White | Vidiano, Malagousia, Assyrtiko
Apla White is lively lemon green. It has great aromatic intensity and freshness, which comes from the aromas of citrus fruits and stone fruits. Lemon, lime, apple, apricot, and white-fleshed peach are intense, while a soft herbal character underlies, enhanced by the aroma of white flowers and citrus blossoms. In the mouth, it has similar aromas and a strong fruity character. It is of moderate intensity, with an equally fruity and balanced aftertaste.
Perfect with sea food and salads, sushi and Asian cuisine in general. A pleasure for all moments.

A complex and refreshing rosé from 3 of the most interesting Greek red varieties sporting light salmon color. Elegant notes of tangerine, orange, strawberries and white cherries dominate the nose followed by a fine hint of tomato, one of the unique aromas of Xinomavro. Full bodied and layered yet crispy, with aromas of strawberries and raspberries with a long, refreshing finish. A great rosé to enjoy it on its own or with several types of cuisine.
Serve as a great match for pasta, pizza, fish, salads and fruits. It is a wine of character, the perfect companion for aperitifs with friends and cheese platters to share.

The “Dots family” consists of single-varietal wines from indigenous varieties; it is named this way after its illusional label of dots where one can find the name of the variety the wine is made from exceptional terroirs, minimal intervention viticulture, and wine making with a unique goal: to express clearly and honestly each variety’s character.
Cherries and floral notes on the nose enveloped by spices and some mineral notes. On the palate, it is very fruity (cherries and strawberries), with fresh acidity and a very elegant and long finish.

White | Vidiano
Complex nose of citrus with hints of white flowers and herbs on a mineral shade. It is creamy and layered in the mouth with flavors of stone fruits, lime and spices. It’s lively acidity provides freshness to the wine and a persistent after taste.
Great match for fish, oysters, Asian cuisine, pasta, and a wide selection of cheeses.
