Arnaud Baillot is located in Beaune, heart of the Cote d’Or. Arnaud Baillot, owner and winemaker, has been making wine ever since obtaining his Masters Degree in 2013. Passionate about the diversity of wines the Burgundy region has to offer, Arnaud has teamed up with his wife Laure, grand-daughter of the founder of Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat, in Chambolle-Musigny, to produce a spectacular range of villages and crus Burgundy wines. Laure & Arnaud own 10 hectares of organically-farmed vineyards since 2017.
Arnaud has been involved all along the way, with implementing organic farming, overseeing the winemaking process, and choosing the type of barrels and ageing time for each individual wine. Their philosophy is to respect and promote the complexity of the Burgundy wine region while producing terroir driven wines.
