Keint-He Winery & Vineyards is a boutique winery located in Prince Edward County. The winery has a strong focus on varietals that are typically grown in Burgundy, specifically Pinot Noir and Chardonnay; through which they truly express the best of the County with wonderful individual expressions. This wine is a white varietal crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, with zero skin contact to preserve its crisp characteristics. Displaying a pale peach hue, the bouquet presents aromas of baking spice, maraschino cherry, and nectarine. The palate showcases a lean and light mouthfeel, with a prominent expression of baking spice and uplifting minerality. Fermented in neutral oak barrels for five months, this wine underwent full malolactic fermentation, resulting in a refined and balanced finish.
