Winemaker and co-founder Rob Cameron has a colourful winemaking background – learning his craft in unique destinations such as Cyprus, Bulgaria and Hungary before moving on to France, Spain and Italy. For him, the Invivo range is all about taking some of the elegance from the old world and putting that style into amazing grapes, all the while offering wines that are fun and a bit unique.
Named in honour of co-founder Tim’s son Taylor, this Pinot Noir driven rosé appears radiant in the glass and bottle. The nose reveals a poised aromatic profile that reflects notes of white-fleshed stone fruit, Asian pear and delicate florals. The palate is filled with rich berry and juicy watermelon flavours with crystal clear acidity. Seamlessly balanced and gracefully unfolding into the extended finish.
Try this with a dish that leans into mediterranean flavours, such as chicken stuffed with feta, spinach and pine nuts served atop a bed of couscous dressed with lemon and herbs.
About the Winery
Invivo
Invivo's journey began when two Kiwi friends, Rob and Tim, met in a London bar, determined to revolutionize the wine industry by creating a strong brand that defies tradition. Since 2008, Invivo has become a leading producer in New Zealand, winning over 600 medals and expanding operations across several countries. Through customer focus and innovation, including being one of the Southern Hemisphere's largest crowdfunded companies, Invivo has rapidly grown. Rejecting traditional winemaking norms, Invivo brings elegance from the old world to their original range, featuring Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Rosé. Their collaborations with Graham Norton and Sarah Jessica Parker have further elevated their profile, embodying Invivo's vision of bringing people together to create greatness.
