The Moreau family has been settled in the heart of Chablis since 1884. Louis Moreau, the sixth generation, studied oenology and viticulture in California and took over from his father when he returned to France in 1994. Nowadays, the domaine's vineyards extend all over the four levels of the appellation: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.

This Premier Cru site generates very fruity wines with notes of crunchy orchard fruits such as apple and pears with plenty of citrus influence. The palate is lush and complex with layered fruit aromas underscored by chalky, saline-tinged tones. There is a charming vivacity that is characteristic of the stony soil of 1er Cru Vaillons, which makes its way into each bottling.

Fresh & Vibrant

Oenops was founded in 2015 by talented winemaker Nikos Karatzas, who produces a stunning range of distinctive wines from his newly established state-of-the-art winery. He sources indigenous and rare grape varieties grown on exceptional terroir focusing on cool-climate sites and old-vine plots, from carefully selected vineyards in Drama and Macedonia, which have been cultivated by ambitious winegrowers using an organic philosophy. 

Niko adopts a minimal intervention approach and vinifies plot by plot using stainless steel, concrete, oak barrels, and amphora. His aim is to source great fruit and craft wines that reflect the nuances of the native varieties and the identity of the terroir and as a result, he produces a collection of authentic, elegant, and delicious wines. 

After chilling the grapes at 5oC, they are carefully sorted and pressed, with a small percentage of whole cluster, in a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and amphorae, vinifying each vineyard plot separately. After 2-4 months of aging on the fine lees, the wine is ready for bottling.

In the glass, Apla White is lively lemon green. It has great aromatic intensity and freshness, which comes from the aromas of citrus fruits and stone fruits. Lemon, lime, apple, apricot, and white-fleshed peach are intense, while a soft herbal character underlies, enhanced by the aroma of white flowers and citrus blossoms. In the mouth, it has similar aromas and a strong fruity character. It is of moderate intensity, with an equally fruity and balanced aftertaste.

Perfect with sea food and salads, sushi and Asian cuisine in general. A pleasure for all moments.

Located between Grand Cru Valmur and Grand Cru Preuses, Vaudésir produces homogeneous wines that can be perceived austere but also fine and floral when young, and will develop a nice, robust and round structure when aging.

Fragrant aromas of orange zest, honeysuckle, peaches and lilac preface Moreau's Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir, a full-bodied, satiny and elegantly enveloping wine with an expansive attack, lively purity and a bright, precise and delicately chalky finish. It's a lovely wine that will offer considerable short term and long term appeal.

Located in Traiguén in Chile’s southern Araucanía region, some 600 km south of Santiago, Baettig’s Viñedos Los Suizos site sits in a cool-climate zone shaped by volcanic soils, native forests, and abundant rainfall. With mild summers, cool, wet winters, and limited sunlight, conditions here allow Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to ripen slowly and evenly. The vineyards are rooted in ancient volcanic soils rich in clay, loam, and deep stony layers, which promote balanced vine growth, excellent drainage, and a distinctive mineral character in the wines.

The name Los Primos (the cousins) refers to the closeness of style and quality of the vineyard parcels that make up this Chardonnay. Sourced from a selection of both the Triángulo and Llaima parcels, the blend results in focused, stoney-edged wines with great tension. 

Highly refined and expertly balanced, showing aromas of citrus fruits, orange blossoms, honeysuckle and jasmine with light splashes of walnuts tossed in sweet spices. It has great energy and precision, but above all it stands out for its mineral texture and depth. Expect to find green apple and crunchy peach lasting long into the saline-tinged finish.

Cantina Bolzano, South Tyrol's largest cooperative winery, represents a union of over 224 growers from 350 hectares of Bolzano's finest vineyards. Formed in 2001 by merging the historical Gries Winery (1908) and St. Magdalena Winery (1930), Cantina Bolzano combines traditional expertise with a youthful, visionary approach. Grapes are sourced across a variety of distinctive vineyard locations, ranging from 240 to 800 meters above sea level, utilizing both alluvial valley floors and sandy hillside soils. Their rigorous selection process and green cultivation methods yield high-quality grapes, resulting in a wide range of wines across their Classic, Election, and Riserva lines.

Pinot Grigio is one of Italy’s most prominent and notable white wines. In the subalpine climate of Alto Adige, the grapes develop slowly, achieving a perfect balance of ripe fruit while retaining the elevated acidity that defines this style.

Crisp, clean, and highly approachable, this wine opens with lively notes of citrus and orchard fruit, underscored by delicate hints of honey and toasted nuts. Fresh and palate-cleansing, it remains beautifully balanced by a full-flavoured palate with a mellow texture and generous depth.

