From one of the healthiest vineyards in Italy, Marina crafts wines that brim with life, energy, and pure terroir.

Bright and balanced, this Barbaresco has an intriguing balsamic fragrance of menthol and eucalyptus layered with black cherry, leather and sandalwood. The fresh, delineated palate offers wild cherry, crushed raspberry, white pepper, mint and balsamic notes alongside supple tannins that give a smooth texture.

Enjoy this with beef and or game such as beefsteak, lamb, veal, rabbit and wild boar. Classic pairing with truffles!

This wine is a nod to the old tradition that made Trebbiano a compulsory component of any Chianti blend. Almost entirely Sangiovese with just a touch of Trebbiano, Alberese is such a delicious, simple and easy drinking wine that it could go with just about anything.

We particularly love opening a bottle of Alberese when cooking pizza or when having an aperitivo before dinner: a beautiful choice with cured meats, cheeses and olives. Any rich pasta dish made with bacon and tons of pecorino would also be a delicious option!

A native of Volnay with winemaking in his blood, he built his reputation early on through a natural affability that helped him establish a broad and lasting network within the wine trade. After studying viticulture in Beaune and gaining experience both locally and abroad, he founded Maison Roche de Bellene in 1997 - a négociant house dedicated to small-lot bottlings with a strong focus on sourcing old-vine parcels. He later expanded the range with Collection Bellenum, which specializes in the acquisition and release of carefully cellared, well-aged vintages from growers with a tradition of long-term ageing. An early advocate of organic farming and a consistent champion of terroir expression, Potel was widely respected for his vision and integrity; he tragically passed away in the summer of 2025, leaving behind a significant legacy in Burgundy and beyond.

Crafted from vines that boast an average age of 48 years, this Bourgogne offers a pure expression of Chardonnay, characterized by its freshness and lifted aromas. Ripe citrus, apple, and subtle toasted notes interplay on the palate and are supported by mid-weight, creamy texture. Founded in 2005, Domaine de Bellene focuses on crafting wines from old vines with a commitment to sustainable, organic farming. Winemaker and proprietor Nicolas Potel's approach emphasizes producing wines that authentically reflect their origins and vintages, while preserving the land and culture for future generations. Under his leadership, Domaine de Bellene has earned respect among Burgundy enthusiasts, offering wines from both renowned and lesser-known appellations.

Drawn from one of the estate's oldest vines in Pommard, referred to as the 'House of God', showcases ripe, deep aromas of raspberries and licorice, touched with hints of spice and tilled earth. On the palate, it reveals a refined texture and substantial weight, with concentrated fruit flavours beautifully balanced by savoury notes of charred wood, leading to a slightly rustic finish.

Mineral & Rich

In 2010, Joana and António founded Maçanita Vinhos after an invitation from a local Douro family who had read about these playful and ambitious sibling winemakers. Both siblings contribute to Maçanita Vinhos, but the challenging Douro Valley has been Joana’s passion project since the start, and Joana and her children even moved to the Porto area to be closer to the winery and vineyards. Setting down roots in the region has allowed her to focus her famous energy into expanding the rising star that is her Douro career.

Maçanita’s Douro Branco exemplifies the confluence of richness and elegant minerality that is the hallmark of Douro whites. The indigenous Viosinho provides the backbone to this mineral driven wine, showcasing the slate soil and high altitude plantings that fuel this project. Fermented and aged all in stainless steel, Antonio and Joana very capably maintain the freshness and acidity in this wine, yielding a wine of purity and balance.

Bright yellow-gold. On the nose, fresh floral aromas commingle with ripe yellow and green orchard fruit and a touch of slate. On the palate, bright and juicy, with mouth filling concentration and refreshing acidity. A core of green and gold apple, pear and white pepper are wrapped with pleasant floral and mineral flavours on the long finish. Maçanita Douro Branco is a beautiful pair for roasted or grilled poultry, as well as richer seafood dishes.

Keint-He Winery & Vineyards is a boutique winery located in Prince Edward County. The winery has a strong focus on varietals that are typically grown in Burgundy, specifically Pinot Noir and Chardonnay; through which they truly express the best of the County with wonderful individual expressions. Keint-He’s approach to winemaking is as down-to-earth as it gets and their quality is second to none.

This classic county chardonnay has a beautiful baked lemon nose, with some flinty reduction characteristics. The lean palate offers notes of green apple, with its age adding layers of brown sugar. The finish is quite refreshing and offers an additional lemon note that makes it a wonderful pairing wine. The refreshing acidity pairs perfectly with lemon chicken, mixed green salad with vinaigrette and seafood linguini.

