Delivery timeline:
We require one full case of each wine in order to build and fulfill three mixed cases. This process usually takes about 10-15 business days but may vary.
We curated this mixed case with three delicious Rosé wines that pair perfectly with just about everything.
Each case includes 4 bottles of each of the following wines:
4 bottles x Maison Nicolas Idiart Espérance Rosé 2024 (Languedoc-Roussillon, France)
Rosé | Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault
Espérance Rosé exemplifies the Mediterranean lifestyle and 'Joie de Vivre'. The idea is to offer a pure expression of the Mediterranean: a rosé blend made with traditional grape varieties from the South of France: Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah.
This exquisite rosé has aromas of rose petals and sweet English candy on the nose. On the palate, it's fresh, nicely balanced and savoury, with notes of citrus on the finish.
Pairing suggestion: The Espérance Rosé will turn any charcuterie and cheese boards, fresh salads, light pastas, or cold appetizers into a slice of gastronomic heaven.
4 bottles x Mas Carlot Générations Rosé Costières de Nîmes 2023 (Rhône, France)
Rosé | Grenache, Syrah, Mourvédre
Mas Carlot is situated in the south of the Rhône Valley, extending across 76 hectares of pebbly land southeast of Nîmes.
This seductive rosé is a traditional blend of Grenache (50%), Syrah (40%) and Mourvèdre (10%). Beautifully pale in colour and soft in texture, this is probably the most fashionable vintage to date. Delicate aromas of raspberry, watermelon, citrus fruits & herbes de Provence flow from the glass. The flavours are fruity, dry and crisp with an elegant balance & structure. This is a serious rose at an accessible price.
Pairing suggestion: Mas Carlot Rosé is the perfect rosé to pair with any summer time meal, including tapas and barbecue. It is also a great wine to enjoy with cheese boards or just on it's own at any time!
4 bottles x Oenops Apla Rosé 2024 (Drama, Greece)
Rosé | Xinomavro, Mavroudi, Limniona
Oenops was founded in 2015 by talented winemaker Nikos Karatzas, who produces a stunning range of distinctive wines from his newly established state-of-the-art winery. He sources indigenous and rare grape varieties grown on exceptional terroir focusing on cool-climate sites and old-vine plots, from carefully selected vineyards in Drama and Macedonia, which have been cultivated by ambitious winegrowers using an organic philosophy.
A complex and refreshing rosé from 3 of the most interesting Greek red varieties sporting light salmon color. Elegant notes of tangerine, orange, strawberries and white cherries dominate the nose followed by a fine hint of tomato, one of the unique aromas of Xinomavro. Full bodied and layered yet crispy, with aromas of strawberries and raspberries with a long, refreshing finish. A great Rosé to enjoy it on its own or with several types of cuisine.
Pairing suggestion: Serve as a great match for pasta, pizza, fish, salads and fruits.