Crafted to reflect the flavour profile SJP enjoys herself and loves to share with friends, you too are invited to discover and fall in love with it from the very first sip! 

Lifted aromas of ripe tropical fruit mingle with notes of citrus peel and hints of exotic guava. Subtle oak frames the fruit, lending softness and early approachability on the palate. The wine quickly fills the mouth, where balanced acidity emerges through layers of supple, savoury and gently sweet fruit. The finish is long, smooth, and satisfying.

Three cheers for the everyday wine! Entertaining, broken down to the essentials and seriously uncomplicated. An everyday wine functions in much the same fashion. While the Naked White initially comes along on tiptoe in the nose, it perches on the palate putting the whole foot into play... Its primary protagonists, Chardonnay & Pinot Blanc, lend it a creamy texture, while the supporting characters happily eliminate any resistance to drinking and throws some lemon zest into the glass. Unadulterated, straightforward & precise.

The Heinrich Naked White is a versatile wine that pairs well with light and fresh dishes like grilled vegetables, seafood, and goat cheese. It also complements a variety of other foods, including chicken, Asian cuisine, and vegetarian dishes such as roasted cauliflower or pumpkin and sage ravioli. 

Mineral & Vibrant

Juan Jesús, who is a 4th generation winemaker, founded Viñátigo in 1990 and has worked tirelessly since then identifying, recuperating the native grapes of the Canary Islands. Today, his son Jorge is slowly taking over the viticulture and winemaking of Viñátigo, and is focusing on crafting wines from exceptional micro-vineyards in the north-face of Tenerife. Before settling down in his home-island, Jorge worked alongside great international winemakers in Chile, Argentina and Burgundy.

The Lomo de la Era vineyard is situated in the Paraje de la Cruz Santa, located on the west side of La Orotava valley. The vines are trained in the traditional cordon trenzado system, and can extend up to five meters long. At an altitude of 500 meters above sea level, the site benefits from the direct influence of the trade winds that arrive from the North Atlantic.

Five hundred thousand years ago, the collapse of the Cañadas Edifice caused a gravitational landslide that created La Orotava valley. The west side of the valley is well known for producing great white wines, due to presence of stonier soils than those in the central and eastern parts of the valley.

Pre-fermentative oxidation. Not controlled-temperature fermentation. Fermented and aged for nine months in amphora. No racking. 

Lomo de la Era is very dry and textured with dusty salinity, vibrant fruits, with a honeyed character, and a little aromatic blast of its volcanic origins.

Creamy & Zesty

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

The vintage allowed Chardonnay to ripen very slowly and evenly, gaining full flavour while keeping the balance of fresh crisp acidity. Immediately on the nose there is a wave of pineapple, lemon-curd, lime- leaf, and apricot pith, followed immediately by sea salt and wet-stone minerality. The palate brings beautiful richness but still balance with white peach, spice, and lemon-meringue mingling with crème fraiche, flint and roasted almond. The finish is silky smooth and exceptionally long but is eventually overtaken by wet-stone and crisp acidity. A truly beautiful example of Niagara Chardonnay!

Pair this wine with meaty fish like halibut or cod. Shellfish including lobster, shrimp, crab and scallops work stunningly with this Chardonnay.

This, Lighthall's first edition of concrete aged Chardonnay, paints the clearest image yet of county terroir. Clear and authentic, the nose is brimming with honeyed apple, lemon yogurt, salted oyster shell, and beeswax. The flavours continue in the palate, but the star of the show is the opulent, luscious, yet elegant mouthfeel that lingers with finesse.

A brilliant seafood wine, this is a knockout with oysters, halibut, butter-poached cod,
lobster, crab, and scallops. Lemon chicken, rabbit, and quail are good meat options, while grilled asparagus, hummus, creamy orzo, and tofu souvlaki make delightful vegetarian picks. Rich, creamy, and mild cheeses are well balanced by the bright acidity and round texture.

As typically found in County Chardonnay, this wine starts with aromas of flinty
minerality, Asian pear, and salted caramel. A round palate is filled with flavours of golden delicious apple, baking spices, and a hint of lemon. Put together, it’s like an apple crumble before it’s been baked! The smooth texture and long finish leave you satiating for more.

Our Phillipston Road (Manchego-style) cheese is literally made for this wine. Rich, salty, and nutty, it makes a perfect match. Coquilles St. Jaques, Oysters Rockefeller, halibut, spaghetti cacio e pepe, zucchini ravioli with grated lemon zest, butter poached cod, and chicken with a cream sauce are all wonderful pairings.