Mineral & Zesty

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

The 2024 vintage was beautiful, and moderate, with a slight coolness in late August and early
September that really slowed ripening. Yields were average, and as a result, wines are very
concentrated, powerful with full flavour development and great acidity. The nose of this wine
is full of pineapple, lime zest, lemon-curd, and peach blossom followed by meringue and crème fraiche. The palate has a refreshing reflection of the nose, adding peach, pear, honeysuckle and spice, but it also showcases a mineral and wet stone characteristic that leads to the long,
elegant finish. 

This wine will age well for the next 5-8 years. Enjoy with brie, sole meuniere, and lemon-roasted chicken.

Natural & Bold

Joan Ramón Escoda has been shaking the pillars of natural winemaking in his home-country and abroad since the 90's. He is an absolute anarchist, a radical winemaker, a rock'n'roller and a grass-roots innovator; and his wines are anything but banal. Natural wine enthusiasts, step right up. 

Nas del Gegant is a rustic blend of Cabernet Franc, Cariñena, Garnacha, and Merlot aged in amphora and utterly unique with wild herb, savory notes integrated with deep, dark earthy fruit. It somehow tastes ancient and fresh simultaneously. Full-bodied, fruity. A big wild wine with lots of fruit, character, and structure to hold up against the lush palate. This natural wine finishes slightly off-dry but remains balanced.

Château Haut Grelot, situated near the Gironde Estuary north of Bordeaux, has been dedicated to vineyard care and winemaking since 1920. 

This classic Bordeaux blend features 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, cultivated in the gravelly, sandy, and silty soils of Côtes de Bordeaux. Exhibiting a deep ruby hue, its bouquet reveals vibrant red berry aromas complemented by vanilla and spice. On the palate, the wine is smooth, fruit-forward, and well-structured, making it an excellent companion to game or red meat dishes.

The Barbera d'Alba stands as Punset's flagship wine, exemplifying the esteemed traditional style that defines the Piedmont region. This Barbera is characterized by its authenticity and a desirable touch of rusticity. 

The fermentation process occurs in small batches to prevent elevated temperatures and the emergence of overly jammy aromas. A crucial aspect of the winemaking process is achieving a harmonious balance between alcohol content and acidity, with freshness being the paramount objective.

The resulting ruby red wine presents delightful aromas of fresh red berries that are both intense and harmonious. On the palate, the fruity notes shine through, characterized by an energetic acidity and a dry, clean finish. Its appeal lies in its authentic character and distinctiveness, made even more evident by the complete absence of oak aging.

Thanks to its high acidity, Barbera pairs wonderfully with rich, fatty foods.

Volcanic & Spicy

A breakout star in the Etna DOC of Sicily, Tornatore has become one of the region's largest and most respected wineries. Established back in 1865, the estate continues to be run by the same family who have acted as the faithful custodians of the land for generations. Tending to high altitude vineyards on the north side of the active volcano, the conditions are ideal for indigenous grape varieties to thrive. Etna Rosso “Contrada Pietrarizzo” is a pure expression of Nerello Mascalese, produced in the esteemed Tenuta Tornatore cru, historically renowned for the exceptional quality of its grapes. Delicate and remarkably balanced on the nose, with evident notes of small red fruits and florals, seamlessly integrated with mineral character and evolution. On the palate, it boasts impressive structure while delivering surprising drinkability and elegance before ending with a resounding finish. 

Pair this with rich meats or any kind of pasta with tomato based-sauces. If you want to keep it traditional then try alongside eggplant caponata!

Mineral & Zesty

Château de La Chaize is among the oldest, most historic estates in Burgundy’s Beaujolais region. Cared for by the same family for nearly three and a half centuries, the estate has been passed on to new owners, the Gruy family, who are equally committed to managing the estate with the utmost care, while implementing an ambitious environmental plan.

Pouilly-Fuissé lies in southern Burgundy’s Maconnais region and is produced only from Chardonnay grapes. Vineyards are planted on hillsides containing limestone-rich clay soils with a granitic subsoil. The appellation was established in 1936 and covers roughly 800 ha at altitudes around 200 - 300m a.s.l. Wines tend to be full-bodied, ripe and elegant.

For this wine, the grapes were hand harvested from a selection of different vineyard sites within Pouilly-Fuissé from ~50-year-old vines. Traditional fermentation takes place at a low temperature (62.6° F), and malolactic fermentation is blocked.
50% of the wine is aged in stainless steel, 50% in foudres.

