The Moreau family has been settled in the heart of Chablis since 1884. Louis Moreau, the sixth generation, studied oenology and viticulture in California and took over from his father when he returned to France in 1994. Nowadays, the domaine's vineyards extend all over the four levels of the appellation: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.

This Premier Cru site generates very fruity wines with notes of crunchy orchard fruits such as apple and pears with plenty of citrus influence. The palate is lush and complex with layered fruit aromas underscored by chalky, saline-tinged tones. There is a charming vivacity that is characteristic of the stony soil of 1er Cru Vaillons, which makes its way into each bottling.

Fresh & Vibrant

Oenops was founded in 2015 by talented winemaker Nikos Karatzas, who produces a stunning range of distinctive wines from his newly established state-of-the-art winery. He sources indigenous and rare grape varieties grown on exceptional terroir focusing on cool-climate sites and old-vine plots, from carefully selected vineyards in Drama and Macedonia, which have been cultivated by ambitious winegrowers using an organic philosophy. 

Niko adopts a minimal intervention approach and vinifies plot by plot using stainless steel, concrete, oak barrels, and amphora. His aim is to source great fruit and craft wines that reflect the nuances of the native varieties and the identity of the terroir and as a result, he produces a collection of authentic, elegant, and delicious wines. 

After chilling the grapes at 5oC, they are carefully sorted and pressed, with a small percentage of whole cluster, in a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and amphorae, vinifying each vineyard plot separately. After 2-4 months of aging on the fine lees, the wine is ready for bottling.

In the glass, Apla White is lively lemon green. It has great aromatic intensity and freshness, which comes from the aromas of citrus fruits and stone fruits. Lemon, lime, apple, apricot, and white-fleshed peach are intense, while a soft herbal character underlies, enhanced by the aroma of white flowers and citrus blossoms. In the mouth, it has similar aromas and a strong fruity character. It is of moderate intensity, with an equally fruity and balanced aftertaste.

Perfect with sea food and salads, sushi and Asian cuisine in general. A pleasure for all moments.

Located in Traiguén in Chile’s southern Araucanía region, some 600 km south of Santiago, Baettig’s Viñedos Los Suizos site sits in a cool-climate zone shaped by volcanic soils, native forests, and abundant rainfall. With mild summers, cool, wet winters, and limited sunlight, conditions here allow Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to ripen slowly and evenly. The vineyards are rooted in ancient volcanic soils rich in clay, loam, and deep stony layers, which promote balanced vine growth, excellent drainage, and a distinctive mineral character in the wines.

A Pinot Noir sourced from a combination of parcels, “Los Parientes” (meaning “the relatives”) refers to the close relationship between the different vineyard components that come together in the final blend.

Displaying inviting floral scents of wildflowers and rose hips with tinges of tobacco and fragrant dried herbs, the savoury notes are layered nicely against soft fruit tones of  blueberries and sour cherries. Round and juicy on the palate, the fruitiness is tempered by bright acidity and earthy nuances. Fine-grained tannins add density and pleasing texture that accompanies the fruit into the finish.

A breakout star in the Etna DOC of Sicily, Tornatore has become one of the region's largest and most respected wineries. Established back in 1865, the estate continues to be run by the same family who have acted as the faithful custodians of the land for generations. Tending to high altitude vineyards on the north side of the active volcano, the conditions are ideal for indigenous grape varieties to thrive. The wines are distinctive bottlings which encapsulate the essence of Mount Etna and effortlessly reveal the unique characteristics that make the region one to watch.

Made from the indigenous Nerello Mascalese grape, this sparkling wine pours a soft pink hue, expressing a vibrant, bright character with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is fragrant and well-composed, revealing delicate notes of bread crust, pink grapefruit, chalky minerals, and hawthorn blossom. On the palate it is dry, rounded, and savoury, with lively bubbles that add freshness and energy, leading to a crisp finish of crunchy fruit and remarkable drinkability.

Château Plaisance, an 18th-century country manor once owned by the renowned Bordeaux restaurateur Dubern, is set on a steep, sun-drenched hill in the heart of Bordeaux. Its 23-hectare vineyard, planted with 80% Merlot on clay soils and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon on sandy gravel, benefits from exceptional sunshine and warm temperatures, ensuring full grape ripening. Under the stewardship of Philippe Magrez, a fourth-generation winegrower, modern winemaking techniques are seamlessly combined with the finest Bordeaux traditions. The estate’s carefully crafted wines capture the character of the terroir, reflecting a deep respect for heritage and a passion for excellence in every bottle.