This Cava has a lovely, fruity nose with ripe yellow pear, a hint of vanilla and soft biscotti notes. It is light to mid weight, slightly creamy yet firm and dry on the finish.

Cava is fantastic with fresh salads, crudités, raw oysters and summer dishes like Spanish Gazpacho. It's creaminess makes it a perfect pairing for roast chicken and all kinds of fish.

The aroma is very complex and grows in the glass, combining primary notes of stone fruit with orange peel, grapefruit and ginger. A very versatile and gastronomic wine which combines lightness and the variety's mouthwatering freshness on the palate with the textural depth from the skins. The finish is remarkably long and satisfyingly dry, underscored by a firm but fine tannic grip.

Consider pairing it with shellfish, lean fish, and vegetarian options like a nut roast. Its crisp and refreshing character also makes it a good match for grilled chicken or roasted fish.

Joana has secured access to some of the highest elevation Touriga in Douro, offering the brightest acidity and tension while still expressing Touriga’s floral and mineral personality. Joana loves to say that this rosé is what “Touriga Naçional tastes like on the vine, with no makeup. 

On the nose, fresh crushed strawberries, bing cherries and cherry blossom aromas leap from the glass. On the palate, juicy and fresh, with beautiful texture and balance. Sour and Bing cherry, fresh and macerated strawberries, and a touch of white pepper spice all in abundance.

The Kloof Street range is all about freshness, balance and great drinkability. This wine has notes of sun ripened pears and wet granite. The palate has a vibrant acidity balanced by a soft, round texture and some pithy character. The wine has a fresh, mineral finish.

We recommend to pair this zesty wine with ceviche-style dishes. Pasta al pesto is another terrific pairing option!

Zesty & Mineral

This Riesling shows why we get so excited about Riesling from Lincoln Lakeshore! The nose explodes with beautiful apricot-pith, peach-cobbler, lime-leaf, cardamom, and honey aromas. Those flavours continue on the palate while adding lemon-rind, honeycomb, elderflower and the distinctive stony minerality. This is a classically mid-weight Riesling but has lovely full texture, coming both from the vineyards and the lees aging. As the wine sweeps across the palate towards the finish, the balance of sweet and salty is sublime, with a bright green leafiness and flinty/minerally sensation appearing in waves, leading to an amazing, crunchy finish. The wine will age well for the next decade.

The best pairings for this Riesling include poached salmon, roasted chicken, ham, and veal or pork scallopini.

Hardy's constructed the Stonehaven Winery in 1998 with the purpose of showcasing the distinct qualities of the Limestone Coast region in Southern Australia. Following Hardy's acquisition by Constellation and subsequent brand expansion, the winery fell into dormancy after being sold. In early 2021, C.W. Wines acquired both the Stonehaven winery and brand, subsequently reintroducing the Stonehaven label to the market. Cheerfully juicy. This amber-coloured potion spreads its aromas around in a manner that’s equally expressive and unobtrusive… This wine can indeed call itself ‘orange’, though far more delicate and tender than the buzzword ‘orange’ might suggest.

The Heinrich Naked Orange is an approachable wine that pairs well with Salmon tartare with pickled raspberries, couscous salad with feta and cranberry, toasted sourdough bread with avocado.

Built in the 15th century, the Château de la Grange "Barbastre" belonged to the Basbastre family, Lord of the Grange, until the end of the 16th century. The property passed to the de Goulaine family in 1777. Thanks to the estate's closeness to the Lac de Grand Lieu and the influence of the Atlantic Ocean, it enjoys a micro-climate which is unique to the Côtes de Grandlieu area and offers good growing conditions for Melon B., the Muscadet grape

Planted on slopes facing southeast, this Muscadet Côtes de Grand Lieu sur Lie is produced from the old vines of the estate (more than 40 years old). The nose is elegant with hints of white flowers, lemon zest, ginger and salty minerality. Left on the lees (sur lie) for an extended period of time to develop a beautiful creamy texture balanced out by bracing acidity.

Nestled at the foot of the hillside in Aloxe-Corton, Château Corton Frey stands as one of Burgundy’s most iconic landmarks. Built in the late 19th century atop 15th-century cellars, this historic estate is the region’s most photographed site after the Hospices de Beaune. Legend holds that Emperor Charlemagne once owned vineyards here in the 8th century, planting Chardonnay to preserve the whiteness of his beard.

The estate’s seven hectares span thirteen prestigious appellations, forming part of Burgundy’s intricate mosaic of climats, where the expression of terroir has been honed over centuries. Under the ownership of Caroline Frey, a highly regarded oenologist and winegrower, Château Corton Frey brings together Burgundian tradition with a sustainable, precision-driven philosophy. With intentionally limited production, each wine is crafted to reflect the purity and character of its origin.

