Shaped by the sun soaked days and cool nights of Ucles in north-central Castile and made exclusively from noble Spanish varieties from high-altitude, organic vineyards. The wines are defined by their freshness, elegance, and a steadfast commitment to sustainable viticulture that nurtures biodiversity and safeguards the land for future generations.

Rooted in Mediterranean culture and cuisine, The name “Mesta” honours a powerful medieval alliance of shepherds who governed the cañadas; historic migratory routes for sheep that remain protected to this day. In this timeless landscape, Mesta's vineyards flourish alongside ancient paths, still traversed by flocks each year. This longstanding harmony serves as a powerful symbol of enduring traditions and the natural balance between agriculture and the wild.

A juicy, unoaked red that showcases the purity and character of high-altitude Tempranillo. Bright ruby in colour, it offers expressive, well-defined aromas of red berries, rosemary, and a hint of liquorice. The palate is fresh and persistent, with a round texture and a clean, satisfyingly dry finish. Medium-bodied and highly versatile, this is an ideal food wine - perfect with tapas, grilled meats, pasta dishes and much, much more!

Lighthall Vineyards is a small, proud, low volume and high quality winery located in enchanting Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. This, Lighthall's first edition of concrete aged Chardonnay, paints the clearest image yet of county terroir. Clear and authentic, the nose is brimming with honeyed apple, lemon yogurt, salted oyster shell, and beeswax. The flavours continue in the palate, but the star of the show is the opulent, luscious, yet elegant mouthfeel that lingers with finesse.

A brilliant seafood wine, this is a knockout with oysters, halibut, butter-poached cod,
lobster, crab, and scallops. Lemon chicken, rabbit, and quail are good meat options, while grilled asparagus, hummus, creamy orzo, and tofu souvlaki make delightful vegetarian picks. Rich, creamy, and mild cheeses are well balanced by the bright acidity and round texture.

As typically found in County Chardonnay, this wine starts with aromas of flinty
minerality, Asian pear, and salted caramel. A round palate is filled with flavours of golden delicious apple, baking spices, and a hint of lemon. Put together, it’s like an apple crumble before it’s been baked! The smooth texture and long finish leave you satiating for more.

Our Phillipston Road (Manchego-style) cheese is literally made for this wine. Rich, salty, and nutty, it makes a perfect match. Coquilles St. Jaques, Oysters Rockefeller, halibut, spaghetti cacio e pepe, zucchini ravioli with grated lemon zest, butter poached cod, and chicken with a cream sauce are all wonderful pairings.

Floral & Fruity

Cool-climate Merlot at its best. This wine is loaded with all things blue and moody: damson plums, violet, fig, blue-acai, and chocolate-covered blueberry. Rich oak tones of vanilla, chocolate, and marshmallow balance out the fruit intensity and leave a long yet distinguished finish.

Fatty, high protein foods are recommended to bind with the high tannin and balance the acidity. Roasted leg of lamb with Saskatoon berry compote, coffee-rubbed steak, seared duck breast, creole jambalaya, pork loin with roasted plums, and blue cheeses all go
great.

Spicy & Tropical

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

“Orange” wine (skin-fermented white) is an ancient technique for making wine and we continue to explore its potential. Harvested on September 30, 2022, the grapes were destemmed, into concrete tanks where it went through a spontaneous fermentation. It remained in concrete and aged on skins for 25 days, then it was gently pressed into clay amphora (35%) and stainless steel (65%) for aging. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphite additions.

This Clockwork opens with vibrant aromas of elderflower honey, mandarin oranges, lemon curd, sweet Thai basil, and lemongrass. On the palate, it mirrors these notes while adding layers of honey, cream, and lemon, all carried by a rich, oily texture. A bright acidity, fine tannins, and a beautiful texture shape a dynamic finish that evolves as the wine warms. It pairs exceptionally well with briny or grilled seafood, such as oysters.

Keint-he Winery & Vineyards is a boutique winery located in Prince Edward County. The winery has a strong focus on varietals that are typically grown in Burgundy, specifically Pinot Noir and Chardonnay; through which they truly express the best of the County with wonderful individual expressions. Keint-He’s approach to winemaking is as down-to-earth as it gets and their quality is second to none.

A strong ruby colour in the center of the glass. This shifts to brick on the edges. Vibrant throughout. The nose shows intense sour cherry, raspberry crumble and subtle notes of cedar forest. Soft tannin, cherry, black currant and hints of mushroom, work in concert with one another on the plate.

The high natural acidity and subtle tannins in this specific Prince Edward County Pinot Noir allow it to effortlessly cut through creamy or savoury textures without overpowering delicate flavours.

This Cava has a lovely, fruity nose with ripe yellow pear, a hint of vanilla and soft biscotti notes. It is light to mid weight, slightly creamy yet firm and dry on the finish.

