3 x Maison Roche de Bellene Saint Véran Village Vieilles Vignes 2023 (Burgundy, France)
White | Chardonnay

Founded in 2009, Maison Roche de Bellene offers a complete range of wines, with an emphasis on individual terroirs from vieilles vignes (old vines - 40 years or older) that are farmed responsibly. Aromatically the wine is a touch brighter, with more spring white flowers and salty sea air on the nose. The palate is crisp, with crunchy orchard fruits, mineral driven acidity, and a mid-palate creaminess which balances the flavours out.

3 x Cordero San Giorgio APSÛ Oltrepò Pavese DOC Chardonnay 2024 (Oltrepò Pavese, Italy)
White | Chardonnay

Made from selected plots located in Santa Giuletta and Roca de' Giorgi, this Chardonnay ferments in stainless steel tanks and sees no malolactic fermentation. As fermentation finishes, half of the wine is racked into wooden barrels, where it ages for about six months. The wine opens up as fresh and fragrant, with a bouquet of citrus notes, tropical fruit and white flowers. It is vibrant with a pleasant acidity balanced by the savoury and mineral finish.

3 x Cantine Paradiso Sant'Andrea Nero di Troia / Primitivo 2023 (Puglia, Italy)
Red | Nero di Troia, Primitivo

This wine is a blend of Nero di Troia and Primitivo, two native grapes to Puglia. It has an intense purple colour in the glass. On the nose, it delivers pronounced notes of ripe dark fruit, hints of spices and some floral notes. The palate is juicy with soft tannins and a really nice acidity. It is a very easy-drinking and enjoyable wine. This wine pairs perfectly with tomato-based dishes: pasta bolognese, veal parmigiana, pizza... But would also be a great pairing with curries and spicy barbecue dishes too!

Red | Cabernet Sauvignon

Crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and produced at a yield of 40 hectoliters per hectare, these vines thrive in gravelly-sandy loam soils on the Agrières hillsides, near the estuary, which contribute to the wine’s distinctive character and structure. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 16 months in 225-liter barrels, allowing it to develop depth, complexity, and refined balance. On the nose, it reveals woody, vanilla, and toasty aromas complemented by the freshness of red fruits. The palate is powerful and full-bodied, with enveloping tannins and a long, aromatic finish.
