Château Haut-Grelot is located near the Gironde Estuaire, north of the town of Bordeaux. The Bonneau family has been making wine and taking great care of their vineyards since its establishment in 1920.
This orange wine is made with Sauvignon Gris coming from the Côteaux de Gendron. The grapes macerate on the skins for six months in diamond-shaped tanks.
Boir Pour Voir shows aromas of rose petal, citrus, and orange zest with aniseed notes on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh and round, with a slight bitterness that creates a good length and texture. It has hints of white peach and citrus on the palate.
Ideal as an aperitif, and goes perfectly with hard cheeses and boiled artichokes with garlicky butter.
Only 1500 bottles made.
