Mature & Rich

Ca del Monte is situated on the hillsides overlooking the village of Negrar, in the heart of Valpolicella. Ca’ Del Monte’s Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico’s is a dark angel of sorts.

Expect stewed fruit, over-ripened plums, clove and baking spice, there is also pronounced vanilla and toasted notes. The palate is concentrated, with notes of prune, raisin, chocolate, rich fruit and warm spices. To sum up, full bodied, lifting acidity, smooth tannins and a rich finish.

Like the wine, big and strong foods pair best. Try it with stufato (meat and vegetable stew) or a beef tenderloin with a truffle butter sauce. Or keep it simple with seasoned cheeses.

The Puiggros family has been producing wines from their own vineyards in Odena since 1843 for friends and family, however their wines have only been available commercially since 2008. They work exclusively with Garnatxas on limestone and clay soils at 500 meters above sea level, with a breath-taking view to the beautiful mountains of Montserrat in the outskirts of the village of Odena. The family has shown that their traditional techniques and special terroir are something worth sharing with the rest of the world.

White | Garnacha Blanca

On the nose, the wine is extremely aromatic: lemon zest, fleshy peaches, pineapple; and hints of sweet flowers such as jasmine, Mediterranean herbs and a delicate note of beeswax. On the palate, it has a nice mouthfeel and ample freshness. 

This wine is perfect to pair with seafood and to have on its own as an aperitif.

Red | Garnacha

A portion of the wine ferments and ages in amphora, while the other part does the fermentation in large concrete tanks. This Catalan red is fresh and delightful, with aromas of red berries, delicate hints of spices and a note of sub-bois. On the palate is juicy and light, with smooth tannins and a great acidity.

Perfect to pair with stews and braises of all kinds.

Rich & Spicy

The origin of Château Lamartine goes back to 1883, when Lise and Benjamin’s great grand father acquired a piece of land and started to farm grapes and sell wine in barrels. The winery holds the 'Haute Valeur Environnementale' certificate in sustainability, and are right now in their third year of organic conversion.

The Cahors AOP is right in between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean sea. We could say that it’s the heart of the South West. Due to its geographic situation, the appellation has a particular microclimate, which is perfect for Malbec.

This is a rich wine with powerful tannins. It has ripe dark blue and black fruit notes with a touch of vanilla.  While the tannins are full the wine has a great acid backbone to maintain the structure.

This is a top value, structured and succulent red that is ready to sip alongside some salty, fatty protein.

Fruity & Bright

Château Haut Grelot, situated near the Gironde Estuary north of Bordeaux, has been dedicated to vineyard care and winemaking since 1920. 

This classic Bordeaux blend features 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, cultivated in the gravelly, sandy, and silty soils of Côtes de Bordeaux. Exhibiting a deep ruby hue, its bouquet reveals vibrant red berry aromas complemented by vanilla and spice. On the palate, the wine is smooth, fruit-forward, and well-structured, making it an excellent companion to game or red meat dishes.

Juicy & Fresh

While the vineyards that form Punset have been farmed by the Marcarino family for generations, it is truly thanks to Marina and her incredible energy that the estate is how it is nowadays. Her passion for the soil and the environment led her to embrace biodynamics and the agronomic philosophy of Manasobu Fukuoka. From one of the healthiest vineyards in Italy, Marina crafts wines that brim with life, energy, and pure terroir. 

The Barbera d'Alba stands as Punset's flagship wine, exemplifying the esteemed traditional style that defines the Piedmont region. This Barbera is characterized by its authenticity and a desirable touch of rusticity. 

The fermentation process occurs in small batches to prevent elevated temperatures and the emergence of overly jammy aromas. A crucial aspect of the winemaking process is achieving a harmonious balance between alcohol content and acidity, with freshness being the paramount objective.

The resulting ruby red wine presents delightful aromas of fresh red berries that are both intense and harmonious. On the palate, the fruity notes shine through, characterized by an energetic acidity and a dry, clean finish. Its appeal lies in its authentic character and distinctiveness, made even more evident by the complete absence of oak aging.

Thanks to its high acidity, Barbera pairs wonderfully with rich, fatty foods.

Citrusy & Floral

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

The intense aromatics of this wine leap from the glass, lifted by beautiful, creamy bubbles. Explosive aromas of fresh mandarin orange, Meyer lemon, fresh ginger, and notions of nutmeg and honeysuckle immediately engage the olfactory senses. The palate echoes the nose, but also brings in mango, lychee and rose-petal with the light citrus and floral components wiping through the background. A rich mouthfeel is brought on with this warmer vintage as well as the lees in bottle. Serve well chilled. Pour immediately.

Floral & Mineral

The Puiggros family has been producing wines from their own vineyards in Odena since 1843 for friends and family, however their wines have only been available commercially since 2008. The family came to realize that their traditional techniques and special terroir were something worth sharing with the rest of the world.

