Three cheers for the everyday wine! Entertaining, broken down to the essentials and seriously uncomplicated. An everyday wine functions in much the same fashion. While the Naked White initially comes along on tiptoe in the nose, it perches on the palate putting the whole foot into play... Its primary protagonists, Chardonnay & Pinot Blanc, lend it a creamy texture, while the supporting characters happily eliminate any resistance to drinking and throws some lemon zest into the glass. Unadulterated, straightforward & precise.

The Heinrich Naked White is a versatile wine that pairs well with light and fresh dishes like grilled vegetables, seafood, and goat cheese. It also complements a variety of other foods, including chicken, Asian cuisine, and vegetarian dishes such as roasted cauliflower or pumpkin and sage ravioli.

Cordero San Giorgio is a new beginning in Oltrépo-Pavese for three siblings who grew up surrounded by their family’s vines at the legendary Vietti Estate in Castiglione Falletto in Barolo. The siblings Francesco, Lorenzo, and Caterina Cordero, are grandchildren of Luciana Vietti & Alfredo Currado, one of the pioneers of the first Barolo crus and considered the “father of Arneis.” Their father is Mario Cordero, Alfredo and Luciana’s son-in-law, who was the company’s co-owner from the beginning of the ‘80s until 2016 when it was sold.

The Oltrepò Pavese is a hilly triangle of land in Lombardy, embraced by Piedmont, Liguria, and Emilia-Romagna. A territory dedicated to the cultivation of vines and the culture of wine for centuries: a land of both cultural and gastronomic encounter and exchange. Cordero San Giorgio is in the town of Santa Giuletta, and focuses on working with Pinot Nero, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay.

This is a fresh and balanced Pinot Grigio, which maintains the intrinsic finesse of the grape variety with a vibrant, well-balanced acidity. This Pinot Grigio is made from grapes grown in the localitá of Rocca de' Giorgi, at 400 meters above sea level, amidst valleys covered by forests, steep slopes and thick ridges.

Made in stainless steel, this outstanding Pinot Grigio has a pale straw yellow colour with green hues, on the nose, it is fresh floral with fruity aromas of pear, apple, and jasmine. A dry, medium-bodied white wine, with marked crispy acidity. On the palate, it is fresh, well balanced, with a pleasant lingering finish.

Ideal as an aperitif and in combination with fish appetizers and white meats, such as poultry. A good pairing for salads, light and pureed soups, and fish first courses.

The Leithaberg Chardonnay is a mineral-driven wine, shaped by limestone and slate soils and aged 17 months in large wooden casks with spontaneous fermentation. It opens with aromas of minerality, citrus, lemon balm, stone fruit, and subtle earthy herbal notes. The palate is taut and structured, with firm acidity, a creamy texture, and a lightly phenolic grip, leading to a saline, herbaceous finish. Focused and restrained, it showcases elegance, precision, and a clear expression of its terroir.

The Weisze Freyheit is a distinctive blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc from Lake Neusiedl, showcasing a bold, modern skin-contact style with notable depth and structure. On the palate, it is taut with a firm, slightly bitter grip, balanced by a juicy core and a lingering herbal, nutty finish. Cheerfully juicy. This amber-coloured potion spreads its aromas around in a manner that’s equally expressive and unobtrusive… This wine can indeed call itself ‘orange’, though far more delicate and tender than the buzzword ‘orange’ might suggest.

Proudly family owned, the Borthwick vineyard is an established vineyard situated in Gladstone, the heart of the Wairarapa. Producing quality wine for over a decade, Paddy, an experienced wine maker, has gained a reputation for producing consistently great wines. The twenty seven hectares of vines bordering the Ruamahunga River are growing on stony, free draining, alluvial soils, with a micro climate giving warm daily temperatures, cool nights and low rainfall; perfect conditions for producing distinctive, quality wines.

The outstanding 2025 growing season produced a Sauvignon of exceptional concentration and balance. Fragrant aromas of spiced stone fruit, tropical fruit, and subtle dark herbal notes lead into a richly flavoured palate centred on ripe nectarine and bright lemon-lime acidity. Fresh and vibrant, it finishes with impressive length and persistence.
