At the very heart of the Rhône Valley, at the northerly tip of the Southern Rhône, lie the vineyards of Grignan-Les-Adhémar.

Le Devoy checks in as a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan. It has terrific notes of forest floor, cracked pepper, flowers and darker berry fruits as well as medium-bodied richness, an elegant, supple texture and notable purity of fruit. This wine has considerable charm and appeal and makes for a great everyday bottle.

Fresh & Delicate

Mas Carlot is situated in the south of the Rhône Valley, extending across 76 hectares of pebbly land southeast of Nîmes.

This seductive rosé is a traditional blend of Grenache (60%), Syrah (30%) and Cinsault (10%). Beautifully pale in colour and soft in texture, this is probably the most fashionable vintage to date. Delicate aromas of raspberry, watermelon, citrus fruits & herbes de Provence flow from the glass. The flavours are fruity, dry and crisp with an elegant balance & structure. This is a serious rose at an accessible price.

Mas Carlot Rosé is the perfect rosé to pair with any summertime meal, including tapas and barbecue. It is also a great wine to enjoy with cheese boards or just on its own at any time!

Floral & Fruity

Pearce Predhomme is a collaboration between Nicholas Pearce and Will Predhomme focusing on terroir driven wines from old vine vineyards in Stellenbosch, SA & Willamette Valley, US. This Cinsault/Syrah is made from bush vines planted in Koffieklip soils in the Southwestern of Stellenbosch, South Africa. 

It has a brilliant medium purple colour in the glass. On the nose, it's all about fresh ripe red & black fruit: cherry, strawberry, wild raspberry; with hints of intense spice, it also has a granite minerality. On the palate it is light-bodied, with a vibrant acid and grippy though delicate tannins. It intermingles with surprisingly powerful fruit & spice; punching above its weight in flavour. It is very balanced with low alcohol.

This light red pairs with all manner of dishes: from barbecue meats to grilled salmon and veggies, to spicy dishes.

Bold & Earthy

Frederic Brouca's wines have become the talk of the appellation in the Faugeres AOC, revered as a cru village in the Coteaux de Languedoc. Hailed for their authenticity, purity and complexity, consumers and sommeliers rejoice when available.

Unlike many winemakers, Frederic Brouca is largely self-taught and took no formal courses on viticulture or winemaking. His concept of growing grapes and winemaking focuses on reducing human intervention in the processes, and making it as natural as possible.

This single-vineyard blend of Grenache, Syrah & Carignan offers a perfect combination of balance and power. Rich dark fruit and savoury roasted meat notes pop from the glass. The flavours are vibrant with a rich symphony of red, blue and black fruits along with a peppery spice note and a long, clean finish.

Pair with hearty winter stews, grilled lamb chops or enjoy on its own in front of a cozy fire after a long day.

Red | Cinsault

Samsó is the ancient local name for Cinsault and in the hands of Frédéric Brouca they happen to be 45 year-old, beautifully seasoned vines. What is immediately special, interesting, unique and exciting is the straight away Faugères moment, instantly recognizable yet wired in vine structure hyperbole. A hint of musk, or animale as we say is joined by char, tar, grilled herbs and roses just past their prime. But freshness is not compromised and red fruit is front and centre. The flavours go on forever so if they are your kind, you’ll never want them to dissipate.

White | Vermentino, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc

A distinctive white wine from the Languedoc region, crafted by blending Vermentino, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc grapes grown on schist soils. This small-batch production ferments in a mix of concrete, stainless steel, and neutral oak barrels to create a wine with exceptional texture. Certified organic and produced without fining or filtering, this wine features minimal sulphur addition, resulting in a rich and unadulterated taste experience.

Floral & Delicate

One of the most coveted, yet accessible natural wines in France. From legendary winemaker Matthieu Barret of Domaine de Coulet in Cornas. The Matthieu Barret labelled wines are from a leased organic and biodynamic vineyard in Visan, about an hour South of the Domaine. 

Black Flag is made from Syrah grown in the terroirs of Ardèche. It is aged for 12 months in concrete eggs and used oak barrels, with a final ageing of a year in concrete tanks. This is a very fresh Syrah with a silky and delicate texture. The nose has notes of liquorice, violet, black olive tapenade, cured meats and pink peppercorn, wrapped around a core of dark fruit.  On the palate is savoury, medium-bodied, and absolutely delicious. A very clean, fresh and lively Northern Rhone.

Bold & Spicy

Domaine André Aubert, has been formed over decades and generations by one very passionate wine family and today comprises of more than 280 hectares spread from north to south of the prestigious Southern Rhone Valley on the appellations Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône villages, Visan, and Grignan-les-Adhémar. The Château Le Grand Retour property was purchased in 1999.

Château le Grand Retour is situated in the Plan de Dieu AOC. This geographical area is overflowing with very important pebbles left behind by the Rhône River from millennia ago. As the Aubert family says, this vineyard allows the vines to 'drink the sun and live on stones.'

A sumptuous blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre with rich fruit aromas of black cherry and raspberry. Notes of licorice and spice dominate the full-bodied palate and lead to a well-balanced and complex finish. This wine punches above it's weight in every class!

A great pairing with grilled lamb, stuffed eggplant, kebabs or köfte.