Sourced from a vineyard currently in conversion to organic farming and cultivated according to biodynamic principles, this Grand Cru reveals a pale gold hue with green highlights in the glass. Nestled at the foot of the hillside in Aloxe-Corton, Château Corton Frey stands as one of Burgundy’s most iconic landmarks. Built in the late 19th century atop 15th-century cellars, this historic estate is the region’s most photographed site after the Hospices de Beaune. Legend holds that Emperor Charlemagne once owned vineyards here in the 8th century, planting Chardonnay to preserve the whiteness of his beard.

The estate’s seven hectares span thirteen prestigious appellations, forming part of Burgundy’s intricate mosaic of climats, where the expression of terroir has been honed over centuries. Under the ownership of Caroline Frey, a highly regarded oenologist and winegrower, Château Corton Frey brings together Burgundian tradition with a sustainable, precision-driven philosophy. With intentionally limited production, each wine is crafted to reflect the purity and character of its origin.

The excellent vineyard lands of Meursault were first cultivated by Cistercian monks as early as 1098, gaining their renowned definition from calcareous marls, with ancient Callovian limestone and Argovian marlstone shaping and dividing the terrain.

Bright golden in colour, the nose is refined, offering sweet aromas of white blossoms and candied citrus peel alongside delicately toasted nuts. The palate carries good weight, balanced by taut acidity typical of Narvaux. Gentle honeyed notes peek through crisp orchard fruit, while chalky mineral tension brings textural depth. It is this mineral backbone that supports the wine’s richness through to a long, lasting finish.

In 2011, a spontaneous phone call led to a unique partnership with TV host Graham Norton, who not only lends his name to a range of wines but personally blends them and owns shares in the winery. Over the past decade, the collaboration has expanded to include seven wines and four spirits, selling over 18 million bottles globally. With more than 250 awards, it's no surprise that Invivo has become such a worldwide success.

Invivo launched its partnership with Graham Norton in 2014 with a this very Sauvignon Blanc, inspired by his love of the style. The collaboration has since expanded into an award-winning range of wines and spirits enjoyed across ten countries. As an Invivo shareholder, Graham remains actively involved, personally tasting and blending each new vintage with the team.

Leading with freshly cut honeydew melon and bright lemon zest, opening generously in the glass. The palate follows with layered citrus and stone-fruit flavours, accented by a subtle hint of freshly cut bell pepper. Tangy and refreshing all the way to the last sip!

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

Full and round with a core of acidity, this Chardonnay shows what can be done with this variety in Niagara. The nose highlights lemon curd and mandarin orange that is rounded by hazelnut and soft baking spices. The palate follows the direction of the nose with the lemon curd morphing into lemon meringue pie, and a strong wet stone/mineral base. This wine will age well over the next 8+ years. Drink with roasted turkey, hazelnut crusted halibut, and soft white cheeses. Cheers!

Creamy & Zesty

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

A warm spring and warm summer lead to an uneven and wet fall, however good viticulture and good terroir still allowed these grapes to develop complex aromatics and structure without losing acidity or freshness. The blocks of two different Chardonnay clones: clone 76 and clone 96, were hand picked on October 17th. The clones were kept separate throughout pressing and oak aging. The fruit was whole cluster pressed and allowed to settle for a couple of days before being put into barrel for spontaneous fermentation. Once fermentations were completed, the wine remained in French oak barriques on lees for 15 months. This wine was skillfully blended with the perfect percentage of each clone to truly showcase this vintage, (63% clone 76 and 37% clone 96). We bottled this wine in June of 2023.

Lighthall Vineyards is a small, proud, low volume and high quality winery located in enchanting Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. All their wines are produced in a non-interventionist manner and fuelled by passion as hearty as our vines. They also make cheese, designed to pair with their wines.

One of Lighthall's most aromatic wines, this off-dry Riesling is bursting with kiwi, starfruit, nectarine, and a lovely bouquet of white flowers. The classic Jolly-Rancher and crisp green apple punch follows through on the palate with vivacious acidity. Pairs
excellently with spicy south-Asian cuisine, curries, and tacos.

With the little touch of residual sugar in the wine, it makes a great match for foods
with a bit of heat. Spicy curries, Guaitiao (Thai noodle soup), Shrimp with noodles,
or Chicken Masala with mango chutney for example. Leaner white fish like bass,
pickerel, red snapper served with a fresh salad of greens with citrus segments makes a
great summertime match. Creamy fresh cheeses like Brie, Camembert, or Crottin all
are great, while classic Germanic foods like weisswurst, pretzels, and spaetzle also
work well.
