The Out of the Dark Blaufränkisch from Heinrich is an unconventional, biodynamic red shaped by a lighter flavour profile than expected from Blaufränkisch. It shows juicy red fruit layered with warm spice and mineral notes, supported by refined tannins and crisp acidity.