Cava is fantastic with fresh salads, crudités, raw oysters and summer dishes like Spanish Gazpacho. It's creaminess makes it a perfect pairing for roast chicken and all kinds of fish.

This blend is light and fresh. On the nose, it's all about hints of mint, lemon and fresh cucumber, while on the palate it's zesty, with notes of green apple and citrus fruit.

It's delicious when paired with summer meals: fresh salads dressed with dried fruits such as cranberries and walnuts, grilled fish with potatoes and zesty ceviches.

Orange | Albariño

The aroma is very complex and grows in the glass, combining primary notes of stone fruit with orange peel, grapefruit and ginger. A very versatile and gastronomic wine which combines lightness and the variety's mouthwatering freshness on the palate with the textural depth from the skins. The finish is remarkably long and satisfyingly dry, underscored by a firm but fine tannic grip.

Consider pairing it with shellfish, lean fish, and vegetarian options like a nut roast. Its crisp and refreshing character also makes it a good match for grilled chicken or roasted fish.

Touriga Nacional em Rosé is an exuberant, fruity-yet-nervy rosé, crafted from the “Queen of Portuguese grapes,” Touriga Nacional. Joana has secured access to some of the highest elevation Touriga in Douro, offering the brightest acidity and tension while still expressing Touriga’s floral and mineral personality. Joana loves to say that this rosé is what “Touriga Naçional tastes like on the vine, with no makeup. 

On the nose, fresh crushed strawberries, bing cherries and cherry blossom aromas leap from the glass. On the palate, juicy and fresh, with beautiful texture and balance. Sour and Bing cherry, fresh and macerated strawberries, and a touch of white pepper spice all in abundance.

Each wine reflects a personal vision that remains deeply faithful to both the land and the vintage, while never repeating itself from year to year. This approach has remained unchanged even following Fabio Motta’s integration into the Agricole Gussalli Beretta group, reinforcing his belief that wine is inseparable from both the individual who crafts it and the vineyard from which it originates—together defining the value, personality, and uniqueness of every bottle.

Rooted in a winemaking tradition spanning four generations, Les Vignobles Aubert has grown into one of the Southern Rhône’s leading family-run wine groups, uniting six estates and châteaux across the region’s left bank. Led today by Alain, Claude, Yves, Christine, Aurélien, and the next generation of the Aubert family, the group cultivates nearly 480 hectares across 11 Southern Rhône appellations, combining deep respect for terroir with a modern, quality-driven approach to viticulture and winemaking. From the historic vineyards of Plan de Dieu to the elevated freshness of Domaine Autrand and the recent addition of Château Saint-Jean, the family’s wines are recognized for their consistency, authenticity, and exceptional value.

The Château Le Grand Retour estate, acquired in 1999, lies within the Plan de Dieu AOC—an area defined by its vast beds of ancient Rhône river stones, where, as the Aubert family puts it, the vines “drink the sun and live on stones."

A classic blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, showing generous aromas of black cherry and raspberry, layered with hints of licorice and spice. The palate is full-bodied and richly textured, with a balanced, complex finish. Altogether, it’s a wine that consistently punches above its weight.

Domaine de Pellehaut, located in the hills of Gascony, is known for sustainable winemaking practices and utilizing native yeasts, with wines often aged in stainless steel to maintain fresh fruit character. 

This wine presents aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry. It is light and delicate with soft tannins.

Rich & Floral

McArthur Ridge is a Central Otago winery located in Alexandra, New Zealand, where vineyards are planted on ancient glacial moraine terraces known as Brassknocker soils. The estate is recognized for producing cool-climate Pinot Noir that reflects the rugged mountain environment, combining careful vineyard management with a winemaking philosophy focused on purity, balance, and regional expression. Their Brassknocker range represents the winery’s “village level” Pinot Noir, showcasing the distinctive terroir and freshness that have helped establish Central Otago as one of the world’s premier Pinot Noir regions.

The Brassknocker Central Otago Pinot Noir is richly aromatic and expressive, offering notes of ripe cherry, dark plum, red berries, floral tones, oak spice, and mocha. Crafted from separately harvested vineyard parcels, the wine undergoes cold soaking, wild and cultured yeast fermentation, extended skin contact, and partial ageing in seasoned French oak to build complexity while preserving freshness. On the palate it is supple and balanced, with fine tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, polished finish that makes it approachable now while also suitable for further cellaring.

Hardy's constructed the Stonehaven Winery in 1998 with the purpose of showcasing the distinct qualities of the Limestone Coast region in Southern Australia. Following Hardy's acquisition by Constellation and subsequent brand expansion, the winery fell into dormancy after being sold. In early 2021, C.W. Wines acquired both the Stonehaven winery and brand, subsequently reintroducing the Stonehaven label to the market. Now sporting a revitalized appearance and market strategy, Stonehaven aims to appeal to contemporary wine enthusiasts, offering a wine selection suitable for any occasion.

