Winemaker and co-founder Rob Cameron has a colourful winemaking background – learning his craft in unique destinations such as Cyprus, Bulgaria and Hungary before moving on to France, Spain and Italy. For him, the Invivo range is all about taking some of the elegance from the old world and putting that style into amazing grapes, all the while offering wines that are fun and a bit unique.

The Hawke's Bay Chardonnay is a barrel-fermented beauty, aged for seven months on lees in French Oak. Aromas of ripe peach, golden apple and citrus zest meet hints of toasted almond, vanilla and a touch of spice. Crisp yet velvety on the palate, it bursts with juicy stone fruits, grassiness, lemon curd and a whisper of pineapple. The oak provides backbone, rounding out to a long, nutty finish.

The Moreau family has been settled in the heart of Chablis since 1884. Louis Moreau, the sixth generation, studied oenology and viticulture in California and took over from his father when he returned to France in 1994. Nowadays, the Domaine's vineyards extend across the four levels of the appellation: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.

Les Clos is the largest grand cru in Chablis and is considered the quintessential wine of the region for many. The site generally produces one of the most potent and longest-lived wines of the appellation and yet can be a pleasure to drink in its youth. Starting from 2013, the grapes from this parcel have been vinified and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks, emphasizing the wine's polish and finesse to the fullest extent.

This wine captivates with its evocative mineral bouquet - an intricately woven tapestry crafted from the vineyard's distinguished terroir. Signature aromas of crushed flint and gentle sea breeze unfold between lifted floral scents and fresh stone fruits. The palate is carried effortlessly by a backbone of natural acidity, hinting at this wine's ability to further develop with age.

Founded in 2003 as one of the earliest wineries on the Naramata Bench, JoieFarm has grown from restaurant roots into a celebrated destination, with a tasting room opened in 2015 and the En Famille Wine Club launched in 2020. Hardy's constructed the Stonehaven Winery in 1998 with the purpose of showcasing the distinct qualities of the Limestone Coast region in Southern Australia. Following Hardy's acquisition by Constellation and subsequent brand expansion, the winery fell into dormancy after being sold. In early 2021, C.W. Wines acquired both the Stonehaven winery and brand, subsequently reintroducing the Stonehaven label to the market. Now sporting a revitalized appearance and market strategy, Stonehaven aims to appeal to contemporary wine enthusiasts, offering a wine selection suitable for any occasion.

The Stonehaven Limited Vineyard Release series highlights premium, regionally driven wines that reflect the unique terroir of South Australia’s Limestone Coast. 

This Chardonnay opens with inviting aromas of stone fruit and crisp apple, layered with subtle herbal and mineral notes. Medium-bodied on the palate, it shows flavours of honeysuckle and white nectarine, with a gently creamy texture and a smooth, lingering finish.

Nestled at the foot of the hillside in Aloxe-Corton, Château Corton Frey stands as one of Burgundy’s most iconic landmarks. Built in the late 19th century atop 15th-century cellars, this historic estate is the region’s most photographed site after the Hospices de Beaune. Legend holds that Emperor Charlemagne once owned vineyards here in the 8th century, planting Chardonnay to preserve the whiteness of his beard.

The estate’s seven hectares span thirteen prestigious appellations, forming part of Burgundy’s intricate mosaic of climats, where the expression of terroir has been honed over centuries. Under the ownership of Caroline Frey, a highly regarded oenologist and winegrower, Château Corton Frey brings together Burgundian tradition with a sustainable, precision-driven philosophy. With intentionally limited production, each wine is crafted to reflect the purity and character of its origin.

The excellent vineyard lands of Meursault were first cultivated by Cistercian monks as early as 1098, gaining their renowned definition from calcareous marls, with ancient Callovian limestone and Argovian marlstone shaping and dividing the terrain.

Bright golden in colour, the nose is refined, offering sweet aromas of white blossoms and candied citrus peel alongside delicately toasted nuts. The palate carries good weight, balanced by taut acidity typical of Narvaux. Gentle honeyed notes peek through crisp orchard fruit, while chalky mineral tension brings textural depth. It is this mineral backbone that supports the wine’s richness through to a long, lasting finish.

Sourced from a vineyard currently in conversion to organic farming and cultivated according to biodynamic principles, this Grand Cru reveals a pale gold hue with green highlights in the glass. The nose balances mineral tension with richness, revealing expressive notes of honey, shortbread, delicate citrus, and subtle wildflowers. Medium in weight yet concentrated in flavour, the palate weaves wet stone character with layered texture, reflecting the warmth of the vintage. The chalky finish unfolds with crystalline precision and lifted citrus energy, culminating in a wine of remarkable structure and finesse.

Aging potential: 5 to 15 years

Husband and wife duo Ilya and Nadia started Leaning Post winery in Niagara over 10 years ago. Initially a virtual set up, the winery now located on Highway 8, has become a reference producer in Niagara.

A warm spring and warm summer lead to an uneven and wet fall, however good viticulture and good terroir still allowed these grapes to develop complex aromatics and structure without losing acidity or freshness. The blocks of two different Chardonnay clones: clone 76 and clone 96, were hand picked on October 17th. The clones were kept separate throughout pressing and oak aging. The fruit was whole cluster pressed and allowed to settle for a couple of days before being put into barrel for spontaneous fermentation. Once fermentations were completed, the wine remained in French oak barriques on lees for 15 months. This wine was skillfully blended with the perfect percentage of each clone to truly showcase this vintage, (63% clone 76 and 37% clone 96). We bottled this wine in June of 2023.
