Progression VQA Prince Edward County 2021.
A delicious expression of County sparkling wine. Made with 100% vidal grapes, the bubbles are created using the Charmat method to preserve the wine’s bright, youthful fruit. Progression features smooth, persistent bubbles and fresh, vibrant acidity. This sparkling displays aromatics of white grapefruit and green apple peel with delicate floral notes which are repeated on the palette. Served well chilled, Progression is perfect as an aperitif but also plays nicely as the main event.

The Fence VQA Prince Edward County 2021.
Lighthall's famous sparkling Pinot Noir, re-fermented using the Charmat method. A slight change in production method saw a little less skin contact and more whole cluster pressing, presenting a wine packed full of strawberry flavour and hibiscus aroma. Very crisp and fruity while still refreshingly dry, this wine matches exceptionally with spicy rosé sauce, sweet red bell peppers and cheese boards.

Riesling VQA Prince Edward County 2020.
This wine starts with an abundant and complex nose - white peach, citrus, sweet white flowers and a stitch of white pepper dominate. The palate follows the nose closely, with a clear lemon/lime and peach freshness, leading to a very long and lingering off-dry finish of white flowers and Jolly Ranchers.

Pinot Gris 2021.
This wine is unmistakably County Pinot Gris. The aromas of pear and cantaloupe yogurt are delicate, rich, and inviting. The use of an Alsatian yeast strain and our method of partially fermenting in old French oak barrels give a smooth and rich mouthfeel, while the waxy finish of unctuous confit apple with a hint of nutmeg keep you coming back for more.

Chardonnay VQA Prince Edward County 2018.
A stellar vintage of County Chardonnay highlighting all typical aspects of our microclimate. The nose starts with a flinty gunpowder minerality with notes of salted caramel and honeyed apple. The follow through shows a super fresh palate with elements of lemon zest. All around, a well-rounded version, with a long finish of butterscotch and toasted walnut.

The palate shows a cool-climate freshness, balanced with an expansive array of deep red and dried fruit.
