, and blonde caramel essence. This elegant wine offers a lovely texture on the palate, rich and round with biscuits and cream, while boasting a lip-smacking acidity with an herbal tea tannin.

This world class Niagara Chardonnay is ready to pair with just about anything, but we are thinking white fish in beurre blanc, cream based pastas or fresh salads garnished with lots of cheese.

Nicholas Pearce Crew Sauvage Pinot Noir VQA Niagara Peninsula 2024. The 2024 vintage is marked by elegance over power, brimming with brightness and approachability straight out of the gate, with not hard edges. Light ruby-red in the glass, high toned aromas of cherry, strawberry, pomegranate, backed by roasted herbs, spice and pepper. Great weight and poise for Ontario, but still the light to medium bodied Pinot Spectrum with balanced tannins and acids holding on to fine and lengthy finish.

Certainly a vintage on the edge, marked by many cold and wet days. However, as every mother does, mother (nature) kicked in and saved the day with a gloriously warm and dry finally to the cooler growing season.

Strawberry, raspberry and red cherry aromas lead the way on the nose, with hints of sweet spice and tomato leaf in the background. Freshly crushed ripe berries continue on the palate, with dried leaf, minerality and spice in the background. The mouthfeel is lean and silky smooth, with very fine tannin and great County acidity.

This Pinot Noir is a very versatile wine given it’s acidity and low tannin. Pinot Noir pairs particularly well with duck, chicken, pork, and mushrooms.

A blend of fruit from 4 different Vineyards from 3 different sub-appellations, this wine explodes out of the glass with wonderful strawberry, raspberry, mulberry, and bing cherry followed closely by sugar beet, tobacco leaf, moss and fresh soil. The balance, coolness and bright acidity of the 2023 vintage is immediately evident, yet with extra air it starts to show more fullness and roundness than might be expected. The incredibly supple mouthfeel, medium body and balanced acidity frame exceptional flavour intensity, leading to a long, sweeping finish that ends on a decidedly mineral and crunchy note.  This wine is great now with a generous decant but will also age well for 3-4 years.

Pair this Pinot Noir with smoky glazed ham or grilled salmon. 

Crisp & Fruity

Lighthall Vineyards is a small, proud, low volume and high quality winery located in enchanting Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. All their wines are produced in a non-interventionist manner and fuelled by passion as hearty as our vines. They also make cheese, designed to pair with their wines.

Lighthall's famous sparkling Pinot Noir, re-fermented using the Charmat method. A slight change in production method saw a little less skin contact and more whole cluster pressing, presenting a wine packed full of strawberry flavour and hibiscus aroma. Very crisp and fruity while still refreshingly dry, this wine matches exceptionally with spicy rosé sauce, sweet red bell peppers and cheese boards.

Nicolas Potel was an iconic figure and pioneering force in Burgundy’s modern winemaking landscape. A native of Volnay with winemaking in his blood, he built his reputation early on through a natural affability that helped him establish a broad and lasting network within the wine trade. After studying viticulture in Beaune and gaining experience both locally and abroad, he founded Maison Roche de Bellene in 1997 - a négociant house dedicated to small-lot bottlings with a strong focus on sourcing old-vine parcels. He later expanded the range with Collection Bellenum, which specializes in the acquisition and release of carefully cellared, well-aged vintages from growers with a tradition of long-term ageing. An early advocate of organic farming and a consistent champion of terroir expression, Potel was widely respected for his vision and integrity; he tragically passed away in the summer of 2025, leaving behind a significant legacy in Burgundy and beyond.

An elegant, dry, medium-bodied Pinot Noir made from old vines. The nose is lifted and complex, with earthy, floral aromatics alongside ripe red berries and cherry. The palate is finely balanced and expressive, unfolding in layers of sweet spice, savoury herbs, and a subtle flinty note that frames a pure core of red fruit.

