Blank Canvas is the personal wine range of husband and wife team, Matt Thomson and Sophie Parker-Thomson, MW. With a focus on Marlborough, Syrah from Hawkes Bay and Pinot Noir from Central Otago, the Blank Canvas wines are exciting, small-batch and increasingly recognized as the avant-garde of New Zealand wine. Every effort is put into making wines that are distinctive and cerebral, unencumbered by a regime or badge and are not beholden to tradition. Every vineyard, variety and vintage is approached as if it is a blank canvas.

Abstract is a study in terroir, shaped by restrained winemaking that highlights purity of fruit and textural depth. The wine shows an intense, seductive perfume of blackcurrant and white florals, supported by flinty minerality and a savoury edge. On the palate, it is textured and expressive, with a subtle richness and complexity balanced by freshness and precision. Elegant and finely poised, it offers immediate appeal while carrying the structure to age gracefully.

Rich & Mineral

Domaine de Pellehaut, located in the hills of Gascony, has produced a remarkably energetic white wine with its Harmonie cuvée. It's a refreshing and modern wine, designed for those seeking vibrancy and a range of bright flavors. 

A complex white blend of Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Sauvignon, Gros Manseng, Chardonnay, and Folle Blanche, shaped by high-altitude vineyards on mineral-rich boulbène and calcareous clay soils. Crafted with low-temperature winemaking, it highlights fresh, vibrant fruit with a clean mineral backbone.

Would pair perfectly with a seafood platter or grilled prawns, sushi, or vegetable spring rolls. 

Rich & Elegant

Maison Mahaut captures everything we love about white Burgundy — classic Chardonnay, exceptional value, and effortless drinkability. Sourced from select vineyards across Burgundy, the wine is fermented in stainless steel with a touch of oak ageing to preserve its freshness while adding subtle texture and depth.

Expect vibrant notes of lemon, crisp green apple, white peach, and a hint of chalky minerality, finishing bright, clean, and beautifully balanced.

The kind of bottle you'll reach for again and again, whether paired with roast chicken, grilled seafood, creamy pastas, or simply enjoyed on its own.

Peter Sichel (of the Bordeaux négociant family) first discovered the valley of Cucugnan on a road trip with a friend in the 1960s. He was so spellbound by the place that he bought a house there and, in 1988, planted a vineyard. The project grew, albeit slowly, but the arrival of Peter’s thoughtful and environmentally inspired grandson, Alexander Sichel, has turned the Domaine Peter Sichel project completely around.

This single vineyard wonder showcases 100% Roussanne, sourced from 80-year-old vines thriving at an altitude of 500m on the Termenès terroir, where clay and marl soils blend harmoniously. With the Mediterranean climate cooling under its altitude and a hint of Atlantic influence, the grapes were meticulously hand-harvested on September 15, 2023, then gently pressed and fermented using indigenous yeasts—half in terracotta amphorae, half in 500L barrels—for approximately 20 days.

After a nine-month aging process, this exceptional vintage emerges, adorned in pale yellow with light green highlights. It offers a clean, expressive nose of white flowers and subtle citrus notes, while its intricate minerality and vibrant acidity provide a lively yet elegant structure. It pairs wonderfully with seafood, refined dishes, and Tommes cheese. This wine not only delights in its youth but also promises lovely surprises with age.

The 2024 vintage marks the sixth blend created by SJP and Invivo co-founders Tim and Rob, celebrated at the iconic Citi Field stadium. Crafted to reflect the flavour profile SJP enjoys herself and loves to share with friends, you too are invited to discover and fall in love with it from the very first sip! 

Lifted aromas of ripe tropical fruit mingle with notes of citrus peel and hints of exotic guava. Subtle oak frames the fruit, lending softness and early approachability on the palate. The wine quickly fills the mouth, where balanced acidity emerges through layers of supple, savoury and gently sweet fruit. The finish is long, smooth, and satisfying.

Established in 2005, Domaine de Bellene is dedicated to crafting expressive wines from old vines, guided by a strong commitment to sustainable, organic farming. Under the stewardship of winemaker and proprietor of the late Nicolas Potel, the domaine has focused on producing wines that faithfully reflect both place and vintage, while safeguarding the land and its traditions for future generations. Today, Domaine de Bellene is widely respected among Burgundy enthusiasts for its thoughtful range of wines spanning both celebrated and lesser-known appellations.

Premier Cru Les Perrières, located between Les Cent Vignes, Les Bressandes, and Les Marconnets, was originally planted to Pinot Noir but is particularly well suited to Chardonnay. Bellene acquired and replanted the vineyard in 2013, with the inaugural vintage released in 2017.

The wine opens with pure aromas of stone fruit and fresh flowers, followed by a silky, savoury palate defined by a pleasing saltiness and iodine-tinged minerality. Racy, finely detailed, and distinctly stony through the mid-palate, it finishes clean, dry, and beautifully balanced, with the potential to gain additional depth and complexity with a few years of bottle age.

Lighthall Vineyards is a small, proud, low volume and high quality winery located in enchanting Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. All their wines are produced in a non-interventionist manner and fuelled by passion as hearty as our vines. They also make cheese, designed to pair with their wines.

This, Lighthall's first edition of concrete aged Chardonnay, paints the clearest image yet of county terroir. Clear and authentic, the nose is brimming with honeyed apple, lemon yogurt, salted oyster shell, and beeswax. The flavours continue in the palate, but the star of the show is the opulent, luscious, yet elegant mouthfeel that lingers with finesse.

A brilliant seafood wine, this is a knockout with oysters, halibut, butter-poached cod,
lobster, crab, and scallops. Lemon chicken, rabbit, and quail are good meat options, while grilled asparagus, hummus, creamy orzo, and tofu souvlaki make delightful vegetarian picks. Rich, creamy, and mild cheeses are well balanced by the bright acidity and round texture.
