Anticello is made with Grechetto grapes, which are destemmed and left in contact with skins for about an hour before starting fermentation. In the glass, it has a deep straw yellow colour with golden hues. On the nose, it has aromas of stone fruit, citrus, and wild flowers. The palate is fruity, savoury, fresh, slightly tannic, soft and powerful.