In 1985, Mario and Nancy Adamo transformed a 28‑room inn north of Toronto into Hockley Valley Resort, embracing a location that truly felt like home. Inspired by the vine‑covered hills of his hometown in Calabria, Italy, Mario envisioned the slopes of Hockley Valley as a place where grapes could thrive. In 2000, the first test vines on a newly purchased 77‑acre property were planted, and by 2015, Adamo Estate Winery was born. Today, this boutique, small‑batch winery boasts over 28,000 vines, farmed with organic and biodynamic principles. Clos Bel-Air is a charming 3-hectare estate set on the clay-limestone hillsides bordering the village of Lussac in Saint-Émilion, where Merlot dominates the plantings alongside a smaller proportion of Cabernet Franc. Managed under the Sustainable HVE designation since 2016, the vineyard embraces regenerative, biodiversity-focused viticulture that prioritizes environmental stewardship and soil health. Proudly family owned, the Borthwick vineyard is an established vineyard situated in Gladstone, the heart of the Wairarapa. Producing quality wine for over a decade, Paddy, an experienced wine maker, has gained a reputation for producing consistently great wines. The twenty seven hectares of vines bordering the Ruamahunga River are growing on stony, free draining, alluvial soils, with a micro climate giving warm daily temperatures, cool nights and low rainfall; perfect conditions for producing distinctive, quality wines

This Pinot highlights purity and freshness, offering bright aromas of red florals, spice, and juicy red fruit. Built in the late 19th century atop 15th-century cellars, this historic estate is the region’s most photographed site after the Hospices de Beaune. Legend holds that Emperor Charlemagne once owned vineyards here in the 8th century, planting Chardonnay to preserve the whiteness of his beard.

The estate’s seven hectares span thirteen prestigious appellations, forming part of Burgundy’s intricate mosaic of climats, where the expression of terroir has been honed over centuries. Under the ownership of Caroline Frey, a highly regarded oenologist and winegrower, Château Corton Frey brings together Burgundian tradition with a sustainable, precision-driven philosophy. With intentionally limited production, each wine is crafted to reflect the purity and character of its origin.

Sourced from a vineyard currently in conversion to organic farming and cultivated according to biodynamic principles, this Grand Cru reveals a pale gold hue with green highlights in the glass. The nose balances mineral tension with richness, revealing expressive notes of honey, shortbread, delicate citrus, and subtle wildflowers. Medium in weight yet concentrated in flavour, the palate weaves wet stone character with layered texture, reflecting the warmth of the vintage. The 'Les Petites Lolières' vineyard lies on a path that descends from the Combe des Buis towards the source of the Lauve River. Legend has it that this path was once used by wolves who came to drink there.

Showing a brilliant ruby colour with garnet highlights, the 2020 1er Cru is immediately compelling, offering ripe cherry and cranberry aromas, shaded with subtle notes of vanilla and rose petal. The palate is willowy yet well-structured, balancing gentle tannins and perfectly tart acidity with lush red fruit and sweet spice, all leading into a lasting, elegant finish.

The excellent vineyard lands of Meursault were first cultivated by Cistercian monks as early as 1098, gaining their renowned definition from calcareous marls, with ancient Callovian limestone and Argovian marlstone shaping and dividing the terrain.

Bright golden in colour, the nose is refined, offering sweet aromas of white blossoms and candied citrus peel alongside delicately toasted nuts. The palate carries good weight, balanced by taut acidity typical of Narvaux. Gentle honeyed notes peek through crisp orchard fruit, while chalky mineral tension brings textural depth. It is this mineral backbone that supports the wine’s richness through to a long, lasting finish.

The Savigny-lès-Beaune commune, one of the largest wine-growing villages in the Côte d'Or, boasts a rich and fascinating history. The term 'Les Guettotes', which lends itself as name to the Lieu-dit, dates back to the medieval period, referring to the lookout points once used to survey the countryside and protect travellers passing through the area.

The grapes for this wine come from a small, enclosed plot of approximately 1 hectare on a south-facing hillside. Brilliant ruby in colour, it offers an enticing bouquet of cherries and red currant, with subtle savoury nuances that support the ripeness of the fruit. Medium-weight yet powerful, the tannins are polished but present, while zesty acidity shapes the palate and balances the sweet fruit. The finish is long, leaving resounding notes of dried fruit and tea leaves.

A traditional method blanc de blanc, Revelation spent 10 years sur lies. The result is a wine of incredible depth, with rich toasty aromas backed by preserved lemon citrus and citrus curd character. Only one cage was made, making this exceptional wine also a bona fide rarity.