Domaine de la Garenne's Sancerre Rouge, made from 100% Pinot Noir, is sourced from two hectares of vineyards in the commune of Verdigny, where the soil is primarily clay-limestone marl. The vines, averaging 30 years in age, are cultivated using organic methods, with careful attention to tillage, yield control, and manual leaf thinning—without the use of herbicides or insecticides. 

Part of the production is aged in 500-litre oak barrels which allows the Domaine to obtain a balanced wine, with small red fruits (cherry, sour cherry) aromatics and subtle oaked notes. The colour is garnet with purple undertones, and the palate is delicious. 

Suggested pairings include red mullet or monkfish; the Sancerre Rouge would also work with a well-ripened Brie or Camembert.

Located in Traiguén in Chile’s southern Araucanía region, some 600 km south of Santiago, Baettig’s Viñedos Los Suizos site sits in a cool-climate zone shaped by volcanic soils, native forests, and abundant rainfall. With mild summers, cool, wet winters, and limited sunlight, conditions here allow Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to ripen slowly and evenly. The vineyards are rooted in ancient volcanic soils rich in clay, loam, and deep stony layers, which promote balanced vine growth, excellent drainage, and a distinctive mineral character in the wines.

A Pinot Noir sourced from a combination of parcels, “Los Parientes” (meaning “the relatives”) refers to the close relationship between the different vineyard components that come together in the final blend.

Displaying inviting floral scents of wildflowers and rose hips with tinges of tobacco and fragrant dried herbs, the savoury notes are layered nicely against soft fruit tones of  blueberries and sour cherries. Round and juicy on the palate, the fruitiness is tempered by bright acidity and earthy nuances. Fine-grained tannins add density and pleasing texture that accompanies the fruit into the finish. 

Toasty & Citrusy

Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara. The Chardonnay in this wine comes from a beautiful old vines (35+ years old) block, while the Pinot Noir is from a younger block on the same property in Beamsville Bench.

If you can imagine dipping a freshly baked lemon/herb croissant into a cloud then you have some idea of how this wine tastes! The toasty/biscuity and lemon-curd aspect leaps immediately out of the glass, with a background of crème-fraiche and flowers. The palate is full and round, with a very fine mousse showing fresh-baked bread, lemon meringue, roasted almond and unicorn-dust. The terroir and old-vines really come through on the finish with an amazing mineral/flinty core and very present acidity.

Enjoy now, but this wine will age gracefully over the next 8+ years if you want it to. Drink with fresh Malpeque oysters, hazelnut crusted halibut, and soft white cheeses.

Floral & Delicate

The density, body, structure and balance of this wine is unparalleled. The nose shows beautiful sugar beet, bing cherry, rose petals and mushroom with a background of tarragon and basil and hints of peppery intensity. The palate follows the nose while adding mulberry, tobacco, and fresh-turned-earth and fallen leaves. A medium-full bodied wine with lots of fresh, young fruit and balanced acidity and tannin make this a wine that will age gracefully for at least 10 years.

The name Los Primos (the cousins) refers to the closeness of style and quality of the vineyard parcels that make up this Pinot. Sourced exclusively from a selection of the El

The nose is ripe and complex, declaring aromas of fresh bing cherries, rosehip and wild strawberries up front. Softer floral aromas of violet and lavender unfurl underneath the fruits giving way to notes of dried orange peel and damp forest floor. The palate it is tense, with extremely fine tannins and juicy acidity supporting bright notes of pomegranate, graphite-minerality and chalk. The tight finish and great structure make this one for the cellar.

Orange | Albariño

The aroma is very complex and grows in the glass, combining primary notes of stone fruit with orange peel, grapefruit and ginger. A very versatile and gastronomic wine which combines lightness and the variety's mouthwatering freshness on the palate with the textural depth from the skins. The finish is remarkably long and satisfyingly dry, underscored by a firm but fine tannic grip.

Consider pairing it with shellfish, lean fish, and vegetarian options like a nut roast. Its crisp and refreshing character also makes it a good match for grilled chicken or roasted fish.

