With vines planted at 300 meters and a distinctive cool-climate environment shaped by extreme temperature shifts, Lismore crafts rich, complex, and meticulously handcrafted wines that embody a true sense of place. As the pioneer of the "Greyton" Wine of Origin designation, Lismore is celebrated for its exceptional terroir and the unique story told in every bottle.
Barrel fermentation and extended lees contact contribute to this full bodied, elegant and well balanced wine. Floral notes of passion flower and fynbos, granadilla, guava, gooseberry and green fig on the palate along with an underlying minerality which gives this unique terroir driven wine its signature.