Notes of citrus, iodine and flowers on the nose, while on the palate the wine is balances bright acidity and minerality with an ample body and yellow fruits and spice flavours.

Named in honour of Nicolas Potel’s great uncle, Jean Ferté—who led the syndicate that purchased Domaine de la Pousse d’Or in 1964, a property historically linked to Domaine de la Romanée-Conti prior to the French Revolution—this cuvée brings together fruit from two estate parcels.

The nose offers fresh aromas of red berry jam and allspice, with subtle, background hints of ruby port. On the palate, vibrant, medium-weight flavours are generous and juicy, supported by fine-grained, gently drying tannins. The finish is fruit-forward and approachable, making this a wine that is drinking well now.

For him, the Invivo range is all about taking some of the elegance from the old world and putting that style into amazing grapes, all the while offering wines that are fun and a bit unique.

Packed with fragrant aromas of rockmelon, guava and zesty citrus peel with a generous drive of lime-infused acidity through the sweetly fruited palate. The Monts de Boncourt vineyard, planted with Chardonnay in 1999 on a 21.4-are clay-marl terroir, produces rich and complex wines. The soil is mechanically maintained to control weeds and prevent erosion. A nearby stone quarry creates a unique micro-climate by radiating stored heat during the night after hot, sunny days. Ripe and fresh aromas of pear, apple, and a hint of wet stone lead to rich, full-bodied flavours with good persistence. A distinctive saline character shines through, highlighting the unique terroir above Nuits and Vosne, making this a standout value worth noting.

Opening with tangy aromas of lemon yoghurt and sliced peaches with hints of mineral reduction layered between. Linear and medium weight on the palate with a soft, custardy texture and lightly pithy acids to balance, building to a salt kissed finish. 

Nutty & Waxy

Lighthall Vineyards is a small, proud, low volume and high quality winery located in enchanting Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. All their wines are produced in a non-interventionist manner and fuelled by passion as hearty as our vines. They also make cheese, designed to pair with their wines.

This wine is unmistakably County Pinot Gris. The aromas of pear and cantaloupe yogurt are delicate, rich, and inviting. The use of an Alsatian yeast strain and our method of partially fermenting in old French oak barrels give a smooth and rich mouthfeel, while the waxy finish of unctuous confit apple with a hint of nutmeg keep you coming back for more.

Choucroute garnie, foie gras, pork dishes, veal parmiggiano, chicken with cream sauces, and a traditional turkey dinner are all wonderful. Pizza bianca with a cream base, taleggio and pear is delightful, while meatier fish like halibut, cod, trout, or arctic char are ideal for the fish lovers. Chèvre and brie make great cheese options.

The Loire Valley has always had a special importance for Joan Ramón, as it has been key in his journey and evolution as a winemaker. As a consequence, he is madly in love with Chenin. His love for this white grape led him to plant some vines in Conca del Barberá, which resulted in a great success thanks to the cold and humid weather of the hills in Prenafeta. The high altitude makes possible the unbelievable: a rustic, juicy and mellow skin-contact wine with hints of caramel, citrus and earthy notes.

Vibrant & Crunchy

“The Farm” is a 10-acre vineyard in Niagara’s Twenty Mile Bench, planted to Pinot Noir. The property is rooted in traditions of gathering family & friends, and where Peter and Dora Neudorf call home.

THE FARM, Poolhouse Rosé, is made from Gamay grown in Lincoln Lakeshore where the soils are rich in clay and high in minerals. We macerated the grapes on skins for 12 hours before gently pressing into a stainless tank where we started with a slow cold wild ferment, which harnessed the vibrant, dark fruit characters and bright acidity. Fermented dry and bottled shortly after.

The wine is dry & refreshing with notes of cherry & raspberry, and a lingering bright acidity.

This plot of Pinot Noir, planted in 1985 on clay soil, has been organically farmed since 2006. It displays an intense colour and a bright, aromatic profile, offering fresh scents of cherries and raspberry compote, complemented by floral accents and delicate spice. The wine's structure is both elegant and balanced, featuring fine tannins and lively acids that create a fresh, harmonious mouthfeel. Winemaker and proprietor Nicolas Potel's approach emphasizes producing wines that authentically reflect their origins and vintages, while preserving the land and culture for future generations. Planted in 1927 near Clos Vougeot and bordering Les Echezeaux, this 31-acre plot thrives on east-southeast facing clay-limestone soil and is currently undergoing conversion to organic farming. Offering rousing aromas of black cherry liqueur, steeped tea and sandalwood on the nose. The wine's sleek tannins and refined acidity add sophistication to the lush fruit flavours, culminating in a serious, chewy finish.
