Keint-He Winery & Vineyards is a boutique winery located in Prince Edward County. This Melon de Bourgogne varietal wine presents a pale straw hue. The bouquet exhibits subtle notes of fresh mint, complemented by hints of lemon and stone fruit. On the palate, the wine displays a crisp acidity, with flavours of pear, nectarine, and peach unfolding in harmony. The 5-month ageing process in neutral oak imparts a refined character to the wine without overpowering its natural characteristics.