Signes del Priorat is Puiggros' first experience in the Priorat. A very limited edition of 600 bottles, made exclusively with Carinyena grapes planted on the steep slopes of the Porrera area. The slate soil on the slopes is known as llicorella ("licorice," due to its dark color) and is the main feature of the soil's terroir and the success of its native grapes.

The region's infertile soil imparts a characteristic minerality to the wine. On the nose, the wine has aromas of lavender and eucalyptus, that mingle with hints of candied fruit, rosemary, caramel and liquorice. Many of the vines harvested for this wine are old and produce low yields, which contributes to the wine's intensity on the palate.

Pair this wine with grilled meats or vegetables, something that will stand up to the tannins in the wine is key here. Avoid chili heat, as alcohol content enhances these flavours.

Fresh & Crisp

Nestled on the rolling hills of Abruzzo near Vasto, the Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo from the Jasci family, who have cultivated vineyards for three generations, is a vibrant, organic-certified rosé that showcases the region's rich winemaking tradition.

This wine bursts with fruity notes of cherry and strawberry, complemented by subtle hints of grapefruit, apricot, and nectarine. It offers a fresh, lively profile with good body, balanced acidity, and a delightful aftertaste of bitter almond.

Perfectly suited to pair with light salads, seafood, and white meats, this Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo embodies elegance and delicacy, reflecting the sun-kissed terroir of the Abruzzo hills.

The Moreau family has been settled in the heart of Chablis since 1884. Louis Moreau, the sixth generation, studied oenology and viticulture in California and took over from his father when he returned to France in 1994. Nowadays, the domaine's vineyards extend all over the four levels of the appellation: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.

This Premier Cru site generates very fruity wines with notes of crunchy orchard fruits such as apple and pears with plenty of citrus influence. The palate is lush and complex with layered fruit aromas underscored by chalky, saline-tinged tones. There is a charming vivacity that is characteristic of the stony soil of 1er Cru Vaillons, which makes its way into each bottling.

Château de La Chaize is among the oldest, most historic estates in Burgundy’s Beaujolais region. Cared for by the same family for nearly three and a half centuries, the estate has been passed on to new owners, the Gruy family, who are equally committed to managing the estate with the utmost care, while implementing an ambitious environmental plan.

An emblematic terroir of Brouilly, this cadastral lieu-dit is located in the northern extension of the lieu-dit La Chaize. Facing southeast with steep slopes, it has a granite soil typical of the region and offers ideal ripening conditions for Gamay Noir.

Dark ruby with violet highlights, this wine opens with juicy notes of Burlat and Morello cherries, stone fruit, and a hint of ground pepper, layered over subtle graphite minerality and a gentle patina from aging. Powdery tannins support a lush mid-palate, where fruit and minerality merge seamlessly, leading to a long, elegant finish that balances richness with refinement.

Cantina Bolzano, South Tyrol's largest cooperative winery, represents a union of over 224 growers from 350 hectares of Bolzano's finest vineyards. Formed in 2001 by merging the historical Gries Winery (1908) and St. Magdalena Winery (1930), Cantina Bolzano combines traditional expertise with a youthful, visionary approach. Grapes are sourced across a variety of distinctive vineyard locations, ranging from 240 to 800 meters above sea level, utilizing both alluvial valley floors and sandy hillside soils. Their rigorous selection process and green cultivation methods yield high-quality grapes, resulting in a wide range of wines across their Classic, Election, and Riserva lines.

Pinot Grigio is one of Italy’s most prominent and notable white wines. In the subalpine climate of Alto Adige, the grapes develop slowly, achieving a perfect balance of ripe fruit while retaining the elevated acidity that defines this style.

Crisp, clean, and highly approachable, this wine opens with lively notes of citrus and orchard fruit, underscored by delicate hints of honey and toasted nuts. Fresh and palate-cleansing, it remains beautifully balanced by a full-flavoured palate with a mellow texture and generous depth.

Mineral & Vibrant

Juan Jesús, who is a 4th generation winemaker, founded Viñátigo in 1990 and has worked tirelessly since then identifying, recuperating the native grapes of the Canary Islands. Today, his son Jorge is slowly taking over the viticulture and winemaking of Viñátigo, and is focusing on crafting wines from exceptional micro-vineyards in the north-face of Tenerife. Before settling down in his home-island, Jorge worked alongside great international winemakers in Chile, Argentina and Burgundy.

The Lomo de la Era vineyard is situated in the Paraje de la Cruz Santa, located on the west side of La Orotava valley. The vines are trained in the traditional cordon trenzado system, and can extend up to five meters long. At an altitude of 500 meters above sea level, the site benefits from the direct influence of the trade winds that arrive from the North Atlantic.

