It begins with a sparkle of salted lemon and an aroma reminiscent of the beautiful land on which it is grown - County limestone shale. The velvety shortbread and macadamia nut flavours on the palate are derived from its Traditional Method style, aging 2 years on lees in this very bottle. Santé!
