Rooted in a winemaking tradition spanning four generations, Les Vignobles Aubert has grown into one of the Southern Rhône’s leading family-run wine groups, uniting six estates and châteaux across the region’s left bank. Founded in 1974 by Valentino Migliorini, a Michelin-starred restaurateur with a visionary approach to winemaking, Rocche dei Manzoni quickly became a pioneer in the Langhe. Sourced from several south-facing, estate-owned vineyards in Monforte d’Alba cultivated with Nebbiolo and Barbera. The calcareous-sandy soil yields wines with great structure and exceptional roundness.

Domaine de Pellehaut, located in the hills of Gascony, is known for sustainable winemaking practices and utilizing native yeasts, with wines often aged in stainless steel to maintain fresh fruit character. 

This wine presents aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry. It is light and delicate with soft tannins.

Located in the heart of Chile, the Maule region is one of the country’s most diverse and historic wine areas, with vineyards dating back to the 18th century. Set at 35° south, it enjoys a temperate Mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers and cool, wet winters that clearly define the growing season. The region’s soils, shaped by ancient coastal mountain geology, are predominantly granite-based with clay and iron influences, forming deep, well-structured profiles that support healthy vine development and expressive wines.

The name Los Padrinos (“The Godfathers”) reflects Vinos Baettig’s role as the new custodians of the historic El Coronel de Maule vineyard in D.O. Cauquenes, acquired in 2022. That same year marked the inaugural vintage of Selección de Parcelas Los Padrinos, crafted from selected Cabernet Sauvignon parcels, complemented by fruit from carefully chosen old-vine growers in the surrounding area.

A striking expression of old-vine Cab, seamlessly balancing structure, depth, and vibrant energy. The Schild Family have been grape growers in the Barossa Valley since 1952. Growing the estate from one vineyard to over 134ha across 11 precious sites, their generational wisdom and knowledge of the land allows for premium fruit to flourish each vintage. Their Estate Wine label was created as a small side project and quickly grew in reputation and is now loved worldwide.

Sourced from the single-vineyard Liebich site, perched high in the hills behind the township of Rowland Flat, this wine captures both the richness and vitality of its elevated origin. The nose is reminiscent of creamy, freshly scraped vanilla pod and a mélange of dark berry compote draw. On the palate, flavours of satsuma plum and blackberry are layered with classic notes of coffee bean and subtle pepper spice. The Cortonesi family has been a cornerstone of the Montalcino region for decades. Established in the 1970s, their estate spans 138 acres in one of the area's most storied regions, with 19 acres dedicated to producing world-class Brunello. The family began commercially selling their wine in 1985, and today, third-generation winemaker Tommaso Cortonesi continues the tradition. Tommaso combines his long-standing family traditions with modern technologies to craft some of the finest expressions of Tuscan Sangiovese. 

Deep ruby in colour, the nose is complex and expressive, revealing layers of red fruit intertwined with gentle spice. The palate is warm and juicy, unfolding with flavours of blackcurrant and blackberry alongside floral, mineral, and subtle underbrush notes. There is a sense of power and structure, with a velvety, medium-to full-bodied texture balanced by freshness. The finish is long and characterful, marked by ripe fruit, mineral and gently vegetal accents, with hints of campfire ash and leather. Firm, dense tannins provide grip and will benefit from further integration with time in the cellar.

McArthur Ridge is a Central Otago winery located in Alexandra, New Zealand, where vineyards are planted on ancient glacial moraine terraces known as Brassknocker soils. The estate is recognized for producing cool-climate Pinot Noir that reflects the rugged mountain environment, combining careful vineyard management with a winemaking philosophy focused on purity, balance, and regional expression. Their Brassknocker range represents the winery’s “village level” Pinot Noir, showcasing the distinctive terroir and freshness that have helped establish Central Otago as one of the world’s premier Pinot Noir regions.

The Brassknocker Central Otago Pinot Noir is richly aromatic and expressive, offering notes of ripe cherry, dark plum, red berries, floral tones, oak spice, and mocha. Crafted from separately harvested vineyard parcels, the wine undergoes cold soaking, wild and cultured yeast fermentation, extended skin contact, and partial ageing in seasoned French oak to build complexity while preserving freshness. On the palate it is supple and balanced, with fine tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, polished finish that makes it approachable now while also suitable for further cellaring.

Hardy's constructed the Stonehaven Winery in 1998 with the purpose of showcasing the distinct qualities of the Limestone Coast region in Southern Australia. Following Hardy's acquisition by Constellation and subsequent brand expansion, the winery fell into dormancy after being sold. In early 2021, C.W. Wines acquired both the Stonehaven winery and brand, subsequently reintroducing the Stonehaven label to the market. In 1984 Neil Ellis sourced grapes from vineyards not of his own and produced wine in rented cellar space. These grapes were sourced in the Stellenbosch district and meant a lot of nosing around the restrictive quota system prevalent at the time.

Built in the 15th century, the Château de la Grange "Barbastre" belonged to the Basbastre family, Lord of the Grange, until the end of the 16th century. The property passed to the de Goulaine family in 1777. Thanks to the estate's closeness to the Lac de Grand Lieu and the influence of the Atlantic Ocean, it enjoys a micro-climate which is unique to the Côtes de Grandlieu area and offers good growing conditions for Melon B., the Muscadet grape

Planted on slopes facing southeast, this Muscadet Côtes de Grand Lieu sur Lie is produced from the old vines of the estate (more than 40 years old). The nose is elegant with hints of white flowers, lemon zest, ginger and salty minerality. Left on the lees (sur lie) for an extended period of time to develop a beautiful creamy texture balanced out by bracing acidity.

Proudly family owned, the Borthwick vineyard is an established vineyard situated in Gladstone, the heart of the Wairarapa. Producing quality wine for over a decade, Paddy, an experienced wine maker, has gained a reputation for producing consistently great wines. First recorded in the 9th century as “in Montelio” in the Cartulary of Saint-Symphorien of Autun—meaning “on the small mountain”—the village’s history is deeply rooted in its landscape. The “Les Champs Fulliot” parcel, once home to quarries and open fields, takes its name from the Old French feuille (leaf) and bois foudre (thicket), evoking its natural origins.

Within the commune of Auxey-Duresses, the climat Le Val—meaning “valley” or “hollow”—denotes the narrow depression that extends from the Côte de Beaune into the Hautes Côtes.