Five hundred thousand years ago, the collapse of the Cañadas Edifice caused a gravitational landslide that created La Orotava valley. The west side of the valley is well known for producing great white wines, due to presence of stonier soils than those in the central and eastern parts of the valley.

Pre-fermentative oxidation. Not controlled-temperature fermentation. Fermented and aged for nine months in amphora. No racking. 

Lomo de la Era is very dry and textured with dusty salinity, vibrant fruits, with a honeyed character, and a little aromatic blast of its volcanic origins.

This Cava has a lovely, fruity nose with ripe yellow pear, a hint of vanilla and soft biscotti notes. It is light to mid weight, slightly creamy yet firm and dry on the finish.

Cava is fantastic with fresh salads, crudités, raw oysters and summer dishes like Spanish Gazpacho. It's creaminess makes it a perfect pairing for roast chicken and all kinds of fish.

The aroma is very complex and grows in the glass, combining primary notes of stone fruit with orange peel, grapefruit and ginger. A very versatile and gastronomic wine which combines lightness and the variety's mouthwatering freshness on the palate with the textural depth from the skins. The finish is remarkably long and satisfyingly dry, underscored by a firm but fine tannic grip.

Consider pairing it with shellfish, lean fish, and vegetarian options like a nut roast. Its crisp and refreshing character also makes it a good match for grilled chicken or roasted fish.

Touriga Nacional em Rosé is an exuberant, fruity-yet-nervy rosé, crafted from the “Queen of Portuguese grapes,” Touriga Nacional. Joana has secured access to some of the highest elevation Touriga in Douro, offering the brightest acidity and tension while still expressing Touriga’s floral and mineral personality. Joana loves to say that this rosé is what “Touriga Naçional tastes like on the vine, with no makeup. 

On the nose, fresh crushed strawberries, bing cherries and cherry blossom aromas leap from the glass. On the palate, juicy and fresh, with beautiful texture and balance. Sour and Bing cherry, fresh and macerated strawberries, and a touch of white pepper spice all in abundance.

Zesty & Mineral

This Riesling shows why we get so excited about Riesling from Lincoln Lakeshore! The nose explodes with beautiful apricot-pith, peach-cobbler, lime-leaf, cardamom, and honey aromas. Those flavours continue on the palate while adding lemon-rind, honeycomb, elderflower and the distinctive stony minerality. This is a classically mid-weight Riesling but has lovely full texture, coming both from the vineyards and the lees aging. As the wine sweeps across the palate towards the finish, the balance of sweet and salty is sublime, with a bright green leafiness and flinty/minerally sensation appearing in waves, leading to an amazing, crunchy finish. The wine will age well for the next decade.

The best pairings for this Riesling include poached salmon, roasted chicken, ham, and veal or pork scallopini.

Named after the Piedmontese dialect term Punset, meaning “beautiful hill” or “point,” this historic estate in Neive was once noted by the Counts of Castelborgo for rising above the region’s autumn mists. Family-owned for generations, the winery officially began bottling commercially in 1964 under Renzo Marcarino, before Marina Marcarino led its transformative shift to certified organic farming in the early 1980s. Today, guided by biodynamic principles and a deep respect for natural balance, the estate is known for its minimally interventionist approach, grass-covered vineyards, and thriving biodiversity that work in harmony with the surrounding ecosystem.

Produced from a 1-hectare parcel in the San Cristoforo cru, Punset’s Campo Quadro Riserva sits alongside the estate’s Basarin Riserva, though the two are vinified in distinct styles.

In the glass, it shows an elegant, structured profile with an intense colour and a complex aromatic range that unfolds from ripe fruit to more delicate floral tones, layered with spice, chocolate and subtle buttery notes. The Schild Family have been grape growers in the Barossa Valley since 1952. Growing the estate from one vineyard to over 134ha across 11 precious sites, their generational wisdom and knowledge of the land allows for premium fruit to flourish each vintage. Their Estate Wine label was created as a small side project and quickly grew in reputation and is now loved worldwide.

Sourced from the single-vineyard Liebich site, perched high in the hills behind the township of Rowland Flat, this wine captures both the richness and vitality of its elevated origin. The nose is reminiscent of creamy, freshly scraped vanilla pod and a mélange of dark berry compote draw. On the palate, flavours of satsuma plum and blackberry are layered with classic notes of coffee bean and subtle pepper spice. The Cortonesi family has been a cornerstone of the Montalcino region for decades. Established in the 1970s, their estate spans 138 acres in one of the area's most storied regions, with 19 acres dedicated to producing world-class Brunello. The family began commercially selling their wine in 1985, and today, third-generation winemaker Tommaso Cortonesi continues the tradition. Tommaso combines his long-standing family traditions with modern technologies to craft some of the finest expressions of Tuscan Sangiovese. 

