Textured & Bright

Once the site of a monastery of the Olivetan order, Giovanni Cenci lives and works his family’s generations- old farm, producing some of the most compelling, complete wines of the region. The family farm spans 30 hectares for grains and grazing, with only 7 hectares planted to ancient clones of Grechetto, Trebbiano Toscana, Sangiovese, Merlot, and more; above all, this is an ecosystem for living, not a winery for churning out bottles.

Wine has of course been crucial to this site for hundreds of years, not just because of the people who have worked the land, but rather the uniqueness of the place itself: massive blocks of travertine marble are visible alongside limestone-rich clay soils, giving the wines definition alongside meaningful substance.

Anticello is made with Grechetto grapes, which are destemmed and left in contact with skins for about an hour before starting fermentation. The grapes are then fermented in stainless steel (80%) and wooden barrels (20%). It ages for 7 months in steel with frequent bâtonnage. 

In the glass, it has a deep straw yellow colour with golden hues. On the nose, it has aromas of stone fruit, citrus, and wild flowers. The palate is fruity, savoury, fresh, slightly tannic, soft and powerful.

Structured & Floral

Located along the Loire river on the most reputable clay and limestone terroir of Saumur-Champigny appellation, Château de Parnay has been producing outstanding wines for more than two centuries.

This wine is made from old vine Cabernet Franc and it shows with beautiful notes of ripe red fruits, mint and spices. The palate is structured, silky and very well balanced. The length is exceptional.

Suggested pairing: grilled white meat, meaty stews, bœuf bourguignon, casseroles, and more) stuffed vegetables, cold meats, soft cheeses. 

Soft & Creamy

Just across the Rhône river from the beautiful vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the Lirac appellation extends over the low hills alongside the river.

This is a blend of Marsanne, Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Picpoul. The grapes are hand-picked and aged for 8 months in oak barrels.

This wine is creamy and lush, with hints of honeyed tangerine, melon and lime. Backed by a palate that's medium to full-bodied, slowly fading in intensity on the finish. A great example of how deliciously amazing Lirac can be.

What to drink with a Lirac Blanc? This wine and the mediterranean flavours of Bouillabaisse are a super match! It also pairs beautifully with poulet au citron et lavande (Lemon Lavender Chicken), another iconic recipe from the south of France.

Mineral & Zesty

Château de La Chaize is among the oldest, most historic estates in Burgundy’s Beaujolais region. Cared for by the same family for nearly three and a half centuries, the estate has been passed on to new owners, the Gruy family, who are equally committed to managing the estate with the utmost care, while implementing an ambitious environmental plan.

Pouilly-Fuissé lies in southern Burgundy’s Maconnais region and is produced only from Chardonnay grapes. Vineyards are planted on hillsides containing limestone-rich clay soils with a granitic subsoil. The appellation was established in 1936 and covers roughly 800 ha at altitudes around 200 - 300m a.s.l. Wines tend to be full-bodied, ripe and elegant.

For this wine, the grapes were hand harvested from a selection of different vineyard sites within Pouilly-Fuissé from ~50-year-old vines. Traditional fermentation takes place at a low temperature (62.6° F), and malolactic fermentation is blocked.
50% of the wine is aged in stainless steel, 50% in foudres.

Notes of citrus, iodine and flowers on the nose, while on the palate the wine is balances bright acidity and minerality with an ample body and yellow fruits and spice flavours.

Château de Parnay is the flagship of the Loire Valley. The property is located along the Loire river and classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site, on the most reputable clay and limestone terroirs of the appellation. The historic property was taken over by Mathias Levron & Régis Vincenot in 2006 with the aim of restoring the nobility of this special place. 3 bottles x Château de Parnay Chemin des Murs Saumur Blanc 2023. This wine is sourced from an entirely walled vineyard, this 100% Chenin Blanc shows subtle and refined scents of lime, lemongrass, apricot, peach and quince. Round and mellow on the palate with notes of preserved lemons and grapefruits with a natural freshness and classic Saumur minerality.

Pairing suggestion: This wine pairs well with foods that have a sweet and sour element: southeast Asian cuisine or pork chops with apples are just a few examples!

3 bottles x Clos du Château de Parnay Saumur Champigny 2019. Located along the Loire river on the most reputable clay and limestone terroir of Saumur-Champigny appellation, Château de Parnay has been producing outstanding wines for more than two centuries. Pairing suggestion: Cabernet Franc pairs well with grilled steaks and chops, Portobello mushrooms, green olives, pepper, rosemary, and mint.