Fresh & Juicy

Fabio Motta, originally from Lombardia, began his adventure as a winemaker in Bolgheri in 2010 when he was thirty years old. However, he first came to the area 10 years earlier when he ventured into the vineyards to take part in the grape harvest as a student of agronomy.
It was love at first sight in more ways than one; he fell in love with the territory and met his future wife, Benedetta Satta, daughter of Michele Satta, a vintner who has been part of Bolgheri’s history and progress over the years.

This Bolgheri blend of 50% Merlot, 25% Sangiovese, and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 12 months in cement. Fabio Motta describes it as the wine that launched his winemaking journey, expressing everything he loves about Bolgheri: clear, juicy fruit, harmony, and effortless drinkability. Merlot brings softness and volume, Cabernet Sauvignon adds structure, while the Sangiovese contributes freshness and complexity. Lighter and fresher than expected for the region, it shows silky tannins and aromas of cooked cherry, blackberry jam, mint, and rosemary.

Pair with typical Italian fare - Le Pievi shines next to pizza, light meats and pasta. 

Toasty & Citrusy

Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara. The Chardonnay in this wine comes from a beautiful old vines (35+ years old) block, while the Pinot Noir is from a younger block on the same property in Beamsville Bench.

If you can imagine dipping a freshly baked lemon/herb croissant into a cloud then you have some idea of how this wine tastes! The toasty/biscuity and lemon-curd aspect leaps immediately out of the glass, with a background of crème-fraiche and flowers. The palate is full and round, with a very fine mousse showing fresh-baked bread, lemon meringue, roasted almond and unicorn-dust. The terroir and old-vines really come through on the finish with an amazing mineral/flinty core and very present acidity.

Enjoy now, but this wine will age gracefully over the next 8+ years if you want it to. Drink with fresh Malpeque oysters, hazelnut crusted halibut, and soft white cheeses.

The density, body, structure and balance of this wine is unparalleled. The nose shows beautiful sugar beet, bing cherry, rose petals and mushroom with a background of tarragon and basil and hints of peppery intensity. The palate follows the nose while adding mulberry, tobacco, and fresh-turned-earth and fallen leaves. A medium-full bodied wine with lots of fresh, young fruit and balanced acidity and tannin make this a wine that will age gracefully for at least 10 years.

The name Los Primos (the cousins) refers to the closeness of style and quality of the vineyard parcels that make up this Pinot. Sourced exclusively from a selection of the El
Primo, Chuir, and La Cuñada parcels, the blend results in elegant yet tightly structured wines with long aging potential.

The nose is ripe and complex, declaring aromas of fresh bing cherries, rosehip and wild strawberries up front. Softer floral aromas of violet and lavender unfurl underneath the fruits giving way to notes of dried orange peel and damp forest floor. The palate it is tense, with extremely fine tannins and juicy acidity supporting bright notes of pomegranate, graphite-minerality and chalk. The tight finish and great structure make this one for the cellar.

Cantina Bolzano, South Tyrol's largest cooperative winery, represents a union of over 224 growers from 350 hectares of Bolzano's finest vineyards. Formed in 2001 by merging the historical Gries Winery (1908) and St. Magdalena Winery (1930), Cantina Bolzano combines traditional expertise with a youthful, visionary approach. Grapes are sourced across a variety of distinctive vineyard locations, ranging from 240 to 800 meters above sea level, utilizing both alluvial valley floors and sandy hillside soils. Their rigorous selection process and green cultivation methods yield high-quality grapes, resulting in a wide range of wines across their Classic, Election, and Riserva lines.

Pinot Grigio is one of Italy’s most prominent and notable white wines. In the subalpine climate of Alto Adige, the grapes develop slowly, achieving a perfect balance of ripe fruit while retaining the elevated acidity that defines this style.

Welcome to the world of Invivo X, an exciting wine collaboration between Sarah Jessica Parker and the innovative New Zealand beverage company Invivo. The 2024 vintage marks the sixth blend created by SJP and Invivo co-founders Tim and Rob, celebrated at the iconic Citi Field stadium. Crafted to reflect the flavour profile SJP enjoys herself and loves to share with friends, you too are invited to discover and fall in love with it from the very first sip! 

Lifted aromas of ripe tropical fruit mingle with notes of citrus peel and hints of exotic guava. Subtle oak frames the fruit, lending softness and early approachability on the palate. The wine quickly fills the mouth, where balanced acidity emerges through layers of supple, savoury and gently sweet fruit. The finish is long, smooth, and satisfying.

