The Vinum range is all about bringing together great quality and fantastic value without compromising on craftsmanship. Made with the same vineyard sites, viticultural practices, and winemaking techniques as Radford Dale’s premium Terroir range, the focus here is all about pure drinking enjoyment.

Ripe aromas of white peach, winter melon, and a hint of Cape Jasmine greet the nose with inviting freshness in the glass. The palate is elegantly balanced with a medium body, leading to a crisp, refreshing finish that lingers beautifully.

Thanks to Chenin Blanc’s bright acidity and defined fruit flavours, it pairs beautifully with dishes that balance sweet and sour elements—think Southeast Asian cuisine or pork chops with caramelized apples. It’s also a great match for grilled or barbecued shrimp!

Citrusy & Floral

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

The intense aromatics of this wine leap from the glass, lifted by beautiful, creamy bubbles. Explosive aromas of fresh mandarin orange, Meyer lemon, fresh ginger, and notions of nutmeg and honeysuckle immediately engage the olfactory senses. The palate echoes the nose, but also brings in mango, lychee and rose-petal with the light citrus and floral components wiping through the background. A rich mouthfeel is brought on with this warmer vintage as well as the lees in bottle. Serve well chilled. Pour immediately.

Rich & Elegant

Located along the edge of the Haut Medoc and at the very beginning of the Margaux appellation, Château Laronde-Desormes shows exceptional character beyond its simple “Bordeaux Supérieur” appellation. Harvested at extremely low yields, the resulting wine is full of finesse and elegance, with well-balanced bright fruit and a long, satisfying finish.  A concentrated blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot, it tastes more like one of its more costly Margaux neighbors than a humble Bordeaux rouge.

The wood-aged wine's fruit is developing along with ripe tannins. It has a touch of spice and black-currant flavors. It is an attractive wine, ready from 2025.
The Laronde Desormes is especially deep in color, hauntingly aromatic, and packed with blackberry and cassis fruit as well as plenty of ample ripe tannins.

Fine red Bordeaux like the Château Laronde Desormes is a versatile wine that pairs beautifully with poultry, red meats, rich sauces, and game—think duck, pheasant, quail—or dishes like Sautéed Veal Medallions, Filet Mignon with shiitake mushrooms, or Chicken Fricassee. It also complements soft cow’s-milk cheeses (Gouda, Morbier, Muenster, Port Salut) and shines when served alongside simple, fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Sister’s Run is serious fun and serious wine. The talented, young winemaker Elena Brooks (of Dandelion Vineyards and Heirloom Vineyards fame) wears steel cap work boots every day of course, but carries a pair of high heels in back of the ute for emergencies - like last minute invitations to accept trophies at gala wine show dinners and the like!

Calvary Hill produces real depth and sports classic Barossa aromas of flavours of salted dark chocolate coated with sweet spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate reveals liqueured chocolate and a savoury side with the fruit perfectly balanced by keen acidity, providing overarching structure. Indeed, this is an organized wine, with architectural qualities.

Pair with local cheeses that are more firm and robust to match the headiness of this wine.

The Winery of Good Hope is more than just a winery - it's an approach. Along with making lively and approachable wines, this is a project that's fully accredited for environmental, ethical, and social upliftment practices. Wines are made in the prestigious wine-making region of Stellenbosch, in South Africa’s Cape of Good Hope. 

This Pinotage captures the best of the variety’s heritage—vibrant cherry fruit reminiscent of Pinot, and a subtle spiciness hinting at Cinsault—while leaving behind the traits that can make it challenging. The wine offers a refreshing, juicy palate with a clean, lingering finish. Aromas of cranberry compote, ground coffee, and savoury notes emerge from the glass, leading to a lithe texture, supple tannins, and a touch of spice on the finish. Incredibly moreish and effortlessly approachable.

Floral & Mineral

The Puiggros family has been producing wines from their own vineyards in Odena since 1843 for friends and family, however their wines have only been available commercially since 2008. The family came to realize that their traditional techniques and special terroir were something worth sharing with the rest of the world.

Signes del Priorat is Puiggros' first experience in the Priorat. A very limited edition of 600 bottles, made exclusively with Carinyena grapes planted on the steep slopes of the Porrera area. The slate soil on the slopes is known as llicorella ("licorice," due to its dark color) and is the main feature of the soil's terroir and the success of its native grapes.

The region's infertile soil imparts a characteristic minerality to the wine. On the nose, the wine has aromas of lavender and eucalyptus, that mingle with hints of candied fruit, rosemary, caramel and liquorice. Many of the vines harvested for this wine are old and produce low yields, which contributes to the wine's intensity on the palate.

Pair this wine with grilled meats or vegetables, something that will stand up to the tannins in the wine is key here. Avoid chili heat, as alcohol content enhances these flavours.

Spicy & Peppery

RR81 stands for 'Regional Road 81' - the road The Farm sits on, and a main artery through wine country. The RR81 approach to winemaking is simply fermented grapes with nothing added. One-off wines sourced from some of the best single vineyards in Niagara. These wines are made in the barn at The Farm with minimal intervention (just a few bins and an old basket press). The result equals some of the best, and most unique, wines coming out of Niagara.

Naturally fermented, unfined and unfiltered. The grapes were handpicked on October 4th, and fermented with a mix of whole berry and whole bunch. It was then pressed and transferred into neutral French oak barrels and aged on primary lees. Only 6 barrels made.

Spice is the name of the game with this wine; the party gets going with a generous pinch of white pepper on the nose. The palate kicks off with savoury notes of fresh dill and the perfect July heirloom tomato you spend the rest of the year longing for, followed by dark, crunchy, just-ripe blackberries.