Deep ruby in colour, the nose is complex and expressive, revealing layers of red fruit intertwined with gentle spice. The palate is warm and juicy, unfolding with flavours of blackcurrant and blackberry alongside floral, mineral, and subtle underbrush notes. There is a sense of power and structure, with a velvety, medium-to full-bodied texture balanced by freshness. The finish is long and characterful, marked by ripe fruit, mineral and gently vegetal accents, with hints of campfire ash and leather. Firm, dense tannins provide grip and will benefit from further integration with time in the cellar.

In 1985, Mario and Nancy Adamo transformed a 28‑room inn north of Toronto into Hockley Valley Resort, embracing a location that truly felt like home. Inspired by the vine‑covered hills of his hometown in Calabria, Italy, Mario envisioned the slopes of Hockley Valley as a place where grapes could thrive. In 2000, the first test vines on a newly purchased 77‑acre property were planted, and by 2015, Adamo Estate Winery was born. Today, this boutique, small‑batch winery boasts over 28,000 vines, farmed with organic and biodynamic principles. Led by winemaker Shauna White, the team crafts terroir‑driven wines that showcase both the character of Hockley Valley and select sites from Niagara’s most renowned vineyards.

This Bordeaux-inspired blend opens with a youthful, vibrant nose of ripe red and black berries, accented by floral notes, hints of liquorice, and a touch of toasted almond. On the palate, juicy redcurrant and ripe strawberry flavours are supported by silky tannins and balanced acidity, creating a smooth, refreshing profile. Lubanzi is a socially driven South African wine company founded in 2014, inspired by a backpacking journey along the country’s remote Wild Coast. The brand is named after a wandering dog that accompanied the founders for six days and nearly 100 miles of the trek—an experience that sparked the idea to share South Africa’s culture, landscapes, and wines with a global audience.

Working with respected winemaking partners including Trizanne Barnard and Bruce Jack, Lubanzi produces expressive wines that reflect the country’s diverse terroirs. The company also maintains a strong commitment to social impact, partnering with the Pebbles Project to support health and education initiatives for families living and working on South Africa’s wine farms.

In tribute to South Africa’s rich jazz heritage, the bottle features the artwork of the acclaimed album Indaba Is—a vibrant celebration of contemporary South African jazz released in 2021 by London indie label Brownswood Recordings. Curated by pianist and songwriter Thandi Ntuli and Siyabonga Mthembu, the project brings together 52 musicians in a powerful reflection of the diversity, energy, and spirit of South African jazz.

Founded in 1974 by Valentino Migliorini, a Michelin-starred restaurateur with a visionary approach to winemaking, Rocche dei Manzoni quickly became a pioneer in the Langhe. Valentino introduced groundbreaking innovations such as the first Nebbiolo-Barbera blend (Bricco Manzoni), the use of small oak barrels, and traditional method sparkling wines—well ahead of his time. Today, under the direction of his son Rodolfo, the estate continues its legacy of experimentation and precision, producing acclaimed Barolo, innovative blends, and sparkling wines that showcase both tradition and forward-thinking spirit.

Located in the Perno hamlet of Monforte d’Alba, the six-hectare “Chapel of St. Stephen” vineyard benefits from ideal southern exposures and complex soils of compact grey marl, sandstone, and reddish-yellow sands. This site produces wines of remarkable aromatic intensity and concentration.

Keint-He Winery & Vineyards is a boutique winery located in Prince Edward County. The winery has a strong focus on varietals that are typically grown in Burgundy, specifically Pinot Noir and Chardonnay; through which they truly express the best of the County with wonderful individual expressions. Keint-He’s approach to winemaking is as down-to-earth as it gets and their quality is second to none.

This Riesling presents a classical aroma profile, characterized by notes of minerality and ripened pear. Upon tasting, the wine exhibits an off-dry style, balanced by a subtle sweetness that avoids cloyingness. The palate unfolds with flavours of ripe pear and peach, accompanied by a sweet, slightly granular texture that adds depth and complexity to the overall experience.

Built in the 15th century, the Château de la Grange "Barbastre" belonged to the Basbastre family, Lord of the Grange, until the end of the 16th century. The property passed to the de Goulaine family in 1777. Thanks to the estate's closeness to the Lac de Grand Lieu and the influence of the Atlantic Ocean, it enjoys a micro-climate which is unique to the Côtes de Grandlieu area and offers good growing conditions for Melon B., the Muscadet grape

Planted on slopes facing southeast, this Muscadet Côtes de Grand Lieu sur Lie is produced from the old vines of the estate (more than 40 years old). The nose is elegant with hints of white flowers, lemon zest, ginger and salty minerality. Left on the lees (sur lie) for an extended period of time to develop a beautiful creamy texture balanced out by bracing acidity.