Raised amidst the vineyards, Alexandre Favier is part of a long line of winemakers in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. His grandfather, Noël Sabon, hails from one of the region’s most renowned winemaking families. Alexandre began his viticultural studies at the age of fifteen in Orange, completing his exams by 2001. Just a year later, at the age of twenty, he assumed full winemaking responsibilities at Domaine Chante Cigale when his father’s health declined. Today, Domaine Chante Cigale stands as one of the most important family estates in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

The Cicada Blanc is an unusual yet harmonious blend of Grenache Blanc (40%), Viognier (30%), and Picpoul Blanc (30%). The Grenache Blanc and Picpoul are sourced from clay-limestone soils in Richerenches, Vaucluse, while the Viognier comes from the Northern Rhône. Vinified in stainless steel with a short one-week maceration, the result is an easy-drinking, unoaked French table wine with citrus and pear aromas, a soft, rounded palate, and a silky mineral finish.

Savour this delicious wine with Coconut flavoured Thai and Vietnamese dishes, or as a delicious foil to barbecued or grilled mackerel.

Mineral & Fresh

Réva winery focuses on producing wines of excellence with extreme attention to the particular characteristics of each grape variety and the utmost respect for diversity. All the vineyards are cultivated organically and the estate is run by a group of young professionals who value both tradition and innovation. 

This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc (30%) and Sauvignon Gris (70%) planted on soils with lequio formation clay and limestone, with marl and fossiliferous sandstone, a mix locally known as “elveziano”. After the harvest, which takes place very early in the morning, the grapes stay on the skins for about 8 hours.

Straw yellow in color. The nose is complex and pleasant, characterized by notes of citrus, passion fruit, sage, and flint. The palate is fresh, lively, and supported by a good acidity. Excellent length.

Pair this wine with seafood pasta, pesto or grilled vegetables.

Elegant & Powerful

Réva manages vineyards in some of the most important Langhe crus: Ravera in Novello, Lazzarito in Serralunga and Cannubi in Barolo. Réva winery focuses on producing wines of excellence with extreme attention to the particular characteristics of each grape variety and the utmost respect for diversity. The grapes for this Barolo come from carefully selected vineyards in Monforte d'Alba, Novello, Serralunga d'Alba and Grinzane Cavour. Fermented spontaneously on the skins for 35 days, it has been aged in oak barrels for 24 months.

A limited series of only 4,500 bottles, this Barolo delivers aromas of sage, rose petals, red-skinned berry and a delicate hint of tobacco. The palate is full, deep and juicy, with peppery notes of Morello cherry and clove, and delicate tannins.

Bright and balanced, this Barbaresco has an intriguing balsamic fragrance of menthol and eucalyptus layered with black cherry, leather and sandalwood. The fresh, delineated palate offers wild cherry, crushed raspberry, white pepper, mint and balsamic notes alongside supple tannins that give a smooth texture.

Enjoy this with beef and or game such as beefsteak, lamb, veal, rabbit and wild boar. Classic pairing with truffles!

The story of Sanlorenzo begins in the late 19th century, when Lorenzo Ferretti settled in Rogarelli, southwest of Montalcino, and started a family that would remain tied to the land for generations. In 1950, his son Guido purchased neighbouring land from the Argiano estate, naming it SanLorenzo in his grandfather’s honour. Life in the countryside was challenging, but Guido’s son Bramante and his wife Adele chose to stay, sustaining the farm through livestock, olive trees, and a small vineyard for family use. A turning point came in the 1970s, when Fiorella, Bramante’s daughter, and her husband Paolo planted new vineyards alongside modern livestock operations, selling grapes to other wineries. In 1997, their son Luciano returned to SanLorenzo, inspired by Montalcino’s wine boom, and transformed the farm into a dedicated winery. Five hectares of vineyards were planted, the first vintage was released in 2003, and the family legacy continues today under the stewardship of Luciano and his sister Luciana.

From the best of SanLorenzo’s grapes and the perfect blend of land, vine and winery comes Brunello di Montalcino; great elegance and intensity capable of bringing out the best in itself over time. Vinified in steel casks, it's then aged in wooden casks for more than 2 years and then bottled and left to rest for another 4 months. The 2020 offers a complex bouquet of dried flowers, spices, and ripe fruit, with a deep garnet colour, firm yet refined tannins, and a long, satisfying finish. 

Pairs beautifully with game, Fiorentina and Tagliata steaks, as well as aged pecorino cheese.