Touriga Nacional em Rosé is an exuberant, fruity-yet-nervy rosé, crafted from the “Queen of Portuguese grapes,” Touriga Nacional. Joana has secured access to some of the highest elevation Touriga in Douro, offering the brightest acidity and tension while still expressing Touriga’s floral and mineral personality. Joana loves to say that this rosé is what “Touriga Naçional tastes like on the vine, with no makeup. 

On the nose, fresh crushed strawberries, bing cherries and cherry blossom aromas leap from the glass. On the palate, juicy and fresh, with beautiful texture and balance. Sour and Bing cherry, fresh and macerated strawberries, and a touch of white pepper spice all in abundance.

Invivo launched its partnership with Graham Norton in 2014 with a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, inspired by his love of the style. Based primarily on Merlot, this rosé pours a delicate pink and is instantly inviting. Domaine de Pellehaut, located in the hills of Gascony, is known for sustainable winemaking practices and utilizing native yeasts, with wines often aged in stainless steel to maintain fresh fruit character.

McArthur Ridge is a Central Otago winery located in Alexandra, New Zealand, where vineyards are planted on ancient glacial moraine terraces known as Brassknocker soils. The estate is recognized for producing cool-climate Pinot Noir that reflects the rugged mountain environment, combining careful vineyard management with a winemaking philosophy focused on purity, balance, and regional expression. The Brassknocker Central Otago Pinot Noir is richly aromatic and expressive, offering notes of ripe cherry, dark plum, red berries, floral tones, oak spice, and mocha. Crafted from separately harvested vineyard parcels, the wine undergoes cold soaking, wild and cultured yeast fermentation, extended skin contact, and partial ageing in seasoned French oak to build complexity while preserving freshness. Proudly family owned, the Borthwick vineyard is an established vineyard situated in Gladstone, the heart of the Wairarapa. Producing quality wine for over a decade, Paddy, an experienced wine maker, has gained a reputation for producing consistently great wines. This Pinot highlights purity and freshness, offering bright aromas of red florals, spice, and juicy red fruit. Medium-bodied, the palate shows a vibrant mix of tart and sweet cherry framed by soft, velvety tannins. Nestled at the foot of the hillside in Aloxe-Corton, Château Corton Frey stands as one of Burgundy’s most iconic landmarks. Built in the late 19th century atop 15th-century cellars, this historic estate is the region’s most photographed site after the Hospices de Beaune. First recorded in the 9th century as “in Montelio” in the Cartulary of Saint-Symphorien of Autun—meaning “on the small mountain”—the village’s history is deeply rooted in its landscape. The “Les Champs Fulliot” parcel, once home to quarries and open fields, takes its name from the Old French feuille (leaf) and bois foudre (thicket), evoking its natural origins.

From this warm vintage, the 1er Cru shows a colour of notable vibrancy and depth. The nose is expressive and inviting, led by plush black-skinned fruits and fragrant wildflowers. The palate opens beautifully, with a soft, voluminous texture supported by finely integrated tannins and bright, tangy acidity, culminating in a complex, poised finish that echoes with finesse.

The 'Les Petites Lolières' vineyard lies on a path that descends from the Combe des Buis towards the source of the Lauve River. Legend has it that this path was once used by wolves who came to drink there.

Showing a brilliant ruby colour with garnet highlights, the 2020 1er Cru is immediately compelling, offering ripe cherry and cranberry aromas, shaded with subtle notes of vanilla and rose petal. The palate is willowy yet well-structured, balancing gentle tannins and perfectly tart acidity with lush red fruit and sweet spice, all leading into a lasting, elegant finish.

Located between Beaune and Volnay in the Côte de Beaune, and often referred to as “the flower of Beaunois wines,” Pommard has long embodied the essence of Burgundy, remaining steadfast and true to its character over the centuries.

Intense ruby red in colour, the wine opens with bright aromas of black and blue fruit, lifted by hints of cherry cola and toasted spice. Full-bodied and structured on the palate, it shows velvety, mouth-coating tannins and a precise line of acidity that cuts through the richly compact fruit. A wine that will reward patience, with more savoury complexity and further textural refinement expected to emerge with age.
