Pearce Predhomme is a collaboration between Nicholas Pearce and Will Predhomme focusing on terroir driven wines from old vine vineyards in Stellenbosch, SA & Willamette Valley, US.

This Chenin is made from old bush vines grown in decomposed granite/quartz on the Helderburg (Clear Mountain), in the southwestern-most corner of Stellenbosch.

Behold, Chenin Blanc! The most widely planted varietal in South Africa simply shines in this charming expression from Stellenbosch. Sourced from old vines and naturally fermented, expect elegant notes of white peach, lemon, and tangerine with an underlying layer of crisp yellow apple. Bright and fresh on the palate, but with good depth and concentration, this wine is ready to drink now but will also cellar nicely for the next 2-3 years.

This Chenin Blanc pairs perfectly with all kinds of fresh seafood; and also with tartare. Smoked salmon or trout would also be delicious next to a glass of this old vines Chenin. Its rich texture makes it suitable to be paired with goat cheese, roast chicken and butternut squash.

Fresh & Delicate

Mas Carlot is situated in the south of the Rhône Valley, extending across 76 hectares of pebbly land southeast of Nîmes.

This seductive rosé is a traditional blend of Grenache (60%), Syrah (30%) and Cinsault (10%). Beautifully pale in colour and soft in texture, this is probably the most fashionable vintage to date. Delicate aromas of raspberry, watermelon, citrus fruits & herbes de Provence flow from the glass. The flavours are fruity, dry and crisp with an elegant balance & structure. This is a serious rose at an accessible price.

Mas Carlot Rosé is the perfect rosé to pair with any summertime meal, including tapas and barbecue. It is also a great wine to enjoy with cheese boards or just on its own at any time!

Fruity & Juicy

The dream of four French partners in Argentina's Mendoza Province. The Malbec vines grow in the southwest of San Rafael, an oasis surrounded by large canyons and crossed by two rivers. This Malbec opens up with red fruits, black raspberry and tones of fresh leather. It's chewy and sumptuous on the palate, with firm tannins and a very well balanced acidity.

This is the perfect BBQ wine, but it is also capable of so much more! Rich meats, stews and braises are a great match, or try leaner meats with fruity and hearty sauces such as pork tenderloin with prunes and red wine jus. Another favourite, enjoy alongside a prime rib roast!

Floral & Fresh

Unlike many winemakers, Frédéric Brouca is largely self-taught and took no formal courses on viticulture or winemaking.  His concept of growing grapes and winemaking focuses on reducing human intervention in the processes, and making it as natural as possible.

A distinctive white wine from the Languedoc region, crafted by blending Vermentino, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc grapes grown on schist soils. This small-batch production ferments in a mix of concrete, stainless steel, and neutral oak barrels to create a wine with exceptional texture. Certified organic and produced without fining or filtering, this wine features minimal sulphur addition, resulting in a rich and unadulterated taste experience.

Mellow & Textured

Two real taste enthusiasts, winemaker Julien Bonneau and Chef Alexandre Lavigne were eager to share their own range of wines and created Cuvée Emma made from vineyards located on the hillsides of St Bonnet sur Gironde in the south of the Charente Maritime, a sub-region near the Ocean, on the outskirts of Bordeaux.

Emma embodies the purity of a natural wine, Alexandre Lavigne and Julien Bonneau attach a great importance on sustainable vine cultivation were the balance of the plant and grape maturity are essential. Winemaking is naturally done without the use of sulphites. Made from Sauvignon Blanc, this white wine has aromas of caramel, peaches and dried fruits on the nose. On the palate, there is great texture and length. 

Enjoy with firm cheeses or fish in a beurre blanc.

Rich & Tannic

Stéphane Aviron can be considered a pioneer in his approach to winemaking in Beaujolais, however he would just tell you that he’s simply returning to the traditional practices that have always made fantastic Gamay wines. Sustainable viticulture, extremely old vines and classic Burgundian techniques.

Fleurie is one of the top crus in Beaujolais producing wines of deep fruit and great structure. Stéphane Aviron’s Fleurie is sourced from a family owned hillside vineyard on the western side of the appellation, “La Mandone.” This famed vineyard features very steep slopes with granite soils that requires all work and harvesting to be done by hand. The vines here are very old, between 55 and 90 years in age. 

A true Burgundy in many ways. This Fleurie shows very similar characteristics to a fine Moulin à Vent with abundant ripe almost macerated fruit and rich, structured tannins. This is a truly age-worthy Beaujolais.