Mineral & Vibrant

Juan Jesús, who is a 4th generation winemaker, founded Viñátigo in 1990 and has worked tirelessly since then identifying, recuperating the native grapes of the Canary Islands. Today, his son Jorge is slowly taking over the viticulture and winemaking of Viñátigo, and is focusing on crafting wines from exceptional micro-vineyards in the north-face of Tenerife. Before settling down in his home-island, Jorge worked alongside great international winemakers in Chile, Argentina and Burgundy.

The Lomo de la Era vineyard is situated in the Paraje de la Cruz Santa, located on the west side of La Orotava valley. The vines are trained in the traditional cordon trenzado system, and can extend up to five meters long. At an altitude of 500 meters above sea level, the site benefits from the direct influence of the trade winds that arrive from the North Atlantic.

Five hundred thousand years ago, the collapse of the Cañadas Edifice caused a gravitational landslide that created La Orotava valley. The west side of the valley is well known for producing great white wines, due to presence of stonier soils than those in the central and eastern parts of the valley.

Pre-fermentative oxidation. Not controlled-temperature fermentation. Fermented and aged for nine months in amphora. No racking. 

Lomo de la Era is very dry and textured with dusty salinity, vibrant fruits, with a honeyed character, and a little aromatic blast of its volcanic origins.

Creamy & Zesty

The vintage allowed Chardonnay to ripen very slowly and evenly, gaining full flavour while keeping the balance of fresh crisp acidity. Immediately on the nose there is a wave of pineapple, lemon-curd, lime- leaf, and apricot pith, followed immediately by sea salt and wet-stone minerality. The palate brings beautiful richness but still balance with white peach, spice, and lemon-meringue mingling with crème fraiche, flint and roasted almond. The finish is silky smooth and exceptionally long but is eventually overtaken by wet-stone and crisp acidity. A truly beautiful example of Niagara Chardonnay!

Pair this wine with meaty fish like halibut or cod. Shellfish including lobster, shrimp, crab and scallops work stunningly with this Chardonnay.

This, Lighthall's first edition of concrete aged Chardonnay, paints the clearest image yet of county terroir. Clear and authentic, the nose is brimming with honeyed apple, lemon yogurt, salted oyster shell, and beeswax. The flavours continue in the palate, but the star of the show is the opulent, luscious, yet elegant mouthfeel that lingers with finesse.

A brilliant seafood wine, this is a knockout with oysters, halibut, butter-poached cod,
lobster, crab, and scallops. Lemon chicken, rabbit, and quail are good meat options, while grilled asparagus, hummus, creamy orzo, and tofu souvlaki make delightful vegetarian picks. Rich, creamy, and mild cheeses are well balanced by the bright acidity and round texture.

As typically found in County Chardonnay, this wine starts with aromas of flinty
minerality, Asian pear, and salted caramel. A round palate is filled with flavours of golden delicious apple, baking spices, and a hint of lemon. Put together, it’s like an apple crumble before it’s been baked! The smooth texture and long finish leave you satiating for more.

Our Phillipston Road (Manchego-style) cheese is literally made for this wine. Rich, salty, and nutty, it makes a perfect match. Coquilles St. Jaques, Oysters Rockefeller, halibut, spaghetti cacio e pepe, zucchini ravioli with grated lemon zest, butter poached cod, and chicken with a cream sauce are all wonderful pairings.

Cool-climate Merlot at its best. This wine is loaded with all things blue and moody: damson plums, violet, fig, blue-acai, and chocolate-covered blueberry. Rich oak tones of vanilla, chocolate, and marshmallow balance out the fruit intensity and leave a long yet distinguished finish.

Fatty, high protein foods are recommended to bind with the high tannin and balance the acidity. Roasted leg of lamb with Saskatoon berry compote, coffee-rubbed steak, seared duck breast, creole jambalaya, pork loin with roasted plums, and blue cheeses all go

Spicy & Tropical

“Orange” wine (skin-fermented white) is an ancient technique for making wine and we continue to explore its potential. Harvested on September 30, 2022, the grapes were destemmed, into concrete tanks where it went through a spontaneous fermentation. It remained in concrete and aged on skins for 25 days, then it was gently pressed into clay amphora (35%) and stainless steel (65%) for aging. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphite additions.

This Clockwork opens with vibrant aromas of elderflower honey, mandarin oranges, lemon curd, sweet Thai basil, and lemongrass. On the palate, it mirrors these notes while adding layers of honey, cream, and lemon, all carried by a rich, oily texture. A bright acidity, fine tannins, and a beautiful texture shape a dynamic finish that evolves as the wine warms. It pairs exceptionally well with briny or grilled seafood, such as oysters.

