Located in San Patricio del Chañar in Neuquén Province, Bodega Malma was born from a pioneering winemaking project at the southern edge of Argentina, quickly earning acclaim for its high-quality wines. Founded in 2004 and run by the Viola family, the winery is fuelled by a deep passion for Patagonia and its distinctive terroirs. In collaboration with consulting enologist Hans Vinding-Diers, Bodega Malma has carefully crafted its portfolio while exploring the potential of each micro-terroir for different grape varieties. Guided by a philosophy of sharing Patagonia with the world, the winery brings the region’s unique character to life in every bottle. 

Named in honour of the family's first generation who sought their prosperity in Patagonia, the Chacra La Papay collection showcases Bodega Malma’s commitment to producing wines of substance without compromising approachability.

This fruit-forward style of Malbec shows bright aromas of raspberries, crunchy plums and cherries on the nose. The palate echoes the bright red fruit, revealing delicate violet florals and hints of vanilla spice from gentle oak ageing. Fresh and well-balanced, it combines structure with an easy-drinking style and plenty of character.

Volcanic & Floral

A breakout star in the Etna DOC of Sicily, Tornatore has become one of the region's largest and most respected wineries. Established back in 1865, the estate continues to be run by the same family who have acted as the faithful custodians of the land for generations. Tending to high altitude vineyards on the north side of the active volcano, the conditions are ideal for indigenous grape varieties to thrive. The wines are distinctive bottlings which encapsulate the essence of Mount Etna and effortlessly reveal the unique characteristics that make the region one to watch.

The wine has enticing floral scents of spring blossoms and Spanish broom that mingle with summer orchard fruit and wet stone. The tangy, savoury palate boasts finesse and mineral tension, delivering juicy Meyer lemon, creamy pear, yellow apple and saline before a white pepper finish. Fresh acidity brightens the rich flavours.

This is perfect with young and medium-aged cheeses, poultry and fish.

Founded in 2015 by visionary oenologist Nikos Karatzas, Oenops Wines is based in the historic winemaking region of Drama in Northern Greece, the legendary land of Dionysus. Drawing on experience gained at some of the region's leading wineries, Nikos set out to champion Greece's indigenous grape varieties by partnering with dedicated growers who farm exceptional old vineyards across the country. Through these close collaborations, Oenops crafts wines that faithfully express both variety and terroir, combining meticulous winemaking with outstanding fruit sourced from distinctive vineyard sites to produce wines of remarkable authenticity and sense of place.

The winery's DOTS series showcases highly acclaimed, single-varietal wines made from Greece’s distinctive grapes, each expressing a refined and complex sense of character. The name “DOTS” is inspired by the optical illusion featured on the label, where the name of each grape variety is subtly revealed through a pointillist arrangement of coloured dots.

Sourced from exceptional terroirs in Naoussa and Amyntaio, this wine beautifully captures the essence of Xinomavro — lively, authentic, and true to the character of the land from which it comes. Showing a vibrant medium ruby colour, it opens with bright aromas of cherry, ripe strawberry, floral notes, and subtle spice. The palate is energetic and generous, with layers of tangy red fruit, juicy tannins, and refreshing acidity that bring balance and finesse. A long, intense finish completes this beautifully structured expression of the variety.

Raised amidst the vineyards, Alexandre Favier is part of a long line of winemakers in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. His grandfather, Noël Sabon, hails from one of the region’s most renowned winemaking families. Alexandre began his viticultural studies at the age of fifteen in Orange, completing his exams by 2001. Just a year later, at the age of twenty, he assumed full winemaking responsibilities at Domaine Chante Cigale when his father’s health declined. Today, Domaine Chante Cigale stands as one of the most important family estates in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Extrait consists of 50% Roussanne and 50% Grenache Blanc. The Roussanne for Extrait comes from a very specific plot and the vines are over 40 years old. For a wine this unctuous and textured, the palate shows remarkable balance and freshness. Aromas of apricot, peach and citrus are complemented by some perfumed florals and well integrated, savoury oak. The finish is incredibly long and fresh.

Founded in 2003 as one of the earliest wineries on the Naramata Bench, JoieFarm has grown from restaurant roots into a celebrated destination, with a tasting room opened in 2015 and the En Famille Wine Club launched in 2020. Founded in 2014 around a dining table at Norwood’s Queen Street, C.W. Wines has grown from humble beginnings into one of Australia’s most successful family-owned wine businesses. With a portfolio spanning the Limestone Coast, McLaren Vale, and the Barossa, their vineyards and sourced fruit cover a wide range of beloved varietals, all processed at their state-of-the-art Stonehaven Winery. Originally built by Constellation Brands in the late 90s, the facility was acquired by C.W. Wines in 2021, where a host of distinctive labels, each exceptionally crafted to showcase the diversity of the South's regions and the full breadth of what Aussie wines have to offer.

Thompson Steer draws its name from the winding lakes and gently rolling fields that surround its vineyards in the country town of Mundulla where its grapes are grown. 

The Limestone Coast Cab opens with fragrant aromas of ripe cassis, dark plum, and black cherry, layered with hints of cedar and fresh mint that add a cooling lift. Full-bodied, it features rounded, blossoming tannins and balanced acidity, while the liqueur-like fruit is refined by oak aging, enhancing structure and depth without being overpowering. The finish is long and resonant, with sappy fruit framed by subtle notes of cocoa powder and dried tobacco.

Established in 2007 by the folks at Radford Dale winery in South Africa, the Land of Hope project aims to produce and market a range of premium wines wherein 50% of all profits are directed back towards previously disadvantaged employees, their families, and dependents. The Land of Hope Trust focuses on providing high-quality education and skill development opportunities, empowering individuals for long-term social upliftment and contributing to positive economic and democratic evolution.

Rich & Spicy

CW Wines’ Schoolhouse wines come from a Coonawarra vineyard with a little history — the site was once home to a schoolhouse established in 1888, and each year the winery releases a special bottle in its honour. Today, the Schoolhouse Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the estate’s signature wines, showcasing the depth and character of Coonawarra.

This is classic Coonawarra Cabernet with a modern, polished feel. Ripe fruit, fine-grained tannins, and subtle oak come together in a way that’s generous without feeling heavy, with plenty of structure and balance.

Blackcurrant and black plum lead the way, followed by warming spice and cooling dried herbs. Rich and concentrated on the palate, with ripe dark fruit, fine tannins, and a touch of toasty oak, it’s powerful but beautifully in check.

Pour it with roast lamb, slow-cooked beef, grilled meats, or a board of aged cheeses.

Lubanzi is a socially driven South African wine company founded in 2014, inspired by a backpacking journey along the country’s remote Wild Coast. The brand is named after a wandering dog that accompanied the founders for six days and nearly 100 miles of the trek—an experience that sparked the idea to share South Africa’s culture, landscapes, and wines with a global audience.

Working with respected winemaking partners including Trizanne Barnard and Bruce Jack, Lubanzi produces expressive wines that reflect the country’s diverse terroirs. The company also maintains a strong commitment to social impact, partnering with the Pebbles Project to support health and education initiatives for families living and working on South Africa’s wine farms.

Bursting with charm, this Cinsault Rosé opens with an inviting nose of fresh strawberries and cherries, layered with soft floral tones and a lift of tangerine zest. The light-bodied palate is lively, with bright acidity underpinning its juicy red berry and watermelon flavours, while a subtle touch of cracked white pepper extends on the finish.
