“The Farm” is a 10-acre vineyard in Niagara’s Twenty Mile Bench, planted to Pinot Noir. The property is rooted in traditions of gathering family & friends, and where Peter and Dora Neudorf call home.

THE FARM, Poolhouse Rosé, is made from Gamay grown in Lincoln Lakeshore where the soils are rich in clay and high in minerals. We macerated the grapes on skins for 12 hours before gently pressing into a stainless tank where we started with a slow cold wild ferment, which harnessed the vibrant, dark fruit characters and bright acidity. Fermented dry and bottled shortly after.

The wine is dry & refreshing with notes of cherry & raspberry, and a lingering bright acidity.

Bianka and Daniel took over the Weingut Schmitt in 2012 as the fourth generation to lead the winery. They are based in Wonnegau in the south Rheinhessen, centered in Flörsheim-Dalsheim. All of the vineyards are in Flörsheim-Dalsheim and neighbor villages Monsheim and Kriegsheim. Bianka and Daniel have been working their 16 hectares biodynamically for over a decade and are one of only 80 producers in Germany to be Demeter certified.

3 bottles x 2024 Freiheit Riesling. The Freiheit Riesling is a real surprise. Amidst countless conventional winegrowers in the hilly region of Rheinhessen, Bianka and Daniel Schmitt have taken a different path. The grapes were picked and selected by hand, the must was brought into the barrel immediately after pressing and left there to fend for itself. It was bottled unsulfured and unfiltered.

The result is incredibly lively, almost funky, with striking fruit. When freshly opened, it smells exotic of passion fruit, pineapple, but also gooseberries and ripe yellow pears.

3 bottles x  Freiheit Rosé FIZZ 2024. The production process begins with the whole cluster pressing of carefully selected Portugieser and Dornfelder grapes, allowing the extraction of their rich flavors and aromas while maintaining the integrity of the fruit. Following this initial pressing, the juice undergoes a primary fermentation. After this first fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to aging vessels, where it matures for a period of six months. Subsequently, a second fermentation occurs in a pressure tank. This secondary fermentation lasts for three months, during which time the wine develops its signature bubbles.

The Fizz is convincing in every respect: fizzy fun paired with grapefruit and strawberry flavours. Fruity, crisp, always perfect!

 3 bottles x Nieder-Flörsheimer Spätburgunder 2023. This lively Pinot Noir from Flörsheim-Dalsheim offers an enchanting bouquet that opens up beautifully with some aeration, revealing vibrant aromas of sour cherries and pomegranate intertwined with fragrant wild herbs and a hint of undergrowth. The palate is graced with velvety tannins and a delicate acidity that accentuates its slender body, creating an elegant balance and an inviting drinkability.

3 bottles x Freiheit Weiß 2023. The Freiheit Weiß is a blend of five different grapes. The grapes of Scheurebe and Huxelrebe macerate for about a week and half on the skins, while the weiß- and Grauburgunder, Riesling and Silvaner went directly to the press with whole cluster. 

In the glass, the wine has a light straw yellow. The nose shows gooseberries, bright flowers and ripe apple. On the palate it is fresh and light, with a beautiful texture.

A breakout star in the Etna DOC of Sicily, Tornatore has become one of the region's largest and most respected wineries. Established back in 1865, the estate continues to be run by the same family who have acted as the faithful custodians of the land for generations. Tending to high altitude vineyards on the north side of the active volcano, the conditions are ideal for indigenous grape varieties to thrive. Made from the indigenous Nerello Mascalese grape, this sparkling wine pours a soft pink hue, expressing a vibrant, bright character with a fine, persistent perlage. Founded in 2008 by Kiwi friends Tim Lightbourne and Rob Cameron, Invivo has grown into one of New Zealand's leading wine producers. In 2011, a spontaneous phone call led to a unique partnership with TV host Graham Norton, who not only lends his name to a range of wines but personally blends them and owns shares in the winery. Over the past decade, the collaboration has expanded to include seven wines and four spirits, selling over 18 million bottles globally. With more than 250 awards, it's no surprise that Invivo has become such a worldwide success.

Invivo launched its partnership with Graham Norton in 2014 with a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, inspired by his love of the style. The collaboration has since expanded into an award-winning range of wines and spirits enjoyed across ten countries. As an Invivo shareholder, Graham remains actively involved, personally tasting and blending each new vintage with the team.

