Christine Autrand-Aubert took over this 80 hectare estate from her parents in 2002. Originally it was a mixed farm also growing olives and lavender but from the 1990s it specialised in viticulture with Syrah becoming the main grape. She is now joined by her son Aurélien, who helps manage the estate, winemaking and export.
A blend of 70% Grenache with 30% Syrah, this is a supple, generously structured wine brimming with ripe dark cherry and blackberry and accented by floral notes and peppery, savoury spices. Drink it through 2027.
Pair this delicious and great value wine with roast chicken or pork.
