Radford Dale stands as one of South Africa’s premier independent wineries, renowned for crafting site-specific, natural wines that marry innovation with tradition. With two distinct wineries—one nestled in the Helderberg Mountain of Stellenbosch and the other an Organic Estate in Elgin—all Radford Dale wines are united by a single ethos: to produce the finest wines without succumbing to commercial trends or outdated practices. Rooted in a strong commitment to sustainability and a dedication to the local community, every aspect of Radford Dale's operation is imbued with a profound sense of purpose.

The Vinum range is all about bringing together great quality and fantastic value without compromising on craftsmanship. Made with the same vineyard sites, viticultural practices, and winemaking techniques as Radford Dale’s premium Terroir range, the focus here is all about pure drinking enjoyment.

Showing ripe strawberry and mulberry notes lifted by delicate rosewater and toasted herbal aromas that highlight the wine's varietal character. The medium-bodied palate reveals layers of wild berry compote and dark forest fruits, while firm, grippy tannins unfurl into a clean, refreshing finish.

Try with roasted pork belly served with balsamic onions and greens or baked yellowtail with roasted fennel and tomatoes.

92 Points - Christian Eedes

90% Stellenbosch, 10% Swartland grapes. Red and black cherry, floral perfume and herbs on the nose while the palate shows dense fruit, bright acidity and fine tannins (alc: 13%). Wonderfully well managed, this once again shows that the variety doesn’t always have to be big and rugged.
