While the vineyards that form Punset have been farmed by the Marcarino family for generations, it is truly thanks to Marina and her incredible energy that the estate is how it is nowadays. Her passion for the soil and the environment led her to embrace biodynamics and the agronomic philosophy of Manasobu Fukuoka. From one of the healthiest vineyards in Italy, Marina crafts wines that brim with life, energy, and pure terroir.

The grapes, cultivated according to organic farming methods, are carefully selected and harvested by hand. The grapes ferment spontaneously in concrete tanks. After fermentation, the wine ages for a short time in large wooden barrels, and then is racked into concrete tanks for a longer ageing before being bottled. 

The ruby red colour with garnet reflections accompanies pleasant aromas of red berries and floral aromas of rose and violet, intense and harmonious. The fruity aroma is also very evident on the palate, characterized by a dry and clean finish.

Opt for less-gamey meats such as ribeye steak, beef tenderloin, and roast turkey. You could also try pairing with sausage, braised duck, or braised pork shank.
