Amid the 2010 Greek financial crisis, Yannis Valambous left a successful career in London to return to Santorini and revive his family’s vineyards. Inspired by the island’s potential, he set out to produce exceptional wines that highlight the quality of local grapes while preserving tradition. Together with winemakers Elias Roussakis and Yannis Papaeconomou, he established a modern boutique winery, united by a shared ambition to showcase Santorini’s world-class potential to an international audience.