Keint-he Winery & Vineyards is a boutique winery located in Prince Edward County. The winery has a strong focus on varietals that are typically grown in Burgundy, specifically Pinot Noir and Chardonnay; through which they truly express the best of the County with wonderful individual expressions. Keint-He’s approach to winemaking is as down-to-earth as it gets and their quality is second to none.

A strong ruby colour in the center of the glass. This shifts to brick on the edges. Vibrant throughout. The nose shows intense sour cherry, raspberry crumble and subtle notes of cedar forest. Soft tannin, cherry, black currant and hints of mushroom, work in concert with one another on the plate.

The high natural acidity and subtle tannins in this specific Prince Edward County Pinot Noir allow it to effortlessly cut through creamy or savoury textures without overpowering delicate flavours.

This Cava has a lovely, fruity nose with ripe yellow pear, a hint of vanilla and soft biscotti notes. It is light to mid weight, slightly creamy yet firm and dry on the finish.

Cava is fantastic with fresh salads, crudités, raw oysters and summer dishes like Spanish Gazpacho. It's creaminess makes it a perfect pairing for roast chicken and all kinds of fish.

This blend is light and fresh. On the nose, it's all about hints of mint, lemon and fresh cucumber, while on the palate it's zesty, with notes of green apple and citrus fruit.

It's delicious when paired with summer meals: fresh salads dressed with dried fruits such as cranberries and walnuts, grilled fish with potatoes and zesty ceviches.

The aroma is very complex and grows in the glass, combining primary notes of stone fruit with orange peel, grapefruit and ginger. A very versatile and gastronomic wine which combines lightness and the variety's mouthwatering freshness on the palate with the textural depth from the skins. The finish is remarkably long and satisfyingly dry, underscored by a firm but fine tannic grip.

Consider pairing it with shellfish, lean fish, and vegetarian options like a nut roast. Its crisp and refreshing character also makes it a good match for grilled chicken or roasted fish.

Touriga Nacional em Rosé is an exuberant, fruity-yet-nervy rosé, crafted from the “Queen of Portuguese grapes,” Touriga Nacional. Joana has secured access to some of the highest elevation Touriga in Douro, offering the brightest acidity and tension while still expressing Touriga’s floral and mineral personality. Joana loves to say that this rosé is what “Touriga Naçional tastes like on the vine, with no makeup. 

On the nose, fresh crushed strawberries, bing cherries and cherry blossom aromas leap from the glass. On the palate, juicy and fresh, with beautiful texture and balance. Sour and Bing cherry, fresh and macerated strawberries, and a touch of white pepper spice all in abundance.

The Kloof Street range is all about freshness, balance and great drinkability. This wine has notes of sun ripened pears and wet granite. The palate has a vibrant acidity balanced by a soft, round texture and some pithy character. The wine has a fresh, mineral finish.

We recommend to pair this zesty wine with ceviche-style dishes. Pasta al pesto is another terrific pairing option!

The Rouge is a delicious blend sourced from six sustainably farmed vineyard parcels across Swartland, with vines ranging from 7-48 years old. Bursting with juicy dark berry flavours on the nose and palate, this Swartland gem is beautifully balanced, with a hint of cozy holiday spice on the finish. Each grape in the blend brings something special: Cinsault adds a lovely perfume, Tinta Barocca brings a touch of tannin, Grenache amps up the fruitiness, and Syrah ties it all together seamlessly.

The Old Testament vineyard is located in the heart of the Coonawarra. The resulting wine produced suggests ripe mulberry and blueberry aromatics with gentle notes of  shaved pencil and menthol on the nose. Soft red berry fruits begin to unfold on the palate, finishing with a spiced-liqueur like quality, carried by velvety tannins and perfectly judged acidity.

Hardy's constructed the Stonehaven Winery in 1998 with the purpose of showcasing the distinct qualities of the Limestone Coast region in Southern Australia. Following Hardy's acquisition by Constellation and subsequent brand expansion, the winery fell into dormancy after being sold. In early 2021, C.W. Wines acquired both the Stonehaven winery and brand, subsequently reintroducing the Stonehaven label to the market. Founded in 2008 by Kiwi friends Tim Lightbourne and Rob Cameron, Invivo has grown into one of New Zealand's leading wine producers. In 2011, a spontaneous phone call led to a unique partnership with TV host Graham Norton, who not only lends his name to a range of wines but personally blends them and owns shares in the winery. Over the past decade, the collaboration has expanded to include seven wines and four spirits, selling over 18 million bottles globally. Invivo launched its partnership with Graham Norton in 2014 with a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, inspired by his love of the style.