Based primarily on Merlot, this rosé pours a delicate pink and is instantly inviting. 3 bottles x Mas Codina Cava Brut Nature Reserva (Penedès, Spain)
Sparkling | Chardonnay, Macabeo, Xarel-lo, Pinot Noir 

This Cava has a lovely, fruity nose with ripe yellow pear, a hint of vanilla and soft biscotti notes. It is light to mid weight, slightly creamy yet firm and dry on the finish.

Cava is fantastic with fresh salads, crudités, raw oysters and summer dishes like Spanish Gazpacho. It's creaminess makes it a perfect pairing for roast chicken and all kinds of fish.

This blend is light and fresh. On the nose, it's all about hints of mint, lemon and fresh cucumber, while on the palate it's zesty, with notes of green apple and citrus fruit.

It's delicious when paired with summer meals: fresh salads dressed with dried fruits such as cranberries and walnuts, grilled fish with potatoes and zesty ceviches.

Orange | Albariño

The aroma is very complex and grows in the glass, combining primary notes of stone fruit with orange peel, grapefruit and ginger. A very versatile and gastronomic wine which combines lightness and the variety's mouthwatering freshness on the palate with the textural depth from the skins. The finish is remarkably long and satisfyingly dry, underscored by a firm but fine tannic grip.

Consider pairing it with shellfish, lean fish, and vegetarian options like a nut roast. Its crisp and refreshing character also makes it a good match for grilled chicken or roasted fish.

Touriga Nacional em Rosé is an exuberant, fruity-yet-nervy rosé, crafted from the “Queen of Portuguese grapes,” Touriga Nacional. Joana has secured access to some of the highest elevation Touriga in Douro, offering the brightest acidity and tension while still expressing Touriga’s floral and mineral personality. Joana loves to say that this rosé is what “Touriga Naçional tastes like on the vine, with no makeup. 

On the nose, fresh crushed strawberries, bing cherries and cherry blossom aromas leap from the glass. On the palate, juicy and fresh, with beautiful texture and balance. Sour and Bing cherry, fresh and macerated strawberries, and a touch of white pepper spice all in abundance.

Oenops was founded in 2015 by talented winemaker Nikos Karatzas, who produces a stunning range of distinctive wines from his newly established state-of-the-art winery. He sources indigenous and rare grape varieties grown on exceptional terroir focusing on cool-climate sites and old-vine plots, from carefully selected vineyards in Drama and Macedonia, which have been cultivated by ambitious winegrowers using an organic philosophy.

Niko adopts a minimal intervention approach and vinifies plot by plot using stainless steel, concrete, oak barrels, and amphora. His aim is to source great fruit and craft wines that reflect the nuances of the native varieties and the identity of the terroir and as a result, he produces a collection of authentic, elegant, and delicious wines. 

Grapes are chilled at 5°C and then are carefully sorted and pressed with a small percentage of whole clusters in a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and concrete tanks, keeping each vineyard plot separate. After 2-4 months of aging on its fine lees, the wine is ready for bottling.

A complex and refreshing rosé from 3 of the most interesting Greek red varieties sporting light salmon color. Elegant notes of tangerine, orange, strawberries and white cherries dominate the nose followed by a fine hint of tomato, one of the unique aromas of Xinomavro. Full bodied and layered yet crispy, with aromas of strawberries and raspberries with a long, refreshing finish.

Maçanita’s Douro Branco exemplifies the confluence of richness and elegant minerality that is the hallmark of Douro whites. The indigenous Viosinho provides the backbone to this mineral driven wine, showcasing the slate soil and high altitude plantings that fuel this project. Fermented and aged all in stainless steel, Antonio and Joana very capably maintain the freshness and acidity in this wine, yielding a wine of purity and balance.

Red | Touriga Nacional, Sousão

This is a fresh, balanced rendition of a classic Douro red. Preserving the intrinsic bent toward the richness and power of the Douro, all while showcasing balance, minerality and elegance. Some of the vines tended at an altitude of 200m to 540 m altitude in schist soils, and others at 600m altitude in granitic soils elevation, both in Cima Corgo, Douro. This is a subregion that experiences extreme highs and lows from a temperature standpoint, with some of the greatest day-night temperature delta in Portugal. As such the fruit experiences extended hangtime.

Floral & Juicy

Ripe & Fruity

Pardevalles is recognized for being one of the driving forces behind the D.O Tierra de León, betting on the development of the indigenous grape varieties Prieto Picudo and Albarín Blanco.

This 100% Prieto Picudo rosé is intense and fresh on the nose.  Rich and hypnotizing aromas of raspberry, strawberry, herbs, citrus and red rose petals jump out of the glass.  These flavours follow through on the palate, which is both powerful and flavourful, while maintaining great freshness.
