Grown from humble roots in McLaren Vale, SA. Colab and Bloom is a collaboration of like-minded friends with a mission; to create expressive and drinkable wines. The result?... A flourish of sublime aromas and abundant flavours.  

Classic blackberry cassis along with cigar box on the nose and palate, with a touch of mulberry and silky tannins. A medium bodied wine with integrated complex flavours.

As suggested by the winery, pair this wine with a charred rib-eye steak served with roasted potatoes and a pepper sauce.

89 Points - David Lawrason

This is a fairly thick, dense and rich blend of shiraz cabernet, with salty streak through the palate and onto the finish. Expect low key jammy cassis, cranberry and cherry compote on the nose with menthol and some pepper. It tends to sweetness, but it really is all about that warmth and density. The length is very good to excellent. Tasted January 2022
